We had so many compliments on the music selection and the professional way he announced each part of the reception. He was amazing at keeping us on time and walking us through what we needed to do with out rushing or pressusing us. We had a fairy tale wedding that my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy. I know Buddy played a huge role in making our night so memorable and wonderful. I highly recommend him to any bride.

The DJ was nice and well prepared but during dinner and cocktail hour we requested soft jazz or classical - basically peaceful stuff - and they were playing really upbeat and sometimes odd jazz. My sister actually looked at me at one point and said "What IS this?" and I knew everyone was kind of thinking the same thing. They didn't start playing the classical music until we cut our cake (and our guests had been in there listening to the weird jazz for over an hour while the wedding party did pictures outside) and it was only on for about a minute before they turned it off for the speeches. It was also pretty awkward a few times when I gave him a schedule ahead of time to follow and he would have to come past the guests and ask me on everything "Okay, do you want to do this now?" Also, since no one was dancing, he played one song that got a group of seven people to dance and he said, on the microphone (which was kind of unnecessarily loud) "Thank you for dancing, I was about to start crying." which made things really awkward when they all stopped when the song ended. Really, he should have just gone with the vibe of things and seen that people were not gonna dance (especially after an hour of trying to get them to) and just played some soft music so people could talk and enjoy themselves, I kind of expected a DJ to know what to play at what times but it didn't turn out that way at all. It felt so awkward with no one dancing and the music being too loud and upbeat to hold a conversation without going outside (which everyone started doing) we decided to call it quits and left the reception an hour and a half early so we could at least enjoy the rest of the night to the fullest. But I guess I gotta give it to him, he really was trying hard to get people to dance and he did do a really great job with the music for our outdoor ceremony so that was really nice. And him and his staff were very friendly and polite and professional and he did a good job with any last minute changes we had to make. Altogether though it cost us $450 for the reception music and $100 more for the ceremony so $550 total and in the end we kind of wished we could have had him for the ceremony, rented his mics for our speeches and announcements and just played an ipod or something so people could have talked instead. Btw, I put the cost on here as $500 or less because that's how much it would have cost for just the reception and most people don't use a DJ for the ceremony.

He sent his teenage son and daughter to DJ our wedding without letting us know in advance. His son couldnt pronounce our names right, seemed very inexperienced and the daughter sat sullenly at the side. Mr Charity presented his company stating that they set the mood for the reception and that they were almost like the wedding coordinator for the event, and this did not happen. They got our wedding dance song wrong, they did not play our requested songs for the cocktail and dinner hour (which i emailed them a list) until I complained and asked them to. They did not mix up the songs for the dancing - so there were no slow dances despite the guests asking for a change of pace/music. Then the son asks me around 9pm if they should just pack up and leave as noone was dancing. Even though its his job to change things around so people will dance and have a good time. He cleared the dancefloor several times. He then condescendingly told people at the send off that we will have an arts and crafts project (???). We were going to send off skylanterns!!! And did not instruct them as we requested. Overall, this company does not deserve any star as they did not provide service that they promised and just did a bait and switch. DO NOT HIRE FOR YOUR WEDDING DESPITE WHAT THEY SAY. I REALLY REGRET HIRING THEM. Mr Charity also said they will reimburse me but I have not heard back or gotten anything.

was so easy and convenient. He sent me a website which I logged in and selected all my music. The GOBO came with a website also that allowed me to pick exactly what I wanted. He provided 12 uprights and the prices were amazing I interviewed 4 DJs and he provided the best overall price and services! He is a true professional and his equipment is up to date. He truly provided the most for my money and was a pleasure to work with so polite and as they also wore tuxes to the event so they looked great!
