He was professional and lovely to work with throughout the night - he helped keep everything moving and was polite. He worked our ceremony and reception and all went perfectly. During that time, we moved to a different state, but Mike never missed a beat staying in contact and answering any and all questions we had. We gave Mike a few song requests, but overall he felt the vibe of the room and kept our guests on their feet every minute after dinner. We even extended our reception an extra hour because the music was so good. Not to mention, light show was amazing! My husband and I recommend DJ Mike Ballard to all of our friends/family! People that have seen our wedding photos always ask "Who did your music? Looks like a really fun time!" Thank you Mike for making our wedding reception everything we wanted and more. I love music and had a very specific playlist from which I wanted Mike to play. He was eager to discuss the flow both in-person and over the phone. He asked the right questions and made sure everything was ready for the ceremony + reception. Your DJ also doubles as the emcee for the event - you don't want someone cheesy. Mike did a fantastic job segueing the entire reception. The dance portion was out of this world. Guests from all ages came to the dance floor to enjoy the music and lights - there was no one left at the tables when he started playing. I would choose Mike all over again, A+.
