Lilla's Bridal Boutique

I had the best dress shopping experience at Lilla's Bridal Boutique! We scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning on a weekday, and we had the entire shop to ourselves. They have such a wide selection of dresses. My consultant was amazing. She listened to my vision and budget and pulled so many dresses for me to try on. She was not pushy at all and didn't make me feel pressured to buy my gown there. I did find my dream dress during this appointment, and I knew immediately that it was the one. I would absolutely recommend this boutique to anyone looking for their wedding dress!

These ladies are definitely experts in their field. A process that I would normally feel uncomfortable going through was made easy and super comfortable. Their tailoring services were also superb. I couldn't have had my perfect day without them. I felt like part of the family the moment I met them. And their passion for their brides is abundant. I would definitely recommend them to any bride hunting for their perfect wedding gown and alterations.

I can’t rave enough about this boutique!!!! Cristi and the rest of the staff were so helpful and just overall great company!! I said “yes” to the first dress I put on, it took me 20 minutes!!

I’m giving 5 stars because of Lilla herself who was amazing to work with. She catered to every need and more. She was kind and is a beautiful soul, and did beautiful work on my dress. I purchased my dress at lillas and she did the alterations/additions. They have a great selection of dresses. This was the second boutique I visited. I had planned on making a trip to Kleinfeld, but found my dress here and knew it was the one. I was working with someone to make a custom butterfly veil with fabric I found and she took some and added them to my dress, making it one of a kind and perfect. She also added a piece of my dads shirt in a heart shape so I could feel his presence. She was so sweet, and got emotional with my family and I several times. But through all the emotion she always had me smiling and laughing with her cute jokes. She is a sweetheart. She gave me so many compliments on my dress, accessories, shoes, and just loved the butterflies. I didn’t always have the best experience with those who work there. In fact many of them are not the nicest… but Lilla, the gentleman who works there (forgetting his name), and one other young girl who left for college at the end of the summer were very accommodating, reliable, kind, and helpful. Overall a wonderful experience and my one of a kind, dream dress. Thank you Lilla! You are amazing!!

My daughter had no idea what she wanted in a wedding dress but I knew from my own experiences with Lilla’s that they would help her refine her “vision” and find a dress that was perfect for her. The second dress she tried on made me cry but since it was just the second dress we spent the next few months trying on sooo many others in 3 other salons including 2 in NYC. At the end of the day she came back to Lilla’s for the original dress and she looked and felt absolutely stunning on her wedding day. Diana even met us 3 days before the wedding for an “emergency” late fitting which made all the difference. This is a small shop with a wonderful selection of dresses and an attentive and experienced staff. My daughter couldn’t be happier with the dress and the experience!

I recently had a wonderful appointment trying on dresses and ended up purchasing a beautiful gown that was on sale! The bridal consultant was kind, attentive and helped me stay under budget. I never felt pressured and the owner was very kind, ensuring me that she could do the proper alterations. I cannot wait to wear my dream dress!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lilla's! Dianna did so much for me, from customizing my dress to creating a headpiece, and even adding lace from my dress onto my shoes. She put so much effort into making sure that my dress was exactly what I wanted, and helping my wedding day be the best! She and her staff were wonderful from start to finish!

I've used Lilla's for a few occasions now, and there's definitely a reason that I continue to come back! The selection of designers/dresses is unmatched, and they absolutely go above and beyond when it comes to working with the customer. Everything from the initial meeting to the final dress fitting showed how much knowledge they have of their products, as well as how much they truly care about their customers. My wedding dress ended up fitting me absolutely perfectly, and I could not have asked for anything more. I truly cannot recommend them highly enough - I wish I could give them 10/5 stars! Really, don't sleep on Lilla's!

I had an amazing experience with Lilla’s. It was the third bridal boutique I visited and the best experience I had between all three boutiques. I fell in love with a dress at Lilla’s but didn’t want to say yes until my MIL was there to see me in it. We went back a month later to say yes to the first dress, but ended up falling in love with a different dress (which seems like it was basically made for me!) The staff was amazing in helping me with the tough decision of choosing between the two dresses. I had my dress altered by Lilla, and I’m so happy I did! She is amazing at what she does, and she makes it a very enjoyable experience. I originally didn’t want a veil, but Lilla convinced me to get a veil and surprise my mom with it on my wedding day. I’m very happy I did so! She absolutely loved it, and I felt like such a beautiful bride on my day!

Lilla’s was the second place I went to in the search of my wedding gown. I fell in love with a gown, but was torn between two (another from a different boutique). The staff here are a huge reason I went with the gown at Lilla’s. Lilla is a wonderful person and amazing seamstress! She did an amazing job with my alterations and I trusted her with any advice she had on my gown. The whole team is friendly and helpful. Gowns are reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!!

Lilla'a was an absolute dream when it came to dress shopping and alterations. I did not think that I would find my dream dress the very first time I went shopping, but they listened to everything I had mentioned I was interested in and pulled the most gorgeous gown. I had a great experience at Lilla's! They were friendly, attentive without being pushy or over-selling the dress. I was looking for a silk/crepe simple dress and the styles there were more beaded, lace, ball gowns so while I didn't find my perfect dress, it was a great experience. They also took COVID seriously, which was greatly appreciated and helped make it a comfortable experience.

Lilla's did a wonderful job from my wedding dress, to the bridesmaid dresses, to the groom and groomsmen attire. One stop shop made everything so much easier and it all looked stunning! I found my wedding dress at Lilla's about 2 years before the wedding and Lilla's kept my dress at the shop all that time so that it was safe and taken care of. Lilla's staff does an excellent job with communicating. There were some issues with the bridesmaid dresses and Lilla's called me and double checked things with me before just placing the order. Lilla's also made paying for our wedding party easy and when we had to make changes to the wedding party a month before the wedding, Lilla's made sure to make things work. The groom gained the quarantine 15 and needed remeasured about 3 weeks before the wedding, and again, Lilla's made sure it was taken care of. A groomsmen had issues with the pants ordered for him and Lilla's quickly got a new pair. Lilla's might be more expensive than some places, but they offer excellent service and the most stunning attire!! I got SO MANY compliments on my dress at the wedding (seriously, like so many)! It fit well, was made well, and was altered beautifully. THANK YOU LILLA'S for helping make my dream wedding a reality!

I doubted I would find a dress at what I thought was a high end bridal shop. Since it was my 3rd wedding (no judgements ), I didn’t want to spend thousands of dollars on a dress. I found a couple bridesmaids dresses that were close to the look I was going for. After the consultant & Dianna helped me pick out a rhinestone belt to accent the dress, it instantly made it into the bridal look I wanted. Alterations were done quickly and I had my dress in plenty of time for my wedding.. which by the way I planned and pulled off in about 6 weeks. I highly recommend Lilla’s!

When I knew that the one was at Lilla’s I was so excited to go back. I was able to work with the same consultant and it made me feel so special that she remembered me and my dress! After a great prom experience, I came back a few years later for my wedding dress! Diana knew exactly off the top of her head a dress for me based off of a few of my preferences. She found a gown for me that incorporated all of the things I like! It is clear that they are extremely knowledgeable about the inventory and designers they carry. They also are very personable and easy to work with, making our experience fun and memorable with zero stress. It’s an exceptionally run business that we are happy to continue to buy from!

I had a wonderful experience at Lilla’s. Samantha was great, made me feel so comfortable and found a dress I absolutely loved. Lilla’s dresses are beautiful. Their rooms are perfect for trying dresses on if you have a group or if it’s just you. I visited the store twice because I knew I didn’t want to decide day one but I did find a dress that looked beautiful on. On my second visit, Samantha presented a few ideas based on my first visit. I fell in love with the first new dress I tried on! She asked if I wanted to try the one from the last visit which I did do just to be certain and while that dress was beautiful too I just knew the other one was the one for me! Also found a veil that is exquisite. Lilla was there on my first visit and she is a sweetheart - had wonderful suggestions for any alterations needed. I would recommend Lilla’s to anyone and had an amazing experience thanks to Samantha and the ladies there!

I had the best experience here! Lilla herself is the main reason I had such a great experience here! This salon was recommended to me from a coworker and then from my first experience here it was great! I had three fittings and they were all amazing. Lilla let me try on jewelry and helped me pick everything out! And her daughter makes some of the jewelry and it looks amazing! The designer I chose for my dress was Kenneth Winston and I couldn't be happier!The salon is so beautiful and clean and everyone there was helpful and nice! I highly recommend! You will definitely get a better experience than somewhere like david's bridal.

I was so nervous about finding a wedding dress and was almost dreading the experience...but Lilla’s was amazing! I felt so comfortable and the consultant really listens to you and help you find the perfect dress. The bridal salon is beautiful and has a great variety of dresses. I also needed alterations to my dress and Lilla was so patient with me after I still wanted to change some things. I went in to try it on and make changes 3 times and every time she was so sweet and did exactly what I asked! I highly recommend Lilla’s to anyone!

I loved Lilla's Bridal! They were able to get me in for my appointment quickly, we did an evening during the week. When we arrived we were the only ones in the bridal section and Karen my consultant was wonderful. She listened exactly to what I wanted and knew exactly what style would look best for me. They even had my favorite dress I had found online! It was a great experience, I felt like they truly wanted you to get the gown of your dreams. I highyly recommend them.

Lilla’s was my first and last appointment! I am a plus size bride and choose Lilla’s because of the designers they carry AND because they said they carried lots of plus size gowns for brides to try on. I had been to other stores years ago (you know the ones who clamp a size 6 onto a size 18 frame?) and had the absolute worst experience at the other salons. NOT THE CASE HERE! From the moment I walked in Marcie and Dianne were amazing. I went by myself for the appointment and they both made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everything was as advertised with them. Dianne and Marcie found my gown very quickly, it was the first one I tried on and I didn’t even want to try on anymore. I beamed from ear to ear for the past week knowing I found my gown and had a great experience. Oh! The ladies were also very respectful of my budget. No pressure to buy anything more expensive. Plus size gals please don’t be afraid to try this place these ladies are doing business right! 5 stars is not enough for this salon. Thank you Marcie and Dianne!!

I was nervous to get started on the dress shopping portion of wedding planning and Lilla's was one of the very first shops and boutiques I went to. They helped me narrow down the look that fit me best when I didn't know what I was looking for. After I made the big decision, Lilla was excellent to work with and helped the dress look stunning on me! I went in for a few fittings and alteration appointments until I got the dress just the way I liked it! I even shopped there after buying my dress for earrings, possible veils, and head pieces. Her daughter made me custom earrings to match my dress color perfectly! Lilla's Bridal Boutique is a wonderful help during the crazy wedding planning process! I would recommend them for their high spirits and the way they made me feel so special at all my appointments! They even offered me a discount for dress preservation after the fact!

If I could give Lilla's 20 stars I would! 5 stars is not nearly enough for the amount of magic and generosity from the wonderful staff in this sweet spot in York. Lilla's is the go-to spot for bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses and much more--including a wonderful experience. I have been a bridesmaid in two weddings where we purchased our gowns at Lilla's and made appointments for the full group to try on dresses. Both times we ordered beautiful Bill Levkoff dresses, they accommodated all my alteration needs, and were wonderful throughout the entire process from scheduling the appointment to the pick-up of my dress. This year it was my turn as the bride getting ready for my 2019 wedding. We had an appointment and I was overwhelmed and unsure of what to do, I ended up picking a dress that I wasn't 100% set on after trying on multiple dresses. Fast forward a few weeks, I couldn't stop thinking of a slightly over budget dress that was absolutely stunning. I called Dianna at the store begging to see if there was anything that we could do to cancel the order so I could order the dress I couldn't stop thinking about. Dianna was so amazing and she got estimated alterations for the new dress from her mom (Lilla), called the company to cancel my order with lots of persuasion from her, and called me back so we could set another time for me to come in and try it on again. I honestly don't know many places that would make so much effort to help someone out changing her mind almost two weeks later. This gesture was SO appreciated and I really couldn't thank her enough. I went back for my second dress appointment and decided to only try on the dress that I kept thinking of, a beautiful Maggie Sottero fit and flare dress. We tried it on with heels and veil and Karen spent so much time answering all of my questions. We really bonded with Karen over our appointment and I am also seriously a forever fan of Dianna and Lilla. They are so accommodating and are the sweetest team. If you're thinking of going to Lilla's... book now! You won't be making a wrong decision!

I ended up having to travel over three hours to Lilla's, as they were the only few on the east coast to carry my dream wedding dress. Making an appointment was very easy, and I let them know what dress in particular I was looking to try on. Upon arrival, the dress was waiting for me in the dressing room, and deciding on my dress was a less than fifteen minute process with no pressure to look at anything else! The wedding dress arrived at the store within the time frame they quoted and within plenty of time of my wedding day. While I did not get my dress altered due to the distance away, I would definitley recommend this boutique for anyone looking for their dream dress and applaud the staff for their professionalism and friendly demeanor.

After previously trying on wedding dresses at a different shop, I was a little overwhelmed and felt like I was being guided into a dress that I didn't love. At Lilla's, I was with Mackenzie who was an absolute delight! I came with no more than a few ideas of what I liked or didn't like as much, and within the hour, she found the perfect dress for me. She was awesome! Additionally, the shop itself is gorgeous! Their selection of bridal dresses (styles and prices) is amazing. Diana was a wealth of invaluable knowledge in coordinating our groomsmen suit colors and bridesmaid dresses. My maid of honor already found her dress at Lilla's as well, and we're looking forward to returning with the rest of the bridal party!

I BOUGHT MY WEDDING DRESS AND A FEW WEDDING ESSENTIALS FROM LILLA'S BRIDAL BOUTIQUE. THEIR SELECTION WAS WONDERFUL AND THEY WERE VERY FLEXIBLE TO MY SCHEDULE. THEIR TURNAROUND TIME ON ALTERATIONS AND ORDERS WAS WONDERFUL. SOME OF THE SALES STAFF WAS DIFFICULT TO COMMUNICATE WITH OVER THE PHONE AT TIMES, BUT THAT DIDN'T TAKE AWAY FROM MY EXPERIENCE USING THE BOUTIQUE.

First of all, it's an adorable boutique. It's the cutest and classiest place to shop for dresses! All of the staff made me feel so comfortable throughout the dress-finding process, and really listened to what I was looking for. I found my dream dress there, and Lilla did an excellent job making alterations and making me laugh along the way!

Stopped by Lilla’s this morning and have nothing but amazing things to say about my experience! As soon as we arrived, We immediately were greeted and taken back to the area to try on dresses by Karen. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us. There was a great selection of dresses and our service was amazing! Lilla and all the staff truly made me feel like a princess and were so knowledgeable and helpful. I found my dream dress in the third one I tried on. I can’t wait to wear my dress on my wedding day and I would reccomendation Lilla’s to all brides! Thank you!!!!

Lilla is the absolute best! Her and her staff made myself and family feel like royalty from the moment we walked in. Prices are great, gowns are gorgeous. I knew what I wanted to look like on my wedding day. But I just couldn’t find it. Until I went to Lillas and had my dream dress custom made beautifully. I would recommend this bridal shop to anyone willing to listen. Not only do they have beautiful dresses, but the staff is absolutely amazing. They stayed with me 30 minutes past close as I tried on the same two dresses probably at least 15 times. Not once did I feel as if I was burdening anyone as I did in the 3 other bridal boutiques I visited in the area. The ladies at Lillas are very nice and truly care about their customers. I got my dream dress at Lilla's and was happy with the process of payments, alterations, pickup, etc. I took off one star because I didn't feel that the consultant who helped me was very personable. However the owner and her mother, Lilla, made me feel confident in my decision.

My sister and I tried on dresses at Lilla’s for upcoming weddings. We had a really great time! Not only was the staff very professional, but they were also very FRIENDLY. The dresses were amazing! The quality of the gowns was much better than usual stores. The service was great as well; our consultant identified our style and helped each of us find the perfect dress.

We went to Lilla's to look for my wedding dress. We were on time and greeted as soon as we walked in by the lady at the desk then someone came to help us. The problem was that they asked me my size which is 16 they brought me a size 8 and two size 10 dresses to try on (they didn't have bigger sizes). They didn't offer any slips to try the ballgowns with and I was told to use my imagination to see how the dress would look on the back as none of them could even fit/close due to being so small. Buying a wedding dress is already a stressful experience and being made to squeeze into dresses that are half your size really makes you feel awful instead of beautiful. Anyway, I left and went straight to a different bridal store in York where I tried on 5 dresses, felt confident and beautiful. It was night and day compared to Lilla's. I ordered my dress and veil from the bridal store and will NEVER set foot in Lilla's again!

I had an awesome experience at this place. Nicole and Karen helped me out tremendously. All I had to do was tell them my vision and my budget and they took it away from there. They were so helpful and made sure I had that moment every bride dreams about when picking out her dress! I wish I could do the experience over and over because it was great! I left this boutique feeling special, confident, and extremely happy! Couldn't have asked for a better time!

Lilla's is AMAZING! Such great customer service!! I am the father of the groom and my mom lives in York. We needed to get a nice dress for her and Lilla's was perfect. They had a nice selection and well priced. I live in Washington DC, and Lilla's was always very accommodating with appointments and fittings. At the final fitting, the dress needed one minor adjustment and they took care of it while we went to lunch so we did not have to make another trip. My mom will look great at her grandson's wedding. Wonderful experience!!! From the second my mom and sister and I arrived at this shop we found nothing but beautiful dresses and friendly smiling faces from the ladies that work here. I purchased my dress from here and have had nothing but top notch service. I wanted some specific alterations done to my dress and my expectations have been exceeded. I can't thank Lilla's Bridal Boutique enough for giving me the wedding dress of my dreams!

I wanted to find the right dress. I have been to the chain stores and other boutiques in the area, none of them had THE DRESS. This place has so many beautiful dresses. It was easy, a lot less stressful than the other stores I visited and they have a lot of dresses to choose from. Even better, they were not pushy at all! I went back twice, I ended up buying a gorgeous dress that was in my budget. If you want a wide variety and an exceptional experience, this is the place!

This "boutique" is a circus. I had an appointment and waited at least 10 minutes before being acknowledged at the desk. I had an employee who kept repeating that they were understaffed and repeatedly said "please don't hate me". I carried the dresses I wanted to try on myself to a rack. I had no assistance from the employees in putting the gowns on. The gowns had makeup and tears on them. A girl without an appointment was assisted before me and took the large mirror the entire time. I was not impressed with the dress selection and overall experience. I can't believe how poor this business has become since homecoming and prom dress shopping in high school.

Lilla's deserves more than 5 stars. Lilla helped me find my prom gowns in high school and she found the perfect dress for my wedding. Everyone that works there is so friendly and nice, just makes the experience that much more special. I got all of my accessories there as well, it all came together so amazing. Really cannot say enough wonderful things about Lilla's.

I loved my experience of buying my wedding gown at Lilla's. Dianna is the nicest person and is so helpful, and she always made wonderful suggestions with things like accessories and she really helped to make the dress stand out! And after trying on countless dresses (I am very indecisive and did not have a clear idea of what I wanted), Dianna knew exactly the dress that would be all the things I liked and she came back out with my dress. Once I put it on, I knew it was the one and I wouldn't have found it without her help and expertise! Lilla did a magnificent job with the alterations and she was so quick to fix any problems that we saw. I left Lilla's with a perfect dress and with a wonderful dress shopping experience, which was exactly what I hoped it would be! I highly recommend going to Lilla's to find your dress.

I contacted Lilla's over a month in advance to set up a bridal appointment for a Saturday morning. In their appointment scheduling they ask you to list any gowns that you have been looking at, that they carry, that you would definitely like to try on, so they can pull them and have them ready for your appointment. I listed 4 gowns. When I arrived my consultant immediately said "I usually just let the brides look through the dresses themselves and try on what they like." After noting that I had specific dresses that I wanted to try on (and that I drove all the way from mid Maryland), she went to check. When she came back she noted there was something wrong with their computer system. I proceeded to show her pictures of the dresses on my phone as well as told her the designer and collection that I really liked, and she went to look for them but couldn't find them. So I was left to sift through racks of dresses stuffed full, with no clue as to where the styles I preferred might be, or those that were in my budget, and the consultant provided no guidance. I found two dresses to try on and the consultant was unable to provide any more suggestions of dresses for me to try on. We left after being in the store for less than half an hour (most of that time spent sifting through the racks). I was upset after driving that far to see specific dresses and designers, and expecting to have the specific dresses I had been wanting to try on (because they said they would be available).

I have been in the shop twice to try on dresses, and the experience has been amazing! I had been to pretty much every bridal store in the area, but the staff at Lilla's is so sweet and they gave their full undivided attention to me during my appointment! I will definitely recommend people to Lilla's.

I, like most brides, went straight to Davids bridal when I got engaged. The first thing they told me was that they didn't carry any dresses like the pictures I showed them. I was discouraged but tried on several other styles anyway. The service made me feel like an inconvenience and I left feeling like I was just doomed to be one of those complicated brides who is way to picky. My mother in law called me the next day and asked if I would try Lilla's. I was honestly a bit tired of trying dresses by then but went anyway. The service was amazing. I felt like it was all about me and making my day special. I felt like it was okay to not like something and the girls helping me wouldn't be irritated. They kept reassuring me, "it's ok" "it's your day" "we are here for you" and they would offer a solution. They helped me create exactly the look I wanted. Within 30 mins of walking in the door I had my gown. It was perfect and I felt so happy and so beautiful in it on that day. I would send every bride I know to Lilla's!

This was by far the worst wedding dress experience I've had through my dress shopping experience. Another bride and I, both from Baltimore (approx 1 hour from the shop), made appointments with Lilllas. My mother had purchased her wedding dress from Lilla's years ago, so we thought it would be great to go there again. I've been to at least 3 other bridal shops within the past month and Lila's was the only shop that had completely unacceptable customer service. To begin the unpleasant experience, when we arrived, the owner of the shop did not great us and merely walked past us on her way out of the shop with her husband. Despite scheduling two different brides for separate appointments, there was only one sales representative working in the entire store. While the sales representative was nice, she was young and completely inexperienced. When we made our choices as to what dresses we were going to try on, the sales representative put us in our dressing rooms and said "let me know if you need anything," rather than assisting us in the dresses and clipping us to size. Again, at all the other bridal shops I've been to recently, the sales representative comes in with you and helps you get dressed and pins your dress to show an accurate fit. When asking the rep about the dress style or designer, she was unable to answer our questions. Additionally, when exiting our dressing rooms to look in the full mirrors, the rep did not assist us in fixing the train, rather, my parents were crawling on the floor trying to open the train to get the full effect. While there are several other things that I was unhappy with, these are the things that I feel that other brides should truly consider when choosing a bridal shop to look at. The dress shopping process is very overwhelming and customer service is the only thing that can make the experience better. I hope this helps future brides!

All of the staff at Lilla's Bridal Boutique are exceptional! They are friendly, helpful, and understanding. They helped put together my dream dress as well as rush order a Bridesmaid dress and redesign it to match my others. Lilla and her team work hard and produce fabulous dresses. I love this Boutique! I purchased my wedding dress here and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I traveled here from out of town to visit this boutique and it was absolutely worth the travel. They have a wonderful selection of dresses! Lilla did the alterations and she is amazing! Hands down my best bridal dress shopping experience! The staff is warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, personable and professional. We had such a fun time! Liila’s has a lovely selection of classic and elegant wedding dresses. I could not have had a more positive experience. The store is beautiful. The fitting rooms are large. The staff was very nice, not stuffy or rude. Dianna was great, she helped me without being pushy at all!

I found my dream dress at Lilla's Bridal - they literally had the exact style I was looking for. Don't go to Lilla's if you are looking to spend $500 or less.. that was my original budget and it didn't happen, LOL. Their dresses are BEAUTIFUL, but on the more expensive side due to the handmade details on each of the dresses. I would go there again in a heartbeat, however, I wish they had more sizes to try on. Most of their selection of sample dresses are 2-10, and with how gowns are cut, it's hard to imagine this gorgeous dress on you if it's 4 sizes to small. That is my only complaint about my experience at Lilla's. She's amazing and will have your alterations done in no time at all!

I took my mom's 1987, yes an 80s dress with all its puff glamour, to Lilla and her daughter Dianna. We had multple meetings, I took in pictures, then they cut, sewed, re-cut and re-sewed the dress into my rustic, backyard, farm wedding ideas. It... was...perfect. Gorgeous work done by these women and they even added a cute wristlet from the lace of the dress, free of charge. They made the experience pleasant and is definitely the place to go if you want to tailor a dress to exactly what you want.
