Owner and pastry chef Sean Herman specializes in handcrafting French pastries. You can call on this experienced professional to create sweet treats for your wedding table. From his childhood, Sean has loved sharing food and memories as well as helping out in the family kitchen and garden. He graduated from BGSU in 2016 and found a passion for cooking. Sean has over a decade of experience in the culinary industry and, in August 2021, founded Li'l Boîte Pâtisserie. Sean operates Li'l Boîte Pâtisserie on the principles of sustainability, transparency, authenticity, and curiosity. His emphasis is using local and seasonal ingredients whenever he can, focusing on those available within a two-hour radius of his bakery. Sean offers individual pastries and boutique pastry boxes, with items such as viennoiserie, gâteaux pâtisserie, and confectionery.
