that you can't find anywhere else in Lubbock. Katie, the owner, was able to analyze my style and body type and pulled up a picture (it wasn't even in stock!) of my dream dress!! I am in LOVE with it, and I am so thankful for this staff (Ashlyn and Malina helped me too - they are amazing!). Lillie's is a MUST for any Lubbock-area bride to be!

As soon as I walked in, I knew it was going to be a great experience. All the workers greeted me with excitement and I felt confident this place would be the place I found my dress - and it was! Their love for brides and desire to make them feel taken care of was very evident to me from the minute I stepped foot in the shop. Needless to say, I found my dress and veil, and they made the process very easy and painless. Dress shopping was one of the most fun parts of my engagement, and I thank the Lillie's team for that. <3

ly said no problem. I was helped by the owner, Katie, who is pregnant and looks amazing. This was the second place we had been to and I thought I had already found a dress at another store so I wasn’t expecting much. Katie helped me by suggesting different dresses and really tried to understand what it was I was looking for. I was wearing a dress I was liking but not loving. She showed me another dress that I hadn’t originally thought to try. She said just do it, I think you’ll really like it. I shrugged and said ok. I put it on and looked in the mirror and got that “feeling” everyone talks about. I walked out of that boutique feeling so amazing. So confident. So beautiful. It’s not a chaotic massive store that leaves you feeling overwhelmed. It’s welcoming and fun. The environment and the energy from the time you walk in to the time you leave is enough to make you want to come back for more. Their customer service was over the top. I started as the only client in the store but even as another lady came in to shop I didn’t feel rushed or pushed to the side. If anything it made the experience more fun because both consultants were paying both of us clients attention and showering us with uplifting compliments. I would highly recommend giving Lillie’s a try if you’re looking for a more personable experience

of my likes and dislikes when trying on dresses. Ashlyn actually pulled a dress I didn’t even notice and once I put it on, I knew it was the one. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience by far! I can’t recommend Lillie’s enough!

d we could make an appointment to come back. One we were in there they never once made me feel rushed or unwanted. I worked with a few different girls and every single one of them made me feel so special and listened to what I wanted and what I didn’t care for in the dresses. I had every intention of just looking that day until one of the girls asked me to try one more dress that she thought I would love…and it was the one!! I did end up ordering the dress that evening and the entire process was so smooth and effortless. I can’t wait to pick up my dress in a few months and see the girls at Lillie’s again! :)
