I went by myself for the appointment and they both made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everything was as advertised with them. Dianne and Marcie found my gown very quickly, it was the first one I tried on and I didn’t even want to try on anymore. I beamed from ear to ear for the past week knowing I found my gown and had a great experience. Oh! The ladies were also very respectful of my budget. No pressure to buy anything more expensive. Plus size gals please don’t be afraid to try this place these ladies are doing business right! 5 stars is not enough for this salon. Thank you Marcie and Dianne!!

After I made the big decision, Lilla was excellent to work with and helped the dress look stunning on me! I went in for a few fittings and alteration appointments until I got the dress just the way I liked it! I even shopped there after buying my dress for earrings, possible veils, and head pieces. Her daughter made me custom earrings to match my dress color perfectly! Lilla's Bridal Boutique is a wonderful help during the crazy wedding planning process! I would recommend them for their high spirits and the way they made me feel so special at all my appointments! They even offered me a discount for dress preservation after the fact!

luding a wonderful experience. I have been a bridesmaid in two weddings where we purchased our gowns at Lilla's and made appointments for the full group to try on dresses. Both times we ordered beautiful Bill Levkoff dresses, they accommodated all my alteration needs, and were wonderful throughout the entire process from scheduling the appointment to the pick-up of my dress. This year it was my turn as the bride getting ready for my 2019 wedding. We had an appointment and I was overwhelmed and unsure of what to do, I ended up picking a dress that I wasn't 100% set on after trying on multiple dresses. Fast forward a few weeks, I couldn't stop thinking of a slightly over budget dress that was absolutely stunning. I called Dianna at the store begging to see if there was anything that we could do to cancel the order so I could order the dress I couldn't stop thinking about. Dianna was so amazing and she got estimated alterations for the new dress from her mom (Lilla), called the company to cancel my order with lots of persuasion from her, and called me back so we could set another time for me to come in and try it on again. I honestly don't know many places that would make so much effort to help someone out changing her mind almost two weeks later. This gesture was SO appreciated and I really couldn't thank her enough. I went back for my second dress appointment and decided to only try on the dress that I kept thinking of, a beautiful Maggie Sottero fit and flare dress. We tried it on with heels and veil and Karen spent so much time answering all of my questions. We really bonded with Karen over our appointment and I am also seriously a forever fan of Dianna and Lilla. They are so accommodating and are the sweetest team. If you're thinking of going to Lilla's... book now! You won't be making a wrong decision!

n arrival, the dress was waiting for me in the dressing room, and deciding on my dress was a less than fifteen minute process with no pressure to look at anything else! The wedding dress arrived at the store within the time frame they quoted and within plenty of time of my wedding day. While I did not get my dress altered due to the distance away, I would definitley recommend this boutique for anyone looking for their dream dress and applaud the staff for their professionalism and friendly demeanor.

size 10 dresses to try on (they didn't have bigger sizes). They didn't offer any slips to try the ballgowns with and I was told to use my imagination to see how the dress would look on the back as none of them could even fit/close due to being so small. Buying a wedding dress is already a stressful experience and being made to squeeze into dresses that are half your size really makes you feel awful instead of beautiful. Anyway, I left and went straight to a different bridal store in York where I tried on 5 dresses, felt confident and beautiful. It was night and day compared to Lilla's. I ordered my dress and veil from the bridal store and will NEVER set foot in Lilla's again!

A girl without an appointment was assisted before me and took the large mirror the entire time. I was not impressed with the dress selection and overall experience. When I arrived my consultant immediately said "I usually just let the brides look through the dresses themselves and try on what they like." After noting that I had specific dresses that I wanted to try on (and that I drove all the way from mid Maryland), she went to check. When she came back she noted there was something wrong with their computer system. I proceeded to show her pictures of the dresses on my phone as well as told her the designer and collection that I really liked, and she went to look for them but couldn't find them. So I was left to sift through racks of dresses stuffed full, with no clue as to where the styles I preferred might be, or those that were in my budget, and the consultant provided no guidance. I found two dresses to try on and the consultant was unable to provide any more suggestions of dresses for me to try on. We left after being in the store for less than half an hour (most of that time spent sifting through the racks). I was upset after driving that far to see specific dresses and designers, and expecting to have the specific dresses I had been wanting to try on (because they said they would be available).

My mother in law called me the next day and asked if I would try Lilla's. I was honestly a bit tired of trying dresses by then but went anyway. The service was amazing. I felt like it was all about me and making my day special. I felt like it was okay to not like something and the girls helping me wouldn't be irritated. They kept reassuring me, "it's ok" "it's your day" "we are here for you" and they would offer a solution. They helped me create exactly the look I wanted. Within 30 mins of walking in the door I had my gown. It was perfect and I felt so happy and so beautiful in it on that day. I would send every bride I know to Lilla's!

s from Lilla's years ago, so we thought it would be great to go there again. I've been to at least 3 other bridal shops within the past month and Lila's was the only shop that had completely unacceptable customer service. To begin the unpleasant experience, when we arrived, the owner of the shop did not great us and merely walked past us on her way out of the shop with her husband. Despite scheduling two different brides for separate appointments, there was only one sales representative working in the entire store. While the sales representative was nice, she was young and completely inexperienced. When we made our choices as to what dresses we were going to try on, the sales representative put us in our dressing rooms and said "let me know if you need anything," rather than assisting us in the dresses and clipping us to size. Again, at all the other bridal shops I've been to recently, the sales representative comes in with you and helps you get dressed and pins your dress to show an accurate fit. When asking the rep about the dress style or designer, she was unable to answer our questions. Additionally, when exiting our dressing rooms to look in the full mirrors, the rep did not assist us in fixing the train, rather, my parents were crawling on the floor trying to open the train to get the full effect. While there are several other things that I was unhappy with, these are the things that I feel that other brides should truly consider when choosing a bridal shop to look at. The dress shopping process is very overwhelming and customer service is the only thing that can make the experience better. I hope this helps future brides!

Most of their selection of sample dresses are 2-10, and with how gowns are cut, it's hard to imagine this gorgeous dress on you if it's 4 sizes to small. That is my only complaint about my experience at Lilla's. She's amazing and will have your alterations done in no time at all!

t... was...perfect. Gorgeous work done by these women and they even added a cute wristlet from the lace of the dress, free of charge. They made the experience pleasant and is definitely the place to go if you want to tailor a dress to exactly what you want.

, WV and our wedding was in Elizabethtown, PA- so it was the perfect location for my friends and family to meet up and they helped to schedule fittings to meet my travel needs. I tried on numerous dresses, and they helped me to narrow my search down until I found the most perfect gown I could have ever imagined. They paired my gorgeous Waters lace gown with a blingy belt and beautiful pearl finger tip length veil- WHICH I didn't think I would like, but their creative eye opened me up to options I didn't know would work.Lilla does all the alterations and they were very reasonable in price. They almost finished renovations just as I had my last fitting and the place is looking even more beautiful. Its such a fun environment for such a happy occasion . I recommend Lilla's beautiful shop to all my friends and family!!!

alterations at Lilla's. I needed to have my dress shortened, and taken in. The finished dress was beautiful, and fit me perfectly! One piece of advice - order your dress in plenty of time. It took 5-6 months after placing the order, for my dress to come in, and then another 2 months for alterations. My bridesmaids also purchased their bridesmaids dresses from Lilla's, and had them altered there. Their dresses were beautiful, and fit them perfectly. Lilla's also offered a 10% discount on the bridesmaids dresses, since I purchased my wedding dress there, and I was glad to save my bridesmaids some money!

izes too big, they did not order my belt with the dress as asked. I knew more about the dress I was looking for then the women working in the store. And when I went in to get my veil, they had told me my veil was placed with my dress so I could pay the rest for it when I paid the rest on my dress, and when I went in to get my veil, they couldn't find it- and it ended up being sold. Also... When I went in to look for bridesmaids dresses the lady we had an appointment with stated she couldn't look for high neck dresses, so we proceeded to pull dresses and try them on ourselves. After finally found one we like the sales associate told me she couldn't show me the color purple I wanted. I then took my bridesmaids elsewhere where we were treated professionally. I had gotten bridesmaids dresses and prom gowns many times before and never had the issues I had here. My alterations were done by Lilla herself because she was the only one that could fix the amount of material that needed to be taken in on my dress. She was a life saver.

thought was pretty, but I wasn't sure how it would look. Once, I put it on, it was love at first sight. It was perfect. A big thanks to everyone there!

: 1) when I picked up the dress a few days before my wedding the bustle was NO longer in. The day before the wedding my MOH (sister) noticed that the loops on my train were all cut into strings. We call and they insist the strings are actually loops. My sister takes the dress to them and misses the rehearsal to show them. She realizes the loops are actually strings so she put the bustle in the DAY BEFORE the wedding!!!! (Even though at the last fitting the bustle was in.) 2) that bustle fell out about 20 minutes into the rehearsal!!!! 3) even when the bustle was in my train was dragging on the floor about 2 inches. 4) I ordered the veil through them. I received the veil less than a week before the wedding and it was the WRONG veil!!!! I asked if I could get a discount on that veil because of the mix up and it wasn't what I wanted. They refused to take any responsibility and blamed everything on their supplier. 4) when I dropped the dress off to get it altered their was NOTHING wrong with the zipper. At the final fitting the zipper was still fine! After the pressed it and I picked it up, the zipper pull tab was SNAPPED in HALF! Again they denied any responsibility, even though the seamstress said there was nothing wrong with the zipper at the final fitting. I believe the dress was seriously miss handled between the final fitting and the pick up. It's the only thing that makes sense to me of how the bustle "fell out" and the zipper snapping. 5) to "fix" the zipper they took heavy duty thread and basically tied the zipper pull tab back on. So the zipper was pretty much a giant ball of thread. They insured me that no one would be able to tell because I had ordered a finger tip veil.... Too bad the veil they forced me to buy was elbow length so you COULD see it!!! The ball of thread was so big that the buttons that covered the zipper could not be fastened. 6) I ordered the veil in the evening and they said that they wouldn't order it until the morning. That evening I saw the same veil at David's bridal for much cheaper. I called to cancel the order and they said even though they hadn't charged my card yet, they were going to in the morning whether I wanted the veil or not. 7) The ladies that work there are incredibly rude! I called to talk to the owner about my bustle issue. I was told she would call me back (over a week ago and I still haven't heard back from her and I called multiple times). The seamstress who worked on my dress did call me to tell me that my dress was "filthy and gross" and she never wanted to work on it in the first place. My dress was a Maggie Sottero that I bought at a sample dress store. It was perfectly clean!!! When I originally asked them to work on my dress I knew they were going to be expensive than almost every other place. I was Okay with that because I really wanted high quality work done. Instead I paid hundreds of dollars for a dress with no bustle, the wrong veil, for them to break my zipper, and to be insulted by them repeatedly. I would never EVER recommend this store to anyone for ANYTHING! There are other things to but I am out of characters for this thread.

r dresses. There was a slight mix up on the day of the wedding, two the girls dresses somehow got mixed up with one another, however it worked itself out when they switched their dresses. Lilla's also preserved my dress. Although I thought that the preservation price was a little high I was very happy that offered this service as well.

It took 3-4 additional months for the correct sized dress to come in. Go for fitting, again wrong size have to send it back. The 3rd dress comes in a few weeks later (mind you approx 6-7weeks before the wedding). I have a fitting for all necessary alterations. I go back approx 2 weeks later. The zipper barely zips and looks like it is going to split open at the top. So Lila must let the dress out. Go back for another fitting: raise my arms in air and dress falls off. Back to shop (7th time): Snug fit, zipper still looks like its going to split and the buttons don't cover zipper. Lila says no it’s fine. It will be fine. By this time, I gave up. Dress gets pressed and picked up 3 days before wedding. I go home try on the dress because I'm nervous about it. Sure enough the zipper splits and the top fastener ripped out. It took my mother-in-law 6 hours to fix this disaster, just 2 days before the wedding. That’s not all. Bridesmaid dress fiasco: girls had to come back 2 times to be remeasured and then the all of the final dresses came too short. Can't be fixed. DISASTER! Groomsman: we only ordered a coat for groom and vest for guys. Groom went to store 4 times for fitting. Upon receipt: the coat still did not fit so he only wore it for the ceremony. The best mans vest was never ordered and we didn't receive it until the day before. A lot of money spent at this shop. No Apologies made. Blame was put on us several times. No discounts or comps offered. No responsibility taken. The people seemed inexperienced, and overbooked. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE and VERY STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!!

dress was still too long and alterations that were discussed previously weren't done so I had to go for another "final fitting." All in all the dress turned out perfectly. The only thing I was disappointed about was when I showed up to pick up my dress the morning of the wedding it was not ready, it had not yet been pressed. As if I didn't have enough to worry about that morning. They had asked me if I could stop back for the dress and when I told them I was unable to do that an employee offered to bring the dress to me. When my dress had arrived the veil was not with it and yet again the employee had to go get it and bring it back to me. Although this never should have happened I was so happy the staff took it upon themselves to take care of it the way they did and everything came together just in time. Buttons that were added to the dress did come off by the end of the night so that was a little disappointed as well since I had spent so much money on the dress and alterations. I wish Lila's shop had a little bit larger selection of designers as well.

the only bride there. My ONLY complaint was that I was told I could pick up my dress on Tuesday (the week of the wedding) and I went to get it and it hadn't been pressed yet. This turned out to be no big deal, because I was able to pick it up on Wednesday, but on the week of your wedding, you don't want to hear that your dress isn't ready and then have to make one more trip or 'to do' on a week when everything is crazy to begin with. Otherwise, I loved my experience with Lilla and her staff and would go there again in a heartbeat.
