We rented a dance floor from Liberty Event Rentals, which was a great price and turned out to be just what we needed. However, there was an utter lack of communication with the team. I'm still not quite sure how we managed to make payments and have a dance floor on the day of our wedding. I had sent several emails during the months leading up to the wedding to reconnect after booking with no reply at all. On the week of the wedding, both my wedding coordinator and I tried emailing and calling with no answer or reply back. Luckily, the venue coordinator had spoken to a representative to confirm, but it was quite rude that there was no response, apology, etc back whatsoever. Would not recommend unless you like a surprise on whether or not your stuff will be there!

Avoid using this company. I placed an order with Liberty for my outdoor wedding. I ordered 2 tents, a tent heater, 4 tent side walls, and a dance floor. On the day of the event, Liberty delivered and set-up the tents and dance floor but did not provide the heater and side walls. It was not until I arrived at the venue, 2 hours before the wedding ceremony, that I saw the items were missing. They did not notify me that those items would not be arriving. They were nearly impossible to get in contact with on the day of and prior to the event. The owner, Chris, offered no solution or explanation. I've been trying to contact regarding a refund for weeks and they have not responded after multiple follow ups.

Liberty was a dream to work with! They were clear, responsive, and helpful and the bars we rented from them were absolutely perfect for our wedding. We are so thrilled they were available on our wedding day, and I would absolutely recommend Liberty. They made our wedding so memorable and just what we were envisioning. Thank you, Liberty!
