Our wedding was September 26, 2025, and we still have not received our wedding video.
We paid in full before the wedding and have been more than patient and understanding regardin...
g the personal circumstances Lillian shared that affected her ability to work over the past year. Throughout this process, we have tried to extend grace and give her additional time to complete our project.
In February, Lillian promised to send us our raw footage on a hard drive, but we never received it. She also promised to provide updates every other Friday, but those updates never materialized. At this point, all communication from her has stopped despite our repeated attempts to contact her. We’ve not heard from her since April.
After many months without our wedding video or meaningful communication, we have unfortunately begun the legal process to recover what we paid for and hopefully obtain our wedding footage. These are irreplaceable memories from one of the most important days of our lives.
I would also note that Lillian arrived late to our wedding day.
We were also ghosted. Our wedding was in June and our last text exchange was 5 days after our wedding. Since then, we haven't been able to get in touch with her, neither by text no...

We're not sure what happened and firstly, we hope that Lillian is okay. That being said, this footage is priceless and we hope that there's some way to retrieve a copy, even if it's unedited.
If you've also been affected by this or have any useful information, please reach out to missingvideography@gmail.com.
We were ghosted. Our wedding was 4 months ago and since then, we have tried reaching out to Lillian via phone, text, email, even contacting her assistant just to make sure she was ...
okay given how quickly communication from her stopped.
Genuinely concerned for her and love the work she’s done for others, but booking Lillian cost us thousands of dollars and unfortunately we have nothing to show for it.
While we have been trying to hold off on taking legal action, we have engaged an attorney to help us recoup our money given we have no indication we will ever hear back from Lillian.
We had the incredible fortune of having Lilly capture our wedding day, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results. From the moment we laid eyes on our wedding film, we knew ...
we had something truly special – a film that will be cherished for generations to come.
We gave Lilly very little direction, and skipped out on traditional coverage including getting ready and first-look. But Lilly took what we gave her and told the story of our wedding in a way that captured the very essence of our special day.
One of the standout features of Lilly's work is her exceptional skill in lighting, sound, and color editing. Every frame radiates with warmth, capturing the atmosphere of our special day perfectly. The thoughtful transitions between scenes seamlessly wove the narrative of our wedding, creating a cohesive and visually stunning film. And the carefully selected sound bites transport us straight back to wedding day.
The choice in background music was nothing short of genius, as Lilly managed to select tracks that not only complemented the visuals but also encapsulated the very essence of our relationship. It felt as though each note and lyric resonated with our story, making the film a true reflection of who we are as a couple.
What amazed us most was her ability to be everywhere while almost being invisible. As a one-person team, she captured countless angles without ever disrupting the natural flow of our day. It's a testament to her skill and professionalism that she could seamlessly navigate the event, ensuring no moment went unnoticed. The result is a film that not only documents our day but tells a captivating story from multiple perspectives.
In the end, Lilly has given us a priceless gift – a wedding film that exceeds our wildest expectations. It's a testament to her talent, dedication, and passion for her craft. We wholeheartedly recommend Lilly to anyone seeking a videographer who goes above and beyond to create a timeless and unforgettable masterpiece.

Every individual we have shown our wedding video to has said it is the best wedding highlight they have ever seen, and we could not agree more. I couldn't imagine a better videographer thank Lillian.

And after getting our videos and photos back we couldn't be more thrilled. The quality of the editing and her ability to capture our intimate moments without us even really noticing was uncanny. She was easy to work with before, during and after and really seemed to share in our joy.
Thanks Lilly!
Lilly is amazing! She captured the day beautifully and created something I can cherish forever!
Lillian is incredible! I was nervous and overwhelmed all day, but she managed to capture the most intimate precious moments -- between us, our guests, and the ceremony. She brings ...
such a sweet energy that is reflected in all her images. I'm so grateful we chose her for our special day!
Coordinating with her leading up to the wedding was simple and easy. She was very receptive to our conversations about what we wanted from the day, and was flexible working with our schedule, the planner, and venue. Couldn't have been easier.
