st booking them. From the beginning, communication was incredibly difficult. Despite paying for additional services, there was very little communication or clarity regarding the extras I had purchased. My photographer did not even reach out to me until three days before my wedding, which was extremely stressful and completely unacceptable given how important and time-sensitive wedding photography is. Unfortunately, the problems continued after the wedding. I waited over a month just to receive my preview images. While many couples receive a substantial collection of preview photos within approximately a week of their wedding, I received only 30 previews after waiting a month. Even more disappointing, several of those images had obvious issues, including photos where my eyes were closed, and there were no photos of my family members among the previews. When I finally received my wedding gallery, I was absolutely horrified by the quality. The images were so low-resolution and poor-quality that, in some photos, you could barely see my face. These are supposed to be the photographs that preserve one of the most important days of my life, and instead I was left incredibly upset and disappointed. The communication throughout this process has also been extremely frustrating. Responses have been slow, and the tone of the emails I received was, in my experience, unnecessarily rude and dismissive. When you are already stressed and disappointed about something as important as your wedding photographs, the last thing you should have to deal with is poor communication and an unprofessional attitude. I understand that wedding photography is an art and that not every photograph will be perfect. That is not what I am criticizing. My issue is the lack of communication, failure to meet expectations and deadlines, poor-quality images, lack of meaningful previews, and overall handling of the situation. Your wedding photographs are something you cannot recreate or get back. Once the day is over, these images are all you have to preserve those memories. For that reason, I believe couples deserve a photographer who is responsive, professional, organized, and genuinely invested in delivering a quality product. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Life Art Photographers. If you are looking for a seamless, professional, and stress-free photography experience for your wedding, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
