not happen. I was understanding because is was around the Thanksgiving holiday. My biggest complaint about this experience would be the communication between Libby and I. I would contact her and sometimes would not hear back unless I emailed or texted multiple times. This became very frustrating since I explained that I wanted these pictures to give as Christmas presents. The week before Christmas we finally received SOME of our photos. Long story short, there were some processing issues that caused only some of the photos to upload. I waited another 2 weeks for the rest of the photos all while being in the dark because I could not get ahold of Libby. I thought our photos had been lost! I had no idea what was going on. Once Libby responded she apologized and I definitely appreciate her apology. After we received what we thought were the rest of the photos, I realized that our “first kiss” pictures were missing. It took myself checking her website every day until I realized those pictures were on there. There was no follow up from Libby saying that the problem had been fixed. The pictures are beautiful and she is a very nice and kind person to be around but I was not happy with the communication and the long wait for ALL of my photos.

om the wedding day and I would definitely recommend talking to Libby about her photography packages!
