I enthusiastically write this review for Lilac Event Collective, and Meghan who guided us through our daughter's wedding preparations and actual wedding day, which was perfect and flawless. Meghan is passionate about her work, which is evident in her professionalism and attention to detail. She has great ideas, is easy to communicate with, has an impressive resource pool at her disposal, and her ability to coordinate timelines is exceptional.
Meghan was our day of coordinator for our wedding back in January. She was amazing. We met with her about 6 weeks before our wedding and she managed our vendors, helped us iron out last minute details, set up all our personal stuff on the day of, and made sure everything ran smoothly during the ceremony and reception so we could enjoy ourselves. We definitely recommend.
My husband and I hired Meghan with Lilac Event Collective and we were so happy with how everything turned out! We went with her partial planning package including design and day of coordination, and we feel like it was worth every penny! Meghan recommended great vendors to help us bring our vision to life, and helped us nail down all the little personal details that we wanted to have on the day of. The final month leading up to the wedding she helped us finalize our seating chart, build a day of timeline for all our vendors, and was absolutely amazing on the day of. If anything went wrong on the day of, we have no idea thanks to Meghan!

We loved working with Lilac Event Collective! My daughter is out of state, so we hired Meghan to help plan everything. As the mother of the bride, I was able to attend vendor meetings and connect with Meghan more often and I can't even express how impressed I was! She was so thorough and thoughtful, and really brought my daughters vision to life with little direction. She has a true eye for design, and her organizational skills make for a great planner. We would absolutely recommend Lilac Event Collective! (& we really do to everyone we know who gets engaged or is planning an event).
This review may be a little different as I am the father of the bride. We hired Meghan with Lilac Event Collective for my daughters wedding and I could not have been more impressed. Meghan helped get everything organized with all the vendors, made sure all the I's were dotted and T's were crossed, and was excellent on the wedding day. She made my daughter and now husband had everything they needed and were always checking in on my wife and I. We plan to use her again for our other daughters wedding this Spring. We would absolutely recommend Meghan and her team for any event.

We absolutely loved having Meghan help bring our wedding dreams to a reality! She was attentive, responsive, and easy to work with. She listened to our concerns and made our day go seamlessly especially the end of the night clean up so we could get to our after party. Our wedding day would not have been the same with out her. We booked Lilac Event Collective for day of coordination and we couldn't have been happier with their service. Meghan and her team managed all our vendors the month leading up to our wedding and helped everything run smoothly on the day of. Notably, at the end of the night the person who was supposed to take all our personal details had to leave early for an emergency, and Meghan made sure to collect everything and get it to us the next day. Highly recommend!

1000/10 for Lilac Event Collective! We did partial planning with Meghan and we are so thrilled with how everything turned out. We initially reached out for day of coordination, but ended up adding on a design package about halfway through. Meghan has such a talent for bringing all the details together. She also uses a cool platform for planning so we could keep track of communication, contracts, ideas, final decisions, etc. On the day of, she was calm and collected and everything ran smoothly thanks to her & her team!
Meghan was great! She helped us stay on track and had some awesome ideas. My parents (who initially did not think a wedding planner was necessary) were so impressed on the day of! We all recommend her to everyone we know now.
