Terrible Service - Do Not Recommend We used this limo service for my son’s and daughter-in-law’s wedding, and it was a disaster from start to finish. The limo meant to pick up the bride and bridesmaids was sent to the wrong address, causing unnecessary stress. Then, the limo that my son had was old with no air conditioning which in FL on a wedding day is unacceptable it also had visible wear and tear it was old and had that been the wordy if it maybe I would not be writing this review but after the ceremony it broke down, leaving my son and bridal party stranded in the side of the highway and forcing the other limo to pick them up. This delayed the entire program, backed up our photography schedule, and extended our reception timeline, leading to significant extra costs for photography and the bar. When I called the owner to inform him of the situation, I was met with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. Instead of apologizing, he said, “Things happen, What’s a half-hour delay?” As if, during a wedding, a half-hour isn’t a huge deal—it was more than half an hour, and it derailed our carefully planned day. While we received a partial refund for one limo, we were still charged for the extra time incurred, which is baffling since the delays and extra time were directly caused by their breakdowns and mismanagement. This company’s poor service, lack of accountability, and unprofessional attitude made what should have been a joyful day unnecessarily stressful and costly. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
