We stayed here for a wedding. We had a corner room on the 4th floor. Fantastic views, comfortable bed, soft sheets. The room was spacious, gorgeous and spotless . The shower was huge. The breakfast was delicious and included fresh melon, strawb...
erries , blueberries and blackberries. The coffee was delicious. The price of 20 a person was on the high side. My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

The location is quaint for big city feel and price. If you like clean and nicely acquainted rooms this is great. The valet didn't like my bus for some reason? They can accommodate with off street parking or overnight on the street. The staff is...
incredibly friendly and were quick to check me in when I arrived at 1am. The food was ok for breakfast and was standard faire for Continental breakfast. Now the one thing that was gross... The shower floor is an acrylic type and is fine but isn't being cleaned appropriately. I don't blame the cleaning crew perse but they need to scrub and use vinegar etc to remove dirt that is embedded in the textured surface.
Service animal friendly of course and the staff didn't hassle me about her which is great.

It is supposed to be a birthday celebration January 2 at approximately 9:45 PM, we had a very uncomfortable experience with hotel security in the lobby area. We regularly dine and celebrate at Infinity Sky Bar and have never had any issues at ...
this hotel until tonight.
We were quietly taking photos and short videos of ourselves in a corner of the lobby, not loud and not disturbing anyone. Two security guards one who identified himself as the “head” approached us, both are showing intimidating manner and stated that we were not allowed to take photos or videos and that we would be escorted out if we continued. No policy was explained, and there were no posted signs indicating this rule.
The interaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Being spoken to in this way made us feel unwelcome and overshadowed what has otherwise always been a positive experience at this hotel. I hope management addresses how guests are treated and how policies—if any—are communicated.
