Katie Falatko is the owner and operator of LF Weddings & Events. As a former elementary teacher, Katie was inspired to make a career change after planning her own wedding. She is now a certified wedding planner and event coordinator who loves nothing more than helping couples to celebrate their love. Katie is a detail-oriented and diligent professional who will do everything possible to execute the occasion of your dreams. She believes that planning a wedding should be a fun experience for everyone involved, and she aims to alleviate any concerns you have with her thorough approach.
LF Weddings & Events offers a variety of planning packages to get your party started. Katie and the team will be happy to arrange a complimentary consultation with you to discuss your wedding ideas and goals. You can choose to meet with her in person or remotely if it is more convenient. Full planning is available if you want the team to organize everything, or partial planning is an option if you wish to be more involved. A day-of coordination package is also offered to ensure that your event runs as smoothly as possible. The team can help with many organizational aspects, including budget management, guest list creation, and timeline coordination. They will also be happy to find reputable vendors to suit your specific requirements.

y. Katie and her team were available and jumped right in to help with the rest of the planning process. We opted for one of her mid-range packages to help us more than just the day of. She was always available to answer my questions, help coordinate with vendors, review contracts and just be a sounding board when I needed it. Family, friends and other vendors all raved about Katie, and our day literally went so smooth thanks to her. I was able to get ready with my girls that morning without any worries. al text messages exchange and zoom meetings. she reached out to all of our vendors and introduced herself so they knew their roles and who to contact on the day of the event. she worked with our pastor closely as well and our venue. I went to see the venue and to my surprise, Katie was there as well. I love that she takes the initiative to go above and beyond. she drove the distance from the church to the reception so we could coordinate how much time it takes got get from one to the other with and without traffic. I forgot my marriage license the morning of the ceremony and she reminded me. I forgot rose petals and she ran to the store to buy it for me that morning.
