I’m Jab, the lead photographer behind Life In Vegas Photography. For nearly two decades, I’ve been lucky enough to photograph hundreds of couples from all over the world right here in Las Vegas. I focus on natural, story-driven wedding photography for couples who want beautiful images and a smooth, stress-free experience.
Before running my own studio, I worked closely with photography teams at some of Vegas’ most well-known wedding chapels, including Little White Chapel and Chapel of the Flowers. Since 2007, I’ve photographed everything from simple elopements to large, elegant weddings, which means I know how to read a room, stay calm under pressure, and capture moments as they naturally unfold.
My style is documentary at heart, with a clean, cinematic feel. I’m always looking for real emotion, great light, and timeless moments you’ll still love years from now. For larger weddings, I offer experienced second photographers and a trusted team to make sure nothing gets missed.
Along with wedding photography, we also offer same-day photo slideshows and premium photo booth experiences, including our signature photo booth bus, for couples who want something fun, stylish, and memorable for their reception.

Hello, that's me, my wife Kathrina and our son Sebastian. I've been a wedding photographer now for over 17 years. I've photographed hundreds of large weddings and thousands upon thousands of smaller Vegas-style weddings. Feel free to pick my brain for ideas for your big day.
I have worked at the best chapels and photography teams in Las Vegas so if experience is the most important for you, you don't have to look any further.
My wife is an amazing veterinarian so we have lots of dogs at home. When were not hanging out with our son, we travel, play tennis, swim and go to parks and cook at home!

We saw photos taken from our guests’ cameras and when we got our photos back from Life In Vegas, they were amazingly better and seemed like the photos were taken from a different party! Our guests could not stop talking about the yellow Volkswagen bus Photo Booth they had. Another awesome feature was the voice recordings our guests recorded on a phone outside of the bus. They put together a video with all the photos taken inside the photo booth with music and the voice recordings from that night. It was amazing! I was most impressed on how Jab handled our HUGE group photo. I don’t know how he managed to get it done so fast and effortless as it’s hard to get THAT many people to pay attention for that one perfect shot! Meeting you for the first time in person put whatever miniscule worries I had on the back burner. You yourself are just so warm, joyful and full of light, which was no different than what I felt when we spoke on the phone. We can be a bit awkward when it comes to having our photos taken but we knew that we had nothing to worry about and you really put the two of us at ease. You made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. You are an absolute joy to work with and we could not have envisioned our wedding to have been captured as perfectly as it was. You were so kind to our guests, it was really great seeing you interact and converse with everyone. Lucas still talk about the popcorn magic trick!
Our sincerest thanks for these beautiful photos, that undoubtedly captured one of the most heartfelt and happiest days of our lives. truly takes the time to get to know you and what you're looking for. If you have no idea, he's got ideas to pitch. If you want something specific, he'll work with you and offer suggestions too (based both on what he's found works and building on your ideas). Very knowledgeable about the "technical" side of photography.
He is incredibly easy to work with - follows up quickly, organized, tons of ideas, flexible, gives great/understandable direction when posing, and generally just a really great human being. We had SO MUCH FUN on our engagement shoot, laughing and talking with him as we walked to our different shot locations along the strip. I also found his packages to be incredibly affordable compared to some of the other top rated photographers, but for the quality of his work and how great he is to work with - he's definitely a STEAL!
We booked him for both our engagement photos and wedding (next year) and just got our photos - they are STUNNING! He knows all the best locations on the strip to get truly unique, gorgeous shots. He's creative and has an eye for one-of-a-kind "artsy" shots you're not likely to find with someone else, but also nails the "classic" engagement shots and truly capturing the right moments and the personality of the couple.

He had the perfect spot picked out for our first look and when our initial spot didn’t work out he worked so quickly on the fly and found the best replacement. He was able to capture the obvious posed family photos, amazing bride and groom portraits, and the best candid photos. At the end of our dinner I was so pooped and couldn’t continue to take some final photos we had discussed-Jab offered to take the photos of us the next time we were in town. Knot to scout photographers for our engagement photos and wedding. I was impressed with how lively and vibrant his shots were. Everyone in them looked like they were having fun and enjoying themselves in the moment. Something that I wanted our photographer to capture for us on our big day.
We reached out and were able to secure Jab to do our engagement photoshoot, our wedding and to provide his Love Bus as our photobooth for our wedding. Our engagement photos were beautiful. They captured a scenic, lesser known Las Vegas backdrop without looking too toursity. It's easy to make my other half look amazing but even I like how I turned out in the photos.
Having created a relationship with him the wedding day photos came out just as great. We were relaxed around him and he took some very heartfelt photos of us before, and during, the wedding. Everyone who attended had tons of fun using his retrofitted Volkswagen Kombi turned photobooth. It added that kitschy flair that made our wedding unique. The day of our wedding, I was so nervous, but Jab and Alyssa came with such great energy and gave such positive vibes, it was infectious. They made me and my entourage feel comfortable. They also did a beautiful slideshow during our reception which included pictures from the my prep time and the ceremony. It was a tearjerker. Our memories from the wedding will become more precious as the years go by and I'm so glad Jab was the one who captured it for us. Our experience was amazing. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! perfect shots! He made all of us feel so comfortable and was a huge help in getting everyone transferred to where we needed to go! The pictures that I have seen so far are an absolute dream! It didn’t take long for Jab to get what we were about and he had such great ideas and was very knowledgeable about the area and where would be good to go. It actually felt like we were out with an old friend, we were so comfortable and we had so much trust in him. And the photos! I honestly cannot describe how beautiful they all are. They really captured the emotions of the day, they show our love for each other and paint a wonderful picture of how much fun we had. Genuinely, I had very high expectations and hopes and Jab has surpassed every single one. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much.

Jab was on time, professional and most importantly personable- by the end of the day he felt like an old friend. We have never had photo shoot before and he made us feel comfortable and we were able to have fun with it. I'm so happy with the outcome of our photos and the quick delivery as well. I honestly couldn't recommend him enough.
