I have to admit that the flowers for my wedding party, while not the colors I requested, were beautiful and the prices were reasonable.
I felt misled that this was a TeleFlora florist and I had a lot of trust in this vendor, as a result. As... it turned out, working with them locally meant that I had no protection through TeleFlora. And, because I am not a resident of the area where I had my wedding, my credit card offered no protection either.
And, I needed protection. The flower order was amended before the wedding and those flowers were not delivered, but no refund was issued. In addition, the flowers in the bridal bouquet were wilting and brown around the edges upon arrival. They looked several days old already and the owner did nothing to try to fix the problem with two hours left. It also included flowers that were not included in the pricelist and a design that was simply not appealing. I was embarassed to carry it and almost didn't.
If you choose to use this florist, order through TeleFlora or ask to see everything in photographs in advance and every detail in writing from colors, to flowers, to quality, and prices.
