Like Morning Sun

Hi, I’m Natalie! I started Like Morning Sun in 2013 after falling in love with photography as a teenager. Today, I photograph weddings and oversee our small photography team, helping ensure every gallery carries our signature look: warm, natural, true-to-life color and images that feel comfortable and personal. My approach is calm, lighthearted, and gently guided. You don’t need to arrive knowing how to pose! I’ll give you something easy to do, make room for a little silliness, and help you settle into being together. Some moments call for laughter; others call for slowing down and remembering what this day means to you. That’s the heart of “photos that feel like home”: photographs that bring you back to the comfort, connection, and possibility of starting a life with your favorite person. Greg and I have built our relationship and this business alongside each other. Outside of weddings, life usually revolves around our three kids, time outdoors, good food, and a book or movie to end the day.

Hi, I’m Greg! I’m the filmmaker and main point of contact here at Like Morning Sun. From helping you choose a package to answering questions along the way, I’m here to make the experience feel clear, personal, and easy. I also oversee our filmmaking team and the editing of every wedding film. I filmed my first wedding in 2010 and spent time working in Hollywood in a variety of roles. But weddings became something much more personal when I met Natalie. Working together meant spending more time with her, and somewhere along the way, I fell in love with both her and the work we were building together. I love the closeness of a wedding day: getting to know you, helping you feel at ease, and creating something that will mean more as the years go by. You can expect a calm presence, a little humor, and enough guidance that you can relax and focus on each other. Outside of work, I’m usually making pizza, playing guitar, or spending time with Natalie and our three kids. Good food, time in nature, and a family movie night are pretty hard to beat.
