Lillie’s Bridal was so absolutely amazing! They have such a welcoming atmosphere, and they made sure to make me feel comfortable and feel gorgeous at the same time! Clancy was the sweet friend who helped me find my dress and she made me feel like a princess!

My experience at Lillie's was amazing! Sky was wonderful. She made me feel comfortable and was so helpful. She even got creative with the dresses to help me create the exact look I wanted. I would recommend Lillie's to any of my friends!

If I could do it all again, I would absolutely choose Lillies to get my dress from! They were the first place we went to, and then just to make sure we had seem all of our options, we went to a couple other places. For five minutes. And then walked out. I’m sure other places are lovely, but the staff at Lillies was so kind, encouraging, and helpful! Kallie helped me every time I went in and she is my new favorite person :) They worked really hard to make sure I got to try everything I wanted to, to make sure I was comfortable, and made an experience that I was initially feeling overwhelmed about really fun. They were so respectful of our budget, and kind and patient about me taking time to think through options and come back the next weekend. Lillies is also full of beautiful, beautiful dresses in all price ranges! If you’re in Lubbock, or from out of town, you should come here to get your dress! Last thing, we also noticed that they work hard to support other local creatives! When we came in, they had flowers from Jessica Ormond Events and post often about wedding tips and fellow vendors around town. Which is not only fun to see local places supporting one another, but also so helpful for finding everyone else you’ll need for your day!

I had such an amazing experience here! I went alone to search for a dress but I definitely didn’t feel like I was alone in the process. Ashlynn was amazing at listening to what I was looking for and giving her opinion on how each dress looked on me. I ended up choosing one of her recommended dresses and it fit so wonderfully! It was also an off the rack option so I was able to take it home the same day. All the other ladies were so nice and hyping me up also 😆 thank you ladies for making this day feel special when I wasn’t able to have friends or family with me. I highly recommend this please, it’s very big also with so many options!

I am not originally from Lubbock and was going to be getting married out of the state but going to Lillie's was the best decision. Sky was absolutely amazing, she picked out my wedding dress and I couldn't thank her more. Everyone that works here is eager to help and beyond kind. I bought one veil originally, then ended up changing my mind. I made a new appointment and went a completely different way. Sky was so helpful letting me try on as many veils as I wanted. They all made the process so seamless and easy. I cannot recommend them enough. My dress got so many compliments and I'm so thankful for Lillies.

If you're interested in buying your dream dress in the west Texas area, Lillie's is the only option. I went to four separate boutiques and even bought a dress at a separate boutique, but after second thoughts on it returned to Lillie's because my experience there was so much better. Clancy made me feel like the only bride in the world and I didn't feel any pressure to purchase a dress, and when I made my final decision I had no doubts because I felt like the decision was my own. I highly recommend visiting Lillie's if you want your dress buying experience to be memorable and cherished!

This was the best dress shopping experience I had!! Clancy helped me during my visit and she was phenomenal!! Every single associate at the store was so nice and helpful and went above and beyond for me. I had bad experiences at bridal boutiques in Dallas and Lillie’s by far exceeded all expectations. They made it such a special and personalized experience for me. I would recommend this boutique to every bride!!

Lillie’s Bridal is hands down one of the BEST places to find your wedding dress! The selection of dresses they have has a little bit of everything and just about any style you can think of. The girls that work there are truly the best when it comes to helping you find the one! Every staff member is sure to lift you up, make sure that you know that you look stunning, and cheer you on as you say yes to the dress! I would recommend this boutique to anyone who asked me!

Ashlyn was an absolute ANGEL!! I was so nervous going into my appointment. what if I was too picky? Would they be upset if I asked to try on too many dresses? Absolutely not. Dress shopping at Lillie's was THE. BEST. EXPERIENCE. Katie was my stylist and she was phenomenal at understanding my style, giving me options, asking the right questions, hyping me up, and being so patient as I tried on different dresses. She helped me pick the perfect dress!! Lillie's has so many options, yet is a small shop that makes you feel very comfortable and like you are the star of the day. The staff at Lillie's were the sweetest ever! I shopped with them February 2022, and I was nervous coming into my appointment as it was my first time ever wedding dress shopping. My stylist was kind and encouraging, and she really put me at ease! Everybody there was so positive, and they all told me how beautiful I looked every chance they got. Their love for brides and desire to make them feel taken care of was very evident to me from the minute I stepped foot in the shop. Needless to say, I found my dress and veil, and they made the process very easy and painless. Dress shopping was one of the most fun parts of my engagement, and I thank the Lillie's team for that. <3

While I did not get "the" dress from this boutique, they were absolutely amazing! I had such a wonderful experience. They have lovely dresses in great price ranges. The staff is kind and welcoming. There was no pressure to purchase, they just wanted me to love what I bought no matter where it was from. 10/10

From the moment I stepped in I felt so welcomed and comfortable. We were early for my appointment, even a few minutes before they opened, saw the girls behind the counter and decided to poke our heads in to see if we could come in. They excitedly said no problem. I was helped by the owner, Katie, who is pregnant and looks amazing. This was the second place we had been to and I thought I had already found a dress at another store so I wasn’t expecting much. Katie helped me by suggesting different dresses and really tried to understand what it was I was looking for. I was wearing a dress I was liking but not loving. She showed me another dress that I hadn’t originally thought to try. She said just do it, I think you’ll really like it. I shrugged and said ok. I put it on and looked in the mirror and got that “feeling” everyone talks about. I walked out of that boutique feeling so amazing. So confident. So beautiful. It’s not a chaotic massive store that leaves you feeling overwhelmed. It’s welcoming and fun. The environment and the energy from the time you walk in to the time you leave is enough to make you want to come back for more. Their customer service was over the top. I started as the only client in the store but even as another lady came in to shop I didn’t feel rushed or pushed to the side. If anything it made the experience more fun because both consultants were paying both of us clients attention and showering us with uplifting compliments. I would highly recommend giving Lillie’s a try if you’re looking for a more personable experience

I had the BEST bridal experience at Lillie’s Bridal! I really wanted to shop local and setting up an appointment was simple and easy. Ashlyn was my bridal consultant and made the experience a dream! I went in with a small idea and she took note of my likes and dislikes when trying on dresses. Ashlyn actually pulled a dress I didn’t even notice and once I put it on, I knew it was the one. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience by far! I can’t recommend Lillie’s enough!

This store was perfect in every way. I went in (as this was my first bridal appointment) very unsure of how this was going to go. The staff and more specifically the young lady that helped me went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress. Staff is so outgoing and definitely knows how to find the perfect dress for you. Even if I was unable to find the perfect one, the experience was more than I could have asked for! Not enough stars for this store!

This is such a cute shop from the decor to the ppl running it. We had the best service here from the owner Katie she was so friendly and helpful. This was my third time shopping for my dress everywhere else they where very pushy, but not here Katie was so nice The price wasn’t bad either there are really some beautiful gowns here so go and try on those dresses lady’s .

I wish I could go wedding dress shopping all over again at Lillie's. I went in twice - once to get a feel of the silhouettes I was leaning towards and a second time to find "the one." Both times I felt incredibly comfortable and never felt pressured to buy something. Highly recommend!

Love love love this salon! All the staff are so wonderful and helpful when picking your dress. They will hype you up when you need it and will find things flattering for you. They gave me the experience I needed when finding my dress. I can’t wait for the day of pickup for my dress!

The women at Lillie’s were absolutely phenomenal! I originally had an appointment with their sister store, Hello Honey, but unfortunately wasn’t finding anything in my size. They immediately squeezed me in over at Lillie’s even though I insisted we could make an appointment to come back. One we were in there they never once made me feel rushed or unwanted. I worked with a few different girls and every single one of them made me feel so special and listened to what I wanted and what I didn’t care for in the dresses. I had every intention of just looking that day until one of the girls asked me to try one more dress that she thought I would love…and it was the one!! I did end up ordering the dress that evening and the entire process was so smooth and effortless. I can’t wait to pick up my dress in a few months and see the girls at Lillie’s again! :)

If I could give Lillie's more than five stars I would!! This was by far the BEST experience I had wedding dress shopping (I had been to four other boutiques). Not only do they have a gorgeous selection and friendly staff, they have an expertise that you can't find anywhere else in Lubbock. Katie, the owner, was able to analyze my style and body type and pulled up a picture (it wasn't even in stock!) of my dream dress!! I am in LOVE with it, and I am so thankful for this staff (Ashlyn and Malina helped me too - they are amazing!). Lillie's is a MUST for any Lubbock-area bride to be!

I had the absolute BEST experience with Lillie’s. The boutique itself is adorable- so bright and welcoming, filled with so many beautiful dresses. I loved that I was able to look through all the dresses on my own and pick a few that I wanted to try on first. While the store and the dresses are fabulous, the people are the best part! Katie and her girls were so kind, fun, and attentive. I felt like they truly cared about me finding the perfect dress, and I did! The whole process was amazing, from first walking in to the stunning selection of dresses to saying “Heck Yes!” with a champagne toast. Katie truly made my dress buying experience so easy and fun! I felt as if I were shopping with a long lost friend instead of just a wedding dress consultant. I made a spur of the moment appointment to go with two of my bridesmaids but after sleeping on a dress that I thought was the one, I decided to make a second appointment for a Haley Paige trunk show. Katie blew it out of the water by remember which type of styles I liked from the first visit and making sure I felt confident in the trunk show dresses even though they were way too small. She was honest in giving her opinions on what looked good and what didn't. She was also able to work with the designer on making pocket squares from my dress material. I cannot recommend Lillie's enough! Katie is a dream and any bride would be lucky to work with her.

Katie knows her stuff! She definitely took time to get to know me and my wishes before ever getting me in a dress.
