nd our drivers Jason and Slav formed a good relationship with us from the moment they arrived. From the first trip with our groomsmen to the second trip with the bridal party and all the way until they made sure the last guest got back to the hotel, we would recommend them every time. It ended up raining; the drivers were prepared and stood out in the rain holding the umbrellas for us so we wouldn’t feel a drop. Thank you Liberty for taking care of everything and being a big part of our day! Book them for your wedding!

Liberty booked us the wrong vehicle. We BOOKED and PAID for a 30 passenger limo bus. They marked us down for a coach shuttle bus. The person who we booked with over the phone, Ste...
phanie, is still saying we booked a coach bus. Which is also wild to me because we paid exactly what I have an email quoting us for a 30 passenger Limo bus. I HIGHLY doubt it’s the same cost as a coach bus. This all came to light the day before our wedding. It caused so much stress for everyone on our wedding day and the day before. Don’t book them. I tried to wait and see if they did something for all our stress this caused and all they offered was a refund for one hour out of our 8 hour booking plus transportation one day in the future. As if that makes up for anything. I wouldn’t even feel comfortable using/relying on them in the future at this point. I, the bride, had to get transportation from our hotel on my wedding, not even in the limo bus i paid for and looked forward to. I’d attach a photo if I could, but I didn’t even have a Liberty Limo Bus drive us. They had to have Elite Limo help out. Here’s a photo of the vehicle I finally went to the church in! Thank GOODNESS for Delamar Southport for graciously driving me to my ceremony in the hotel’s Rolls Royce! The hotel had more compassion and hospitality than everyone at Liberty. Delamar Southport drove me to the church free of charge because they understand how important the ride to one’s wedding ceremony is. Thanks Delamar! I can’t express my gratitude for the staff at the hotel.

tars was due to the delay in the wedding starting because majority of my guests staying at the hotel had not arrived--including the MOG and FOG. This was frustrating as it took twice as long to get to and from the venue and it was not due to traffic. My wedding was delayed almost 40 minutes and unfortunately missed taking sunset pictures.
