Venue Coordinator

Michelle joined Lewis River Golf in June 2024 and quickly fell in love with the energy and joy that weddings and events bring. From intimate ceremonies to bustling receptions, she thrives on the details, the planning, and the privilege of helping couples bring their vision to life. Her favorite moment at every wedding is watching the first dance—a reminder of why she loves what she does. Outside of work, Michelle keeps busy with her two young sons and enjoys relaxing with a good book. She recently rescued two kittens, Pip and Squeak, who were found on the golf course and now happily rule her home. Michelle takes great pride in the hard work she puts into every event at Lewis River Golf and feels incredibly grateful for the talented team she works alongside. Together, they are dedicated to creating unforgettable weddings and celebrations for every guest who walks through their doors.

king over the balcony, terrace and Lewis River. The staff, Crystal and everyone else, were friendly, attentive and accommodating. They delivered on everything I wanted and more. The food and bar - required in-house - were perfect and reasonably priced. They even accommodated my request for the courses to be served family style despite it not being on their menu. I have to make a special shout out to the chef and kitchen: the mushroom ravioli was a hit! I think almost everyone had seconds. I really got everything I wanted, and I feel very fortunate as a bride to be able to say that. Thank you to the Lewis River Golf Course and staff!

For the past 18 months prior to our wedding, I had planned the entire thing from Grand Forks, ND (which is a good 1600 miles away). I did not grow up in Washington nor do I have a...

lot of people I knew in the area. So I planning was extra difficult for me. But Kari was so patient and helpful with all my annoying emails back and forth lol. I had tons of questions and she helped me out in any way she could. The day before and on wedding day, she was like a Aunty to me: making sure I was doing ok, there when I needed something and even took care of an area of decor I had NO time to finish. Even after the wedding, I had lost an earring there and she mailed it back to me! The staff is super sweet and professional. The Venue is SO gorgeous!! Perfect if you're don't want to do the traditional ballroom setting and the price was perfect for us! It fit our need to keep a budget, have a beautiful venue, and have quality food and service. All our guests said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. BOOK THIS VENUE!

new we had the right person to help us with our planning. She was amazing and made this special day absolutely hassle free. She made it very easy to keep in contact with which made me, a stressed mother of the bride, feel more at ease. The wedding was stunning. The food was amazing and everyone has raved about the entire event. When the day was finished, they did all the clean up and had everything boxed and ready for us to pick up which made this place even more worth it. I can't rave enough about our experience. Most people don't expect food at weddings to be any good, but the food here alone would instigate a positive review from me. It is excellent. They offer the flexibility of outdoor and/or indoor ceremony and reception options. On top of this, guests have the luxury of being able to roam a considerable amount of space and not feel boxed in. Last but not least, our coordinator, Kari, was a life saver. She was extremely helpful and responsive and went beyond what we asked of her. We would not have been able to pull everything off so well without her. I'd recommend this venue to anyone who is considering getting married or having some kind of formal gathering. The prices are very reasonable.

s amazing. Before the wedding, however, it was like pulling nails to get an answer from the coordinator. She took a week to reply to one of my emails and never responded to another. The day before the wedding she was extremely rude to me...the bride! The day of the wedding, though, she came through. She took care of our grandparents and little details... she even cleaned a dirty spot off my dress. I just wish she would've been a little more approachable before the wedding.
