The reason for the poor review is that the company put a random charge though for $400. I contacted John (the owner) about this and he was looking into it. I even spoke to him a few times on the situation, as i really wanted to resolve this with the company directly.
After a few days John said he was sure it was an error on his side and would work on processing the refund. Then I was not able to get ahold of the company again and the money was not refunded. No one contacted me and I left several voicemails as no one would answer their phone number. I have since disputed this with my credit card company.
If you use these guys, make sure you pay through paypal so that you don't get hit with random charges. The service was fine, but having a random charge of $400 and then not getting resolution direct from the company is not fine.
When i was looking to book out for a limo, I had seen a similar review as mine, but figured it was tied into something else - you never know what really happened in a situation. At this point I wish I had listened to their warning. This is a lot of extra work and stress to correct an issue I did not cause.

shuttle that would do loops between the hotel and our venue later in the evening and a separate limo for my husband and I. The quote I got was fantastic, and I have confirmation in writing that all services would be performed exactly as I asked. The first red flag I had was in the difficulty of getting a hold of anyone at the company. When I would call, the gentleman would speak to me for a few minute, then tell me he wasn't in the office and would call back later when he was. He never called back. The only method of communication was via email with Mandy, who assured me that everything was on track as I planned. Then, 2 days before the wedding I found out that the large limo which I had requested was suddenly unavailable, but Mandy was able to secure one almost as big. The day of the wedding, my guests of honor were on their way to the venue and the limo broke down! Thankfully the rain caused a delay in the start or they would have missed the ceremony! Then, the limo driver that was supposed to be doing shuttle loops refused to take people from the venue because there were not enough people ready to go, completely defeating the purpose of having him there in the first place! Finally, the drivers of both limos were incredibly rude. The man that drove my husband and I even asked us for tips when we arrived at the hotel! The reviews on other sites of this company MUST be fake, they were TERRIBLE.
