I was always on the fence about travel agents and had never used one prior to our honeymoon. Liberty Travel (York) was awesome! We did everything via email and phone and 1-2 weeks ...
before the wedding our travel agent (Janelle) sent us all of our confirmations for flights, our resort stay, excursions, etc. I checked once to make sure everything was there (it was!) and then packed it in my carry-on. Our trip was flawless! Janelle even emailed me the day we were leaving to wish me a happy trip and give me her cell number if we needed anything. We booked the Sandals St. Lucian Grande (we highly recommend it!) and the price was no different than if I had booked it myself. We chose travel insurance, which was affordable and had the honeymoon of a lifetime! LOVE these guys!
