I couldn't recommend Tyanna from Light the Way Events enough. She was the reason my wedding was absolutely beautiful and everything I ever wanted. Not only did she handle everything with our decorations and our timeline, she truly cared about every detail of the day. I would work with Tyanna over and over again. Thank you for everything!!

Tyanna was an exceptional day of coordinator. She truly went above and beyond for us. Her support during the weeks leading up to the wedding was critical for the planning process and for my mental health! She was consistently checking in with me to see what she could help with, sat on numerous calls with me with vendors, provided support and guidance on the timeline, layout, and any other questions that came up throughout the process. She was extremely responsive throughout the whole planning process. She picked up desserts for us and helped set up our welcome dinner in addition to the day of services, which weren't necessarily part of the package. She built us an arch. She always had a positive attitude and approached all problems with the attitude that we can figure it out! She was truly the best vendor we worked with and I would highly recommend her services to anyone considering hiring her.

Choosing to work with Tyanna was the best decision we made for our wedding!! This is not an exaggeration. We originally were not going to hire a planner or coordinator. We eventually realized we wanted someone to be the point of contact in case something went wrong so that we wouldn’t need to rely on family and friends. We met with several planners/coordinators but didn’t click with any until we met with Tyanna. She was our day of coordinator but she really went above and beyond! Throughout planning, especially the last few months, she helped us pull together all of the details. Her layout, timeline, and detailed questionnaire sheets are so thorough and will make sure you do not miss anything. For example, we decided on a layout with a sweetheart table in front of a window. Many pictures we found online of our venue had curtains over the windows so we thought this would be ok. Without asking, Tyanna reached out to the vendor to check since she understood our vision and she found that they were not standard, so we were able to get a backdrop to complete our vision. Without Tyanna we would not have known this until the day of the wedding! Even if you do miss something, don’t worry because she will have you covered!! I forgot the pie servers and she had a spare set! It was such a relief on our wedding day that I knew I could trust Tyanna to help make everything go smoothly. Even if you are not sure if you want a planner/coordinator, definitely consider working with Tyanna!

Tyanna was amazing from start to finish! I had already done a lot of planning and after a few calls she was able to seamlessly take over and pull everything together. She provided a lot of support in the stressful final weeks, even doing walkthroughs at the venue for me as I live downstate. Tyanna worked the entire day to make sure the wedding was fun, relaxing, and everything we wanted! She was a true professional and helped me pull off an amazing day!

I couldn’t have done it without her. She was helpful for everything from planning, keeping me on schedule, setting up and after wedding madness. I could text her any time of day and she would have a quick response. Even if it was late at night, she would respond early in the morning. I have bad anxiety and she kept me calm and collected in my thoughts. During the wedding weekend, she solved any problem with ease. She took the extra fresh flowers I had and arranged them beautifully. The tent looked like a fairytale when I arrived at the reception. Words cant EXPRESS how wonderful Tyanna is!! She's super helpful, I mean super helpful, she has a lot of brilliant ideas, she's checks up on me frequently to see if i need any help, to check on me! She's super understanding, funny and have patience. On my big day she was saving my life on things on many things. SHES WORTH the hire. thank you tyanna for helping my dreams come true
