Carol did an amazing job for my daughter's wedding flowers. She understood her vision of the night completely and went above and beyond. The flowers in the chapel, reception and bouquets were absolutely stunning!! Carol is so very talented and we were beyond pleased with her beautiful work!!!

Carol and her team made my vision come to life, but a million times better! I told Carol the first time we met that I wanted to magnolias and she DELIVERED! My bouquet was beyond my wildest dreams, and the way she decorated our reception venue was absolutely stunning. I think my favorite arrangements were the ones for the altar, they literally took my breath away! We got endless compliments on all the arrangments!

My flowers were absolutely gorgeous and stunning! Carol is a very talented florist! But with that said...48 hours before our wedding we received an invoice for significantly more than what we were initially quoted. We expected fluctuations, but were not made aware of the significant increase in the amount. In addition, the day before the wedding I found out that my vision of white flowers and greenery suddenly included blush flowers galore. Thankfully my wedding planner intervened and MOST of the blush flowers were removed by wedding day - however I still noticed several around the church. If you want gorgeous flowers Carol is amazing! But I would highly recommend ensuring she knows your budget and follow up that it is stuck to. And also ensure no creative additions are made that don't fit into your vision that you have for your day. If I could do it all again I would still choose Carol, but would be more involved in the process along the way to make sure the budget was followed and the vision didn't take a creative turn away from what I wanted.

She went above and beyond. I sent her pictures of a mixture of what I wanted, and she surpassed anything I could imagine. Her team set up and took down everything...so I didn't have to worry about anything. Her prices were unbeatable too! If you want the prettiest flowers at your wedding, you MUST choose Lillie Janes!

Carol Riley is a complete visionary in her craft. She took our small flower budget and worked some magic for our spring wedding! I couldn't have imagined it any more perfect. I think as a bride who didn't have a planner and wasn't sure of how the planning timeline worked ( I was super organized and hands on), it was difficult to nail down some details in the months leading up, but Carol was very attentive and super helpful in making sure we were on the same page! If you have dreamy, romantic florals in mind, Lillie Jane's is the only way to go!

Carol is by far the most talented floral artist in the Birmingham area. Her work was so much more beautiful than anything I could have imagined! From my unique & whimsical bouquet which included tweedia, lambs ear, queen anne's lace, and garden roses (wish I could post a picture!!), to the ethereal maidenhair fern that lined the aisle at the church, to the breathtaking roses she chose to decorate our wedding cake, and finally the gorgeous and simple orchid hairpiece she made for me to wear at our reception. All of my expectations were surpassed! I highly recommend Carol!

The special touches and attention to detail of each arrangement from my exquisite bouquet to the delicate flowers adorning the wedding cake were truly breathtaking! I could not have dreamed of anything more beautiful for our special day.

Carol Harris Riley is an amazing florist! We knew from our first meeting that she would be wonderful. She helped me shape a vision for the wedding. The flowers were fresh, looking like they were just from the garden; and the arrangements were not stuffy or dated. Better floral arrangements than I've seen anywhere else. Love her!

I couldn't have been happier with my flowers. I absolutely loved every little detail. She did an amazing job! Exactly what I wanted and more.

I made an appointment for a consultation, and I followed up with our florist about two days before it was supposed to happen. When my mom, then-finance and I showed up to the address on the website, we were not only surprised to NOT see the florist there, but the entire building was deserted as if someone moved away! When I called the florist to see if there was a miscommunication, she did not get back to me for a couple of hours. Not only did the florist blow us off for our first appointment, but she didn't see it important to tell us she moved within the past week. We rescheduled an appointment because she was one of two "approved" florists for our venue (and to be honest, I would have written her off after the first incident). She seemed genuinely apologetic so we thought we'd give her the benefit of the doubt. She seemed to listen to what we wanted to happen, and she seemed to have written down the specifics I wanted (purple and white bouquet for me, monochromatic white for the bridesmaid). We were told we would get an estimate within a week. I had been under the impression that the florist would be in contact with my mom, so imagine my surprise, one month later, no estimate! It took both my mom and myself e-mailing her to get any kind of reply. We nearly had to pull teeth to get her to answer questions in the months up until our wedding, but surprise, she was the one to initiate contact when $$ was due! Fast forward to our wedding. While the flowers were nice and my bouquet was stunning, the florist did NOT listen to what I said about the white bouquet for the bridesmaid. Overall, we were disappointed in Lillie's and I know I will not be recommending her to anyone.
