Libby was absolutely fantastic! She was endlessly flexible with our wedding as we adjusted to the year 2020. Our photos were incredibly beautiful, there was not a moment she didn't capture. We could have only used a little more direction in photos, unfortunately, we are not naturals. Regardless, every photo was amazing. We will undoubtedly look fondly at our photos for years to come. Thank you Libby, we cannot thank you enough!

Libby is a phenomenal photographer. She is extremely pleasant and very easy to work with. Libby was able to capture the little moments throughout our special day and help create memories that will last a lifetime. We are so thankful that we found her, she was the best photographer we could've asked for and very reasonably priced.

We had Libby for our small wedding during the pandemic, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was very easy going and friendly and willing to work with us to help us capture our day. She also was able to keep our day on schedule the whole time. All of the pictures that I had wished we could have, she was able to capture. And she was able to get our first look and wedding album back to us so fast we were so impressed! Our day was so special and we will have amazing photos of it for the rest of our lives thanks to Libby. We would highly recommend her to anyone interested.

Libby and her assistant arrived early to capture the magic of everyone getting ready and were nearly the last to leave the reception. We were able to relax and enjoy the day, knowing that everything was being captured on film. The sample photos we got within days of the wedding show how truly talented Libby is and we are so eager to see the rest.

Libby was an absolute joy to have at our wedding. She was always smiling, had great ideas and has such a obvious talent and passion for her work. I’ve always been unsure about photographers, but Libby put my mind at ease within the first minute I met her. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Libby is a god. I had a gothic/punk wedding and a boudoir shoot with her and everything turned out phenomenal! I am never using another photographer again! Libby is my go to!

I would highly recommend Libby for any event, but especially for a wedding. It is so important to have a strong photographer for one of the most precious days of your life, and Libby just gets it. She was an integral part in the success of our day on multiple levels and truly captured the love and laughter. Our true personalities, as well as those of our friends and family, really shine through in her photographs. She arrived early, stayed late, and made suggestions when appropriate. She has really positive energy the whole day and was very genuine mingling with the bridal party and our families; you will have a lot of fun with her. She is professional and highly skilled. Our photos are outstanding. You will not be disappointed!

We are so lucky to have had Libby as the photographer for our wedding! Long story short, I had to fire my former photographer 6 weeks before the wedding. Thank God that Libby was available on the day! (She also graciously postponed a vacation in order to be there) My husband and I hardly take photos.. We're not big into selfies, so I figured we needed help posing. With Libby it was very natural. For example, she would choose the spot and tell us what to do (like go sit/stand there). She would maybe tell us a couple of times to tweak things, but otherwise it was just us and the photos reflect that we look comfortable, not awkward. I loved all the candid ones she got, too. She told us, just forget I'm here and do your thing (like while we were getting ready) They turned out so great! There were also times I didn't realize there was a photographer at all, like when I was alone with my mom waiting to walk down the aisle. It could have been the nerves that I didn't notice, but it was also because she wasn't in your face, just barely in the background capturing all the special moments. By the end of the day, we already knew the photos were going to be SO much better than if we had the original photographer, before we even saw anything. That was such an amazing feeling; to know that even though it was extremely stressful to make that last minute decision, it was well worth it. We literally said it out loud to each other, after the sun set photos, how happy we were with her. We got our preview so quickly and the entire album not long after that. She captured everything so beautifully. We had her look around for good spots for photos instead of giving her specifics.(which she arrived early, on her own accord, to do!) I'm glad I gave her that creative liberty. We got married at the GVSU campus, which is gorgeous, but she picked some spots I wouldn't have thought of. I love the masculine areas from the guys photos and outdoor ones for the girls. We also had a second shooter, which I highly recommend. There weren't a ton from the second shooter, since Libby is the main photographer, but the angles from the second shooter ended up really nice as well, that we couldn't have gotten otherwise. Libby is super chill and nice, but also professional and timely. I never had to question in my mind with her if I could trust her.  I couldn't be happier with the results. You will not regret hiring Libby as your photographer! Check this one off your list, and hire her already!

We had a great experience with Libby from beginning to end! She was recommended to us by a friend, and we couldn't be happier that we chose her to photograph our wedding. Libby got back to us quickly with all communication leading up to the wedding. She was able to answer all of our questions and give us some good advice on logistics. It can be really nerve wracking to be in front of a camera, but Libby immediately made us feel comfortable for both our engagement and wedding photos. She has a really good energy that just puts you at ease. Libby also puts in a lot of attention to detail to help make sure the big day runs smoothly. She helps you finalize your itinerary in the weeks before the wedding and then day-of she helps to make sure things are staying on track. We also loved loved loved all the photos we got back from her! She is great at capturing the moment just as it is. She sent them to us via online gallery which was easy and convenient. If you're looking for a photographer that not only takes amazing photos, but who is also professional, easy going and truly cares about you, you should absolutely reach out to Libby! She is one of the best investments we made in our wedding. I would chooser her again in a heartbeat.

Libby came highly recommended to do our wedding. I must admit I was a bit skeptical at first as our wedding was over two hours from her. Upon meeting Libby, it only took minutes to put our complete trust in her. Libby is a true professional! She came up with so many creative ideas that turned into amazing pictures! Our wedding was a complete success and we would highly recommend her to anyone.

We were impressed with Libby’s charming personality and the professionalism she displayed in capturing so many special moments of our wedding. Before the wedding she gave me several suggestions that would be helpful and listened carefully to things I would like captured at the wedding. We were very satisfied with the quality of our pictures and received many compliments from family and friends.. I would highly recommend Libby.

You will be SO happy that you chose Libby as your photographer! I had seen some of my cousin's wedding day pics on FB and thought they were gorgeous. The composition, the sense of movement -the FEELING that they portrayed - just magical. As the mother of the bride trying to help her out-of-state daughter coordinate a destination wedding up north, it was a complicated business. Libby, however, made it simple. COMMUNICATION - We had an initial group chat via FB so Libby could meet our daughter and get an idea of the overall vision. She answered all of our questions, and then a hundred more later on. Very easy going, very reassuring, very knowledgeable. WORK ETHIC - Dedicated professional. Written contract with everything spelled out and worksheets/time sheets for the bride to fill in so that the wedding day pictures go smoothly. (Which they did!) Unbeknownst to us at the time, Libby visited the wedding venue (historic theater) on her own time to get a sense of the space and lighting, as it wasn't the usual venue. That was above and beyond, in my opinion. DAY OF - Libby and her assistant were a source of calm - they knew what they were doing and what shots they needed. At the reception - they were everywhere, yet so ninja-like that you didn't really know they were there. That is truly a skill! THE PICTURES - exactly what our daughter envisioned! Old Hollywood glamour, unique shots inside, outside, walking downtown...all of them gorgeous. I can't look at them and not smile. Libby captures the moment, but also captures the feeling. It's a gift that you can open every time you look at your pictures. I highly recommend Libby! Through our many communications and finally meeting her, I can tell you that she is a person of integrity and mad skills. Anyone can take pictures, but it takes a special talent to create magic. Libby has the magic. Book early!

Working with Libby is an absolute dream, and I'm floored with the absolutely gorgeous memories she captured of our wedding. Even when there was stress around us, Libby and her assistant made us feel at ease and allowed us to stay in our own world--the most precious gift to a bride and groom.
