Light the Path Arts is my creative studio for designing wedding celebrations where music, atmosphere, and energy flow together naturally. I am Todd Killingsworth, a Seattle, WA-based DJ, music producer, and multidisciplinary artist. In addition to weddings, I perform electronic music at clubs, festivals, and creative gatherings across the Pacific Northwest, and I bring that same musical sensibility to weddings in a way that still feels warm, personal, and welcoming.
THE APPROACH
Great weddings are about energy, flow, and connection. Music shapes the emotional arc of the day, and I love helping couples craft that arc intentionally. We work together to fine-tune playlists for each moment of the celebration, from the ceremony to the cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception dance floor. Electronic music is my specialty, especially house and modern dance music, but every wedding soundtrack is built around the couple's taste and their guests. Some celebrations lean toward deep house and disco grooves, while others mix electronic music with indie favorites, throwbacks, and a few classic sing-along moments. I am always happy to include beloved wedding songs when they fit the vibe, but the goal is creating a night that feels unique and alive.

For couples who want something beyond the traditional DJ format, I also offer hybrid live music experiences such as DJ plus live electric or acoustic guitar, DJ plus live vocalist, DJ plus live piano, or DJ band hybrid performances that blend musicians with a DJ set.
CREATIVE ENHANCEMENTS
Creative upgrades can include custom-produced versions of meaningful songs for first dances or aisle moments, a full 360 video recording of the reception DJ set, projection-mapped visuals with a dedicated visual artist, and custom guest keepsakes, including engraved hardwood pendants and luminous soul lights.
FESTIVAL AND CREATIVE WEDDINGS
I also specialize in festival-style weddings and creative gatherings where the goal is to create a vibrant shared experience for everyone attending. My background includes more than a decade of helping lead a large creative camp at Burning Man, along with years of producing art-driven dance floors and events.
