Do everything you can to hire Sue Habib and Lexis Florist for your wedding! I was truly astonished by how incredible the flowers looked at my wedding, from my bouquet to the ceremony flowers to the reception centerpieces. The florals were super anxiety-inducing for me because they're not really something you can preview, you just have to trust that your florist "gets you," and I can assure you that Sue will totally get you. What she was able to put together far exceeded my expectations. It was like she was somehow able to take exactly what was in my head and actually create that for me. I had a lot of really wonderful vendors for my wedding but Sue really stood out as the best of them all, especially as she was able to finagle her schedule to help us on fairly short notice - we had a death in the family a few months before my wedding which delayed some of my hiring of vendors, floral being one of them. We hired Sue about 8 weeks before the wedding and she and her team 100000% came through for us. We couldn't be more appreciative.

The flowers and bouquets were beautiful but they didn't arrive to my wedding on time. They were supposed to arrive at 2:30pm so we can do photos before the wedding but they didn't arrive until almost 4pm and by that time the photographer had left to go take pictures of groom before the ceremony which starts at 5pm. Therefore I don't have any bridal photos or nice bridesmaids photos with the bouquets. Time is very sensitive during weddings and if you can't deliver as promised then it's better to go with someone else.

We went with Lexis florist because they were one of the preferred vendors for our venue. They had pretty flowers but were very unprofessional throughout the planning process. My mom and I met with them 3 times ahead of my bridal portraits and our wedding. For all of the 3 times, we are supposed to meet with the owner, but never actually met her until the 3rd visit. At our 2nd visit, we picked out very specific flowers that we wanted, confirmed the number of each item we wanted, and asked for an updated quote. About a month later, I realized that I had never received a quote and followed up. It turns out that they had sent it to a wrong email address, then send it to the right email address and it had gone to spam. The filename had a typo in it, the numbers in the Excel spreadsheet did not add up correctly, the number of each items that we had requested was not the same in the quote as what we had written down, and- my favorite- the email was a form email from the owner saying that she was so happy to meet me and my fiancé even though she my fiancé never set foot in the florist and I had also never met the owner yet.
