Lia is absolutely amazing! I recommend her to everyone that I know that is looking for a photographer. She is photographing our wedding in august of 2024 and I cannot wait. Incredible. Professional. Bubbly. Kind. Responsive. Creative. I don't think there are enough adjectives to describe Lia's personality and work ethic. My fiance and I absolutely LOVED shooting with her. She is organized and communicative. She responded to all my questions and helped with accommodations in booking an offsite location that needed permits. When we were shooting together, Lia made both my fiance and I feel comfortable. It really projected in our photos. Her creative eye and flexibility caught some amazing candid shots as well as contemporary poses. We had the absolute pleasure to work with Lia at our Memorial Day weekend wedding this year. Lia’s pictures speak for themselves! She knows how to capture a moment so beautifully and was such a joy to work with. From our engagement session, you can tell how passionate she is towards photography and it carried over into our wedding day celebration. Lia was recommended by our venue, and we knew immediately we wanted to work with her as she was so open with her process and made us feel like she really loves what she does. She was incredibly professional, and we knew we could trust her to capture the most important moments, both in our intimate first look photos all the way to our packed dance floor.   She gave us great examples of weddings she had shot previously, and we felt comfortable knowing we were in good hands. She was so nice to us and allowed us to enjoy every moment (both big and small!). Because she was so familiar with our location and venue, she knew all the ins and outs to make the day run smoothly. And she was able to take her time, stopping us at different locations throughout the day to capture another beautiful shot. She was so quick to get our previews out the very next day. It was so great to be able to relive the day with everything so fresh in our minds. When we got the whole album back, it was again so amazing to see and reminisce how wonderful the day was. She, and her second photographer Ryan, captured not only our moments throughout the day but also so many great shots of our friends and family. What an honor it was to work with Lia and thanks to her we have so many memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives!

Lia did our engagement photoshoot and I am so glad we chose her. She is a wonderful human and an extremely talented photographer. She worked with us continuously as the weather was not in our favor on our engagement photoshoot day! She helped us find the perfect window where we were still able to do outdoor photography. I am completely convinced that there is no photographer out there that is better than Lia. From the day my husband and I first met her, we knew she was the one! After eight years together we wanted a fun, personal, and meaningful wedding- and Lia was a huge reason why we were able to have all of our dreams come true. Lia’s photos speak for themselves. They are breathtaking. What truly blew me away, though, was Lia’s support, professionalism, expertise, and personality. A year into planning, we changed everything about our wedding- from things as little as the colors to things as big as the location. Lia took all of this in stride, allowing us to adjust our contract and traveling with us to my family’s lake home instead of our original venue. I would NEVER recommend changing plans this late in the process (brides- you know how stressful it all is!) but Lia turned a tearful, stressed out bride and groom into two people who finally saw their dream wedding as possible. She went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. While we worked to re-plan and doubted the logistics, Lia talked about being inspired by the water, and emphasized how much she loved that we were doing what meant the most to us. Her positive energy meant so much to us and made us feel so comfortable! She became a friend in the process, listening to stories about the home as if it was her own family getting married that day, and capturing every detail mentioned, no matter how small. She kept our timeline running smoothly, even when we decided not to do a first look or see each other before the ceremony. She captured the place and people that mean the most to me in a refreshing, emotional, and beautiful way, and I will cherish the memories, and photos, for the rest of our lives. One year after our wedding, we had family photos done by Lia, and my husband said it best that day: “Lia is good at EVERYTHING.” Pick her. You will never, ever regret it! <3

From the moment we met Lia, we knew she was the right person to photograph our wedding! It was great that we were able to meet with her in-person to ask questions and look through some of her wedding albums prior to booking with her. Prior to our wedding, she did a great job taking our engagement photos! We wanted peak fall colors and she helped us choose the right day to take our photos so that the timing with the leaves changing was perfect. It was so hard to choose which photo to use for our save the dates because we loved them all! On the wedding day, both her and our second shooter went above and beyond! They did so much more than take our photos and truly helped make the day stress-free and fun. Our photos turned out so much better than we could have expected! Oh where do I even begin? When I was looking for wedding photographers, I had a very specific style I wanted. My fiancé and I wanted to make sure we liked the photos because that’s what you have to look back on, so we wanted to make sure we found the perfect photographer. I wanted timeless, classic, true to color. I kid you not when I say I had a spreadsheet of with 30+ photographers I not only reached out to but actually met to see if we would be a good fit. I stumbled upon Lia’s profile while browsing Instagram photos. There was a photo I saw with the exact style/editing I wanted. She was the photographer tagged, so I naturally went to her page to take a look. At my first meeting with Lia, I knew she was the one. As corny as it sounds, it’s true! Lia is so incredibly kind and genuine. She said she doesnt want to just be “the photographer,” but really part of the family. I knew I could trust her to capture our wedding day. My fiancé and I were planning our wedding from afar, and Lia was always very accommodating with meeting times. She would meet us later in the evening to go over things. Lia made things so easy for us. We did our engagement session with her. My fiancé and I were quite nervous because we aren’t picture people, we don’t really take photos so we weren’t sure how our engagement session would go. Lia made us feel SO comfortable. We really enjoyed our session with her and knew our wedding day would be no different! Lia has a true talent for photography. She sees the world in a different lens. I don’t know how to describe it, but when you see Lia’s photos you are transported. She captures people in a way where you can feel the emotion and really connect. Lia is amazing!! She is so sweet and easy to work with. We found out our wedding venue accidentally double booked our wedding date after we had signed our contract and as soon as I told her she was so calm and made sure the new date worked with her schedule and switched everything over without a single hesitation. If you are like me and never know what to do when you are in front of the camera she is your girl. She lets you feel so natural and gives helpful tips here and there but it is truly an all organic moment for your photos. I will never stop saying how great she is and would more than happily refer her to anyone who needs a photographer.

Lia is the best! She was the photographer at my brothers wedding this year, and after seeing how amazing her work was we hired her for our engagement shoot and wedding! I don't even know how to express how wonderful and easy Lia made the entire process, from engagement photos, bonus change the date photos at her beautiful house, and finally our wedding photos. She somehow knew every angle, location, and person to photograph and was such a beautiful and happy spirit to have along for the ride. Before the wedding, Lia spoke with us for over 2 hours to make sure everything was set and even gave us amazing recommendations for our honeymoon in Maui. Our photos turned out beyond what we could have ever hoped for. Lia was amazing! She gave us an incredible engagement shoot, turned around, and gave us an incredible set of wedding photos as well. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she and her collaborators are wonderful, enjoyable, delightful people to have around. They kept everyone relaxed and having fun, AND managed to craft some amazing photos in the process! Their staged portraits and in-the-moment pictures are equally high-quality, and both photographers added to the overall feeling of festive joy and love on our day. Lia is a true gem, both as a person and as a creator, AND her prices were fair, too (which, in the wedding industry, is a g-dang breath of fresh air, lemme tell ya)! Lia is the sweetest most down to earth person you will ever meet! She was our wedding photographer and I couldn't have asked for better. Lia really knows how to make you feel comfortable behind her camera. She works very well with large groups and got the most beautiful photos. My (now) wife and I hired Lia as our wedding photographer. We had excellent communication before and after the event itself. On the day of, Lia was working in conjunction with Michelle. Before the church service, Michelle went to photograph the men getting ready, and Lia went to photograph the women. Michelle was a rock star and was outstanding to work with. For the sake of simplicity, the rest of this review will only be referencing Lia, but know that Michelle and Lia were an awesome tag team the entire time, great chemistry together for the Church and for the reception. Lia is a professional, and is passionate in what she does. She maintained a personal air of joy and fun throughout our entire wedding. When she got on the scene, it was evident that she loves what she does, like legitimately excited just to be there. Even when talking business, working with Lia felt like having a conversation with an old friend rather than just "someone you hire to provide a service." She was very mindful of the natural beauty of our surroundings; the art, the trees, the light, and was tasteful with her photography (no stupid corny ideas that so many people go for these days). Everything felt very organic and timeless. She is a REAL photographer, an artist who understands what she's looking at. Yet, it was all so warm and fun that she could've just been another guest at our wedding with one helluva camera. All in all, my wife and I had a beautiful wedding, an absolute blast that turned 2020 into our best year ever. Lia managed to capture and translate the jubilant, racing emotions of the bride and groom getting ready, the beauty and the significance of the Church ceremony, and the energy, joy, love, and community of the reception into still photos that can almost breathe. Lia is THE BEST! Finding a great photographer was one of the most important things to me when wedding planning. As soon as we sat down and met with her I knew she was the one. When planning my wedding a lot of advice I received was “you should really like your photographer you spend the WHOLE day with them” now that the wedding is over that is the truest statement! There’s so many great things to say about Lia that it’s hard to figure out where to start! She was such a special part of our day and made things so fun and easy. Genuinely one of the kindest people we have ever met and she was always willing to work with us and figure out what was best for our engagement/wedding photos despite COVID throwing many wrenches into our original plans. We even had the pleasure of getting to know her husband on our engagement shoot, and he provided excellent comedic relief and tons of smiles. Lia has always been incredibly professional, punctual, responsive, and adaptable (which I cannot stress is the one of the most important qualities you can find in a wedding vendor). And her photos are absolutely gorgeous!!! Her style is bright and realistic, and her photos capture the true moment during which they were taken. We were stunned when we received both our engagement and COVID wedding photos, and couldn’t be happier that we found her to photograph our special day. Lia is a phenomenal human and you won’t regret choosing her!

My husband and I can’t say enough about Lia! We first worked with her when we were in our mutual friend’s wedding. She made us and the entire wedding party very comfortable. So comfortable in fact, she made my now husband (fiancé at the time) want to ask for her card at the end of our friend’s wedding for OUR wedding. Then once we saw our friend’s wedding photos, that was it! We knew she was our first and only photographer that we wanted for our special day. Once we reached out, she even remembered us and had our date available. It was meant to be. Her packages are reasonably priced (even though it’s hard to put a price on wedding photos since they hold the memories for a very special and fast day). She did a wonderful job and kept making us laugh for our engagement photoshoot, which was so fun and great for a beginning relationship between a couple and the photographer. She got our engagement photos to us in a very quick time frame- since we used them for our wedding announcements and at our shower. She kept in constant contact with us weeks and days before the wedding. I also loved that she had us make a list of photos at the church we wanted people with. That list kept us moving and kept us on time. The offsite group photos were so fun and I really loved every minute with our wedding party. The new husband and wife ones were so fun too. She truly captured how much love and fun happened that day. To top it all off, within 3 days of the wedding she had a Facebook sneak peek- that was so great! Then in 8 weeks (as promised) we had all our photos and first draft of our wedding album. Her timing was great, her photos were great, the experience was great! We look back each year on our anniversary through our wedding album and reminisce on how great that day was. We have such great memories from our great photos. We can’t thank and recommend Lia enough! I give everyone her card I know getting married or wanting pregnancy photos or newborn photos. She truly loves her job and gets to capture amazing moments for people. You defiantly want to give her call.
