grandfather passed away the month after our wedding - photos with him were some that were missing. 2. Only received 1 photo for sneak peak, which was posted on Instagram 3. Did not follow anything in her contract 4. Didn’t receive gallery until almost 17 weeks (contract stated 8 weeks) 5. Album and Canvas - didn’t receive until almost 13 weeks (contract stated 6 weeks) 6. Hired her for 10 hours with a 2nd photographer - did not receive the amount of photos that she states you will get in the brochure 7. With the 2nd photographer you don’t know who it is to be able to review their work 8. Only 1/4 of the photos are useable 9. Over filter photos 10. Horrible communication skills/ lack of communication 11. Have to constantly keep checking in with her about getting items 12. Has zero compassion about losing photos (did not offer to do anything and took forever to give us the rest of the items we paid for) 13. Unprofessional, instead of taking photos she spent time in the morning just chatting with the bridesmaid and spent majority of the reception dancing instead of taking photos 14. It took almost 30 weeks (almost 7 months of being married) to finally be done (should be 14 weeks all together for gallery, album and canvas) 15. Consistently giving excuses on why she’s so delayed and/or not responding till about a week later because she has a job but yet very active on all social media platforms It’s so heartbreaking, we put our trust into someone to capture our special day. The day we have waited our whole life for and wanting those moments captured - that can’t be recreated. To look back on this in the future to remember loved ones that are no longer with us, it was not worth it and I honestly wished we went with someone else. I hope nobody else has to deal with the stress and heartbreak she has caused to us and our family.

When Anastasia delivered our pictures, I was really happy to see how beautiful they turned out, especially because teal can be so tricky to capture in pictures. Everything turned out beautifully, and I am so glad that Anastasia was our photographer!
