Our wedding day timeline was tight and things inevitably fell behind schedule, but Craig was nimble and made adjustments on the fly to capture all of our big (and small) moments. When my sister and brother-in-law surprised us (and Craig!) with a song at our ceremony he was there to capture the whole thing. I knew Craig said they'd be there from the very first moments getting ready to the last song, but he wasn't kidding. However, one of my friends who had gotten married several years ago showed me her highlight film from iWed and I was blown away by it and my mind was changed. robably watched it 100 times already. Hiring Craig and Jillian was one of the best investments we could have made. They are real pros at what they do, and they captured so many great moments that we can relive again and again -- some that we wouldn't have even known happened if not for this amazing video! While we ended up spending more on videography than we'd planned, their pricing is very much in line with other videographers we considered. I really don't think we could have gotten a better value. They do not disappoint!

ng as we felt it was important that our video artist - because that is what he is! - know exactly what our reception lighting should be to show our wedding and venue at their best in our video and photos. Craig was very prompt in responding to any questions we had and incredibly organized in the planning stages. The day of was, of course, very stressful for us but he and his team were so very kind and professional that they put us immediately at ease. We knew they were there, but it wasn't "obvious" and didn't make us feel uncomfortable in any way. Our guests really loved doing short video messages for us and lots of them told us what a fantastic time Craig was doing! The video we received (we chose the "highlight film" package) was beyond amazing! We, and our families, were so moved by the absolutely stunning videos and special moments that were captured, and even more so by the phenomenal highlight film. lled to tell me what time he would be over that morning. It was an hour earlier than I was supposed to be ready and I wouldnt be done and back from hair yet. I asked him yo come later and he said no I have to set up at the church and can't leave my equipment, talking to me like a two yr old saying I told you this when we first met (a yr ago) I work FT and was planning last min things, am I supposed to remember everything he said a yr ago? so we have no pre wedding video from my house, oh well. I called him 2 wks later to see when the video would be ready and got I told you at the end of the night (what night) oh at my wedding?? seriously?? you want me to remember a yr ago and then remember the end of my reception?? seriously? I wasn't drunk by any means but I didnt remember half the day thats y we hired you! Anyways he got snippy about it whatever had the video a week later and minus my friend saying my ex's name instead of my husbands name (which everyone else has noticed on the first viewing) the video was good. that part ruins it for me but when I emailed him and asked him about it hoping he would be nice since he was snippy the rest of the time he said oh it happens all the time...I'm sure it does and it wouldnt bother me if it wasnt my ex's name. Have him do one video proof for the couple first before doing parent dvd's
