Chris did an amazing job at our wedding. Communication before the big day was excellent and his work was professional and perfectly matched the vibes of our reception! Having a bad DJ was one of my biggest fears as I've been to a lot of weddings where the DJ makes things about themselves or just plays so loud that no one can talk to each other or hear anything. Chris found the perfect balance for me and I'm so glad we hired him!

Chris was so easy to work with and we loved the songs he would play together, as we felt it kept people on the dance floor longer! The sound quality was great and he also did a wonderful job for our ceremony - even finding specific versions of songs I had wanted for the ceremony music. From the start Chris listened to what I wanted from the good to the worries and he made me feel very comfortable working with him and David. We met with David and he was a bright light of a human and was the nicest person to meet. He also listened to everything I wanted and any concerns and made me feel so secure. Wedding day was an absolute BLAST! David was everyone’s favorite! During the ceremony our ring bearer (newphew) got cold feet lol and ran off. David DJ'ed our June 2022 wedding and he was so fun! He was so incredibly easy to work with, personable, and willing to do whatever we asked of him! Chris and Blair were both great to work with- very professional, and experienced! We didn't have to worry about a thing music/sound wise for our wedding day! They did initially start playing the wrong song for the anniversary dance but did end up switching to the correct song (and no one noticed other than my husband and I). My husband and I had no idea where to start when it came to finding a DJ for our wedding. Life Celebrations was referred to us by several people my mom works with. Chris was outstanding! Like many people, we had to postpone our wedding due to COVID-19. I heard horror stories of other vendors taking advantage of couples during that time, so I was especially grateful that Chris helped us navigate the situation with such kindness. Our pre-wedding meeting eased my nerves. He is so knowledgeable and professional. He helped us work out details that were totally off our radar. He was also already familiar with our venue and coordinator. We were able to go into our wedding day feeling confident Chris was handling his job. When the day finally came he made sure everything went smoothly! He helped us stay on schedule without making us feel rushed whatsoever. As we sat down for dinner he approached myself and my bridesmaids and offered to grab us drinks from the bar which was such a pleasant surprise! Later, he watched to make sure both our parents were in the room and seated before he approached us about cutting the cake. Everything felt like a whirlwind, and in that moment it felt so good to know he was paying attention to things like that for us! People were on the dance floor all night! Several people commented about how great the music was and how much fun they had dancing. Overall, working with Chris was such a positive experience. Chris was fantastic to work with! We were about a year out from our wedding when we found Life Celebrations and reached out to have an initial meeting. He was very quick to respond to our email and willing to travel closer to us to meet. Leaving that initial meeting, we knew that he was the one we would go with! His contract was straight forward and prices were extremely reasonable. We did not have much contact in the following months, but reached out to us as our wedding approached. He had a comprehensive wedding sheet for us to fill out, which we then discussed via phone call one week prior to our wedding. We went in to our reception confident that he would help keep the evening on track. Chris worked seamlessly with both our photographer and venue to keep the night on schedule! He also took extra Covid precautions by cleaning the microphone between speeches, which my party greatly appreciated, in addition to gently reminding the whole reception of our mask requirements throughout the evening.

Hands down you won’t regret choosing chris as your DJ! The next morning after my wedding I had to reach out to him thanking him for making my dream come true! I wanted people to dance and Chris sure did have us all out there on the dance floor! Chris Was on top of anything I asked for! Chris made our wedding day so incredibly special! We had our reception on Put-In-Bay Island in Ohio. For those of you who know the area, know that it is not easy to get to during the summer months. Drive to the ferry, hour long waits in line, 25 min ferry ride, and then transpiration to the venue. Chris did not complain one bit, but embraced the travel and was so excited to DJ for us on the island. He was one time, made sure everything was set up perfectly and played the most amazing music. He was very organized, made sure we stayed on time, and did I mention he has the most beautiful announcer like voice?! High quality for a great and affordable price. Would highly recommend

Chris was extremely easy to work with! He was so reassuring during our consultations and he was willing to play whatever we wanted. I gave him a few artists that we like to listen to and a very short list of examples of songs to play during dinner and during the dancing part of the reception and he nailed both song of them on the head! We wanted old country hymns playing during the dinner and he was totally on board with that! He also has a very nice speaking voice which is great to have as the person basically running the show. Chris was great about coming up to us during the reception to see if we were ready to cut the cake, etc. but was not at all pushy about it- he kept the communication open which is an absolute must out of your DJ! He even came up to us and asked if we wanted anything from the bar and offered to get it for us. He is a super generous and down to earth guy and we are so happy we picked him to be our DJ. We felt that Chris's prices are absolutely reasonable- he went above and beyond what we would have ever expected! He was also willing to travel all the way to Lima, Ohio for us and we are so grateful he did!

You can't find a better DJ in the Toledo area than Chris and Life Celebrations. Chris is incredible at what he does, and is so easy to talk to and plan with! During our planning meetings, he made sure to have everyone's names (and pronunciation) right, and helped us to craft the perfect order of events to keep the night fun and entertaining for our guests. Chris used our music list that we put together and made sure to play everything we absolutely wanted, and avoided our do not play list. For the times during the wedding that we didn't have any music ideas, he was quick to suggest options and has an extensive list to choose from if you aren't sure, and it's all great!!! He shared the ability to my videographer to plug into his sound for speech content, and worked with my brothers during the ceremony, who played my processional music. He was also so kind and helpful when I made last minute decisions and requests during the reception! Chris is incredibly professional, and I give him my highest of recommendations! If you're looking for a DJ that will make your night unforgettable, hire Chris and Life Celebrations!!!

We could not have asked for a better DJ. Chris was very flexible as our venue was both indoor and outdoor, he was able to transfer music outside for dancing and had great playlists going on inside and outside. He stood strong on the songs we did not want played even when our guests asked, and followed all our requests. Our guests also commented on his playlists.

Chris is the consummate professional. He met with us and was interested in all the details. We e-mailed often the last few days, even changing some music and he was accommodating and quick to respond. Chris helped to manage a large wedding with DJ duties outside for the ceremony then moved inside for the reception seamlessly. Wow!! Chris did an amazing job at our wedding a couple of weeks ago. He took the time to meet with me to find out exactly what we wanted and didnt want. I couldn't believe how efficient and smoothly things went. I was also impressed the he was able to fill the dancefloor with the first song he played. Which is something I've rarely seen happen. At one point, the majority of guests went outside to see the animals (our wedding was at the zoo) and he offered to move the speakers out there for them! He went above and beyond my expectations. I recieved lots of compliments from guests about how much fun they had and I believe he had a huge part in that. Exceptional job Chris!

Chris was amazingat our wedding in June 2018. He took all of our friends requests so everyone got to hear what they wanted, but had also asked us specifically for songs we wanted or didn’t wanted. We met with him twice before the wedding and he was personable and on top of everything so we knew exactly what to expect and had no worries going into the wedding! We only did late night snacks for dinner so we didn’t get much food but he offered to get more for us, and when our cake didn’t show up he went out of his way to try to find something we could use in replacement going above and beyond for a DJ. Reasonable pricing! Would 10/10 recommend!

Chris was the DJ for our wedding and he did an absolutely amazing job. He was very thorough with all details and was helpful in making the whole reception run smoothly. He was able to make our wedding a huge dance party with everyone on the dance floor all night long. Which is exactly what you want in a great DJ. He was professional and courteous to all our guests. I would recommend him for any of your DJ needs.

We worked with Chris for our wedding reception and he was great to work with from start to finish. He invited us (with the bride and groom's permission) to attend a wedding he was DJ-ing so that we could see how he works and if his style was what we were looking for at our own reception. We loved him and were very excited to work with him ourselves. We then met up with him about a week before our wedding to run through the schedule for the evening and figure out music and such. We went through all of our groomsmen/bridesmaids with him as well so he could confirm he would pronounce all of their names correctly when introducing them. We weren't super picky with the music we wanted during dinner and the cocktail hour and he had premade playlists for us to choose from to make things easier. At the actual wedding, he kept us on schedule and made sure we were where we needed to be when we were supposed to be there-along with making sure our parents didn't miss anything either. When it came time for dancing, people were on the floor from the very first song until the last. He played great dance music all night, and made sure to mix in people's song requests in a timely manner. Many of our guests commented on how great the music was, including the groom's grandma. Chris absolutely deserves 5 out of 5 stars and I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone looking for a DJ.

Our wedding was on 7/8/17 at Nazareth Hall. Chris made everything about our day perfect: from making sure we had the sound set up we needed for our ceremony in the outdoor grotto, to keeping the dance floor packed throughout our reception. My husband is from Argentina and he made sure to incorporate the perfect amount of Latino music throughout the night so that all of our guests were happy and having a good time. I cannot say enough good things about Chris and Life Celebrations. Thank you so much!

Chris was our DJ for our wedding reception. My fiance and I were not able to meet Chris in person prior to our wedding, since it was an out of town event. Chris was nice enough to speak with us at length and answered all of our questions over the phone. Prior to the wedding we discussed the timeline of events and he assisted us with finalizing all of the details. I sent Chris a song list of music that I like and he made sure to play all of the songs I requested. Chris kept the party moving the entire time and kept the mood upbeat. He allowed me to use the microphone as well to request my guests get their butts on the dance floor! He went above and beyond for our wedding day- overall amazing and you won't be let down!

We recently hired Chris for our wedding ceremony and reception. The wedding was outside and the reception was indoors at a different location, which could have made for a nightmare. Chris was so professional, extremely responsive and all of our guests had an amazing time. I danced so much, I bruised my feet! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris. He is awesome!

Andy was DJ for our reception and he did a great job. He even travelled 2 hours for or big day. We had some hiccups in the schedule due to some rain showers and he was able to roll with the flow and make sure to do everything we asked. Definitely recommend.

Chris was absolutely amazing in facilitating our surprise anniversary party! He played everything we loved and kept people moving! He went above and beyond what we had asked by acting as our MC. He is so easy to get ahold of and kept in contact with me throughout planning! I would absolutely hire Chris for any and all of my future events!!!

Our wedding was 9/23/16. Chris was our DJ and we were extremely happy with the evening. We compiled a list of music we wanted to play at the wedding and spoke to him over the phone. He was very pleasant and easygoing. I requested a very specific time of a song to be played when I was walked down the aisle and he was on point. Throughout the evening he played all our requests and mixed in music all the guests enjoyed. Our wedding was small; I was so happy and relieved to see a lot of our family dancing and genuinely having fun! He accommodated to our evening and communicated with me regarding requests that guests had to be sure they were alright to play. The backdrop lighting I bought and had arranged went out right after the ceremony and he quickly fixed it using his own lighting to help :) We were very happy with our evening and I would highly recommend Life Celebrations! Thank you, Chris, for our wonderful evening! (I tried to submit a review just minutes ago and something went awry, sorry if this is a duplicate!).

Terry was really nice when we met with him both times and seemed really professional. When our names were pronounced, he completely butchered them even though he said he practiced. Everything went as scheduled for the night with speeches and dances, which was great. He butchered our names again when announcing our first dance. The music he played throughout the night was typical and not at all specific to us, but it was decent music except when he tried to play Shaggy 'It wasn't me.' Overall, not completely terrible.

Our wedding was 09/10/2016 and we had Chris as our Dj. He was awesome! We had a list of songs we wanted played and did a good job of mixing things up. He made the night flow smoothly. He made sure the important people were in the room when it was time to do toasts and dances, and if they were he went and found them before we started. There was a good mix of music and everyone enjoyed themselves. My husband and I would both highly recommend Life Celebrations for any event!
