n the contract. I understand that personal situations can come up, but as a customer, I should not have to repeatedly follow up and ask for a service that I already paid for. I signed a contract expecting the agreed-upon delivery timeline to be respected, but the photos were delivered several weeks after the contractual deadline. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and the lack of communication and timeliness made the process much more difficult than it should have been. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not book with her again, she's a great person but do not know how to handle a business and did not take the take to make sure we have good photos, we have photos that I am seriously wondering, why would she even edit that one? Photos with one of us with not paying attention or with an aye closed or something weird that a a photographer has to say, no that's bad, let's take another one, she is not paying attention while taking photos or simply don't care, anyway I can go with way more things I didn't like, but I for sure will not book again with her, horrible experience and even my family was, like what the heck with this photos, horrible experience!
