Thankfully, Chloe was incredibly organized and on top of every detail this made me feel very at ease on the day of. She kept us in check with deadlines and made all our dreams happen or at least kept them in the realm of making my unrealistic dreams a reality. Overall she was a great addition and her teammates/assistants she had were helpful as well. Love Chloe, and couldn’t have been more impressed :)

She’s part fairy godmother, part logistics queen, part hype woman — and 100% the reason my wedding felt as magical as it did. If you’re on the fence, this is your sign: hire her. You’ll get a coordinator, but you might also gain a lifelong friend. 💕

good idea of what I liked, was pretty crafty, and had been to dozens of other weddings - I was a self-proclaimed wedding pro. However, we quickly discovered that living in Texas and planning a wedding in Wisconsin was not an easy task. From the time we took our first call with Ella, we knew we wanted her on our side. Her honesty and evident knowledge of the industry floored us and made us feel a sense of security we didn’t have when speaking to vendors on our own. Every step of the way, Ella not only held our hands and explained why “this” was better than “that”, etc. etc. She also made sure to keep our vision of the day at the forefront of every decision and every suggestion. Never at any point did we feel like we were just “another couple” receiving the same recommendations/advice. She made us feel seen, heard, and gave us a wedding that truly captured our love and felt so authentically “us.” Like most women, I had BIG dreams - very expensive, very unrealistic, very non-budget conscious dreams. Instead of just telling me “no,” Ella always listened, and when things sounded impossible, she thought of creative ways to bring my Pinterest vision to life. I am happy to report that in some way, shape, or form, I got everything I ever wished for out of a wedding. And my husband is happy to report that we did it all within budget! Yay! Throughout the wedding planning process, we continuously received feedback from our family and friends on how “relaxed” we appeared. (which was very strange if you knew me in real life) It was all Ella! Our regular check-ins always left us feeling excited for what was to come! She was organized, responsive, and knew the exact things to say when we were uneasy about a decision. And yes, there were the inevitable hiccups, when isn’t there? But Ella handled everything before we ever noticed. Our guests raved, we got to be present in every moment, and it truly was the best day ever. Thinking about it now has me beaming! Ella and her team were worth every penny. We can’t get married again (though we’d gladly hire her twice!), but we can sing her praises. You won’t regret it, promise!!

r. I fully intended on doing all of the planning myself but as I started digging further into everything, I found myself getting more and more overwhelmed. That's when I came across Light as a Feather. It was less than a year before my wedding and at that time, I had booked my venue but no other vendors and was feeling stressed and overwhelmed with everything that I had to do. After talking with Meredith, my fiance and I decided to move forward with a planner to help us with everything and that's when we met Chloe. with multiple events on multiple days, and lots of different cultural elements to include. As soon as I got on the phone with Meredith, I got a warm fuzzy feeling. Her lovely personality translates immediately to how she runs her business and I felt strongly that Blue Fancy was the right fit for me. About 5 months into the wedding planning process (still approximately 8 months prior to the wedding), I realized I needed some design help. I couldn't envision how to choose table linens that went with the florals, that also went with a lighting concept, etc. I also had the added challenge of planning remotely (our wedding was in Milwaukee but I had recently moved to Nashville). I called Meredith in a panic and she had the perfect solution by connecting me to Eve, who would not only be my wedding coordinator, but also my event designer. Eve was an absolute god-send to me. She has such a keen eye for design and immediately understood my vision and the vibe I was going for. She helped me narrow down choices to create a cohesive, curated look for every event. I still can't get over how beautiful every aspect of our wedding was, and I would never have been so confident in my choices without her guidance and stamp of approval. She was able to coordinate all the vendors to make sure they were all adhering to the design plan we put in place. She also has amazing connections and helped us get a beautiful custom bar for our cocktail hour - it was a stunning piece that really elevated our event. She was also extremely organized, which really helped my anxiety as I am quite type-A and detail-oriented. Blue Fancy provides organizational tools and templates to dive right in to all the logistics of planning a wedding, which helped me think of things I didn't even realize I needed to take care of. We worked extremely hard in the months leading up to the wedding to get every detail in place so that I could put all the planning aside for the week leading up to the wedding. She communicated quickly and always made time for me. With any large wedding, there are ups and downs. Eve talked me through every situation we ran into to find solutions, and no request was too much. She truly was there for me through every moment and I now consider her a friend. Eve and her day-of team handled every detail with grace and a smile. If something went wrong, I had no idea because they just took care of everything without needing me to be involved. Our families were able to enjoy ourselves without having to worry about a single detail - she made sure everything fell into place. It was the most magical weekend of our lives and I honestly don't think it would have been so special without having Eve be a part of it. Olivia’s organization, attention to details, and phenomenal communication alleviated any possible stress we could’ve had leading up to our wedding day. In the weeks prior to our wedding, she met with us several times, she contacted and confirmed every vendor, and she created the most detailed timeline I’ve ever seen. On our wedding wedding day, Olivia and her team of Chloe and Jordan were exceptionally organized and handled any and all details, big or small, which allowed us to completely relax and enjoy our day. All last minutes tweaks and changes were handled perfectly without any stress added to the wedding party. A few things in particular really stand out. First, we wanted to set up a traditional “Pittsburgh Cookie Table” at our reception. Olivia truly understood and executed our vision and guests could not stop raving about how amazing it was. Secondly, at the end of the night, Olivia and her team packed up all of our boxes and loaded them in our family’s vehicles so us or our families didn’t have spend additional time with decoration takedown. I cannot express enough how much we appreciated that. And finally, at the end of the night, Olivia had the rest of our three-tiered cake delivered to our hotel room which made for the perfect late night food. We LOVED working with Olivia and her team and cannot recommend them enough. Thanks for helping us have the most perfect day!
