et with Lezlie multiple times before the big day and she was able to help me organize all my vendors and timelines for the big day!
Lezlie Hicks was truly exceptional. She brought grace, organization, and artistry to every aspect of our son and daughter-in-law’s wedding. From the earliest planning stages to the...
final moments of the evening, her attention to detail and calm, confident presence ensured everything flowed effortlessly. The day was stunning, joyful, and beautifully orchestrated—far beyond our expectations.
We are deeply grateful for Lezlie’s talent, professionalism, and genuine care. She created a day our family will cherish forever, and we will always be thankful for the beauty and joy she helped bring to life.
Lezlie Hicks was our day-of wedding planner for our wedding at Bentwater Yacht Club in Montgomery, TX on October 3. Lezlie was fantastic. She is knowledgeable, flexible, organized,...
and accountable. Her services began well before our wedding day. Her checklists and skills at using her website tools to make sure every detail was handled were very helpful to us. On our wedding day, she was on top of everything and things ran flawlessly. Highly recommend!
Lezlie is amazing and so sweet!! I had some real bridezilla moments on the day of, and she was calm, cool, and collected through all of it! She is a great communicator and really e...
asy to work with, and so knowledgeable about the best vendors for our area. She really went out of her way to make every little detail we wanted happen, and made the day that much more fun with her great attitude!
One of my favorite things she did for us was taking our left over flowers at the end of the night and donating them to a local nursing home so they could enjoy them and they wouldn’t just end up in the trash, she went out of her way to make that happen. I think that totally reflects the kind of person she is! I would definitely recommend Lezlie Hicks Events!
Lezlie was absolutely amazing. 10/10 I would book her for any events in the future again. She was flexible with scheduling when we needed to meet & talk. I truly felt like my day w...
as in good hands and she would take care of anything should a problem had popped up. I felt like she was just another friend of mine! I loved the planning platform she used and how to keep track of everything.
From beginning to end, I felt comfortable working with Lezlie to plan our destination wedding. We opted out of the day-of coordination, but chose the full package for planning ever...
ything else. We worked with Lezlie for around 8 months up to the wedding day, and even though she couldn’t be there, she was attentive to any last minute questions and followed up to make sure everything went well! Lezlie’s online portal was worth the investment for me. It allowed me to have a single portal to communicate questions to her, assign tasks and monitor my checklist at every step of the process. Having this organizational dashboard really allowed me to be able to make many of the decisions on my own, but Lezlie was always available to listen to my thoughts and to calm me down when I was stressed about anything. Our wedding turned out perfect in large part because we were able to plan for everything and luckily it did not rain on us. 😊
Lezlie is an incredible planner! My husband and I are both from Houston but currently live in another city, so it was crucial for us to have a planner familiar with the River Oaks ...
Garden Club & Houston vendors. The wedding venue actually recommended Lezlie to us, and we are so glad they did. Lezlie helped us plan the perfect day. Her attention to detail was impeccable. She guided us through the entire process! She curated a wonderful list of vendors that matched our wants and our budget. She also contributed significantly to the design and perfected our timeline. Her services are incredible and her skills are unmatched. She made us feel very comfortable and worked with our budget. We were so lucky to have Lezlie!

ed so many ideas off of her and felt that she had good advice. You can tell that weddings are her passion and she made sure no details were forgotten. My wedding stayed on-schedule throughout the entire day and it felt seamless. Her price is very reasonable for the high caliber of service she provides.

sly from one location to the next. From the perspective of a DJ that has worked with several planners, I can definitely say Mrs. Hicks is worth it! Put your special day in the hands of someone that’s going to do it right.

We had last minute storms forecast for our outdoor wedding and Lezlie made sure the tent was in place and that the vendors knew what they were doing with the wet weather plan.

beautiful everything looked and how smooth the ceremony and reception ran. Every vendor we worked with also commented on how much they loved working with Lezlie and how organized she is. She created the best day of timeline that helped our wedding party SO much. She is the absolute best at what she does and we will miss working with her!
I'm so glad I found Lezlie to help with our wedding! I had a head start on wedding planning since our 1st attempt at a small event was foiled by covid, but she was definitely a mus...
t for re-planning an event 4x larger! We hired Lezlie as a day-of coordinator, however having her available for guidance months ahead was such a relief for me as a DIY bride. As with any large event, there were kinks on the day-of with other vendors, but I had peace of mind knowing she was there putting out fires behind the scenes so we could enjoy our special day! We're so glad we decided to reach out to her for help, instead of trying to tackle wedding planning and execution on our own!
As the mother of the bride, I cannot begin to tell you how much Lezlie saved us in both time and money. Not only the fact my daughter was in Dallas and trying to plan a wedding in...
the Houston area which is a difficult task as well. Lezlie walked with us for a year making decisions and choosing the layout. But the day of the wedding she was a life saver.... I never heard from her until I saw her at the house just before we began the ceremony. She handled and made decisions and never bothered me or Ashley the day of the wedding. I would highly recommend and say it was the best money spent for sure...
We hired Lezlie as our month of coordinator (which included her being our day of coordinator as well), and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! She was really ...
quick in replying to all my emails and texts, and she offered so much help in our last minute planning and details. Lezlie was also super thorough with communicating with all our vendors and wedding party members, and she did an amazing job tying up all the loose ends to make sure that everyone was prepared on the days leading up to our wedding. On the day of our wedding, she and her assistant did an incredible job executing the setup and decorating, and they really brought all of our designs and ideas to life. They also made sure everything from the setup to the ceremony to the reception went smoothly, and everything came together without any hiccups. All our families and wedding party kept talking about how great and organized Lezlie is, and it was really nice knowing that everyone got to really enjoy the day because all the details were in good hands. I would highly, highly recommend hiring Lezlie for all your wedding planning needs!
Although I knew my color pallet, I had a difficult time making decisions and considering details. Lezlie took the time to understand my vision and bring ideas together. She made d...
écor suggestions and created the design of my dreams! She was always available for evening and weekend meetings/calls and never seemed rushed. She attended vendor meetings and worked persistently with the venue to devise table schematics in a tight space for all my guests. If my mom and I were ever split on a decision, we could ask her questions and she would make suggestions, but was never pushy or insistent. We always appreciated her mindfulness of our budget. As my wedding day approached, Lezlie communicated all the details with vendors on our behalf. We completely trusted Lezlie to make everything run smoothly and look incredible. The wedding day was flawless! I could not have asked for a better wedding planner.

ing inside if needed. I trusted her judgement completely that day and that she knew my style/theme so it was great to not have to worry about anything being out of place!
She helped make my life easier the last 3 months before the wedding. I had so many curve balls being thrown my way in my personal life at the time and she was truly a blessing. Lezlie was so much more than a wedding planner & coordinator, she was there to provide moral support, advice & wisdom!
If you want someone that’s personal, compassionate, supportive, creative and just a beautiful soul to help you plan your wedding or event & make your life easier BOOK HER!!!!
Lezlie is amazing, talented and detail oriented. She makes sure everything is to your liking and exactly what you wished for! She also offers great ideas and suggestions if you’re ...
not sure what you want; you can definitely tell she knows what she is doing. She keeps you in the loop through the entire process so you never feel left out of the plan. My bridal/couple’s shower and rehearsal dinner would not have been half as beautiful and incredible if it wasn’t for her. 100% will hire Lezlie again in the future. You won’t be disappointed.

rs I wanted to use. But as the day grew closer I knew I needed someone to help with my timeline and someone to coordinate with my vendors. I wish I would have booked her sooner because she far exceeded my expectations. She was very easy to talk to and knew exactly what I wanted when explaining my theme and how I was really into the small details. Lezlie took all the stress away and gave me weekly reminders of what I needed to be doing. She was extremely organized and very detailed oriented. Lezlie sent out the timeline to my vendors and let them know when they needed to be there and answered all their questions so I didn’t have to. She also made the timeline for the wedding party and let them all know when and where to be. I would definitely use Lezlie again for any event planning in the future!
