My wife and I weren't sure we even needed a wedding planner, but Jennette from Lilo Weddings completely changed our minds. She stayed in touch with us throughout the whole process and answered every question we had right away with detailed answers. On the day of the wedding, she was there setting up and making sure every detail was just right, even though it was hot outside and she never complained once. You could tell how much she cared about us and our special day. She went above and beyond to make everything perfect, and it was so worth having her on our team. We hired Lilo Weddings as our coordinator in the lead up to our big day and it was such a great decision. From our first planning call, Jennette was organized, warm, and completely on top of every detail with a thorough shared spreadsheet with multiple tabs and templates we could fill in to keep *all* the logistics organized together. She also offers wedding decor (like card boxes, a customizable mirror, table numbers, etc.) and vetted vendor recommendations/discount perks.
The weather forecast leading up to our wedding kept changing quite dramatically each day and Jennette helped us manage every contingency plan with the venue and vendors. She handled all email communications with all of our vendors with such a calm, professional, and positive attitude that we never felt stressed for even a second and always felt that she was advocating for us and our vision.
On the day of, we were delighted to have both Jennette and Bobbie on site. They are a wonderfully complementary duo, who kept the timeline flowing seamlessly and made sure everyone knew where to go and everything looked incredible. Bobbie even helped with creating little booklets for our vows so they weren’t just stray pieces of paper—those types of little details kept the ceremony looking polished and intentional. Loved having this team by our side for our wedding—we highly recommend this team!

She was available anytime to answer any questions (which was a lot) and was incredibly organized and professional. She worked with our vendors and vendor for us to get everything done and confirmed on time- while having an amazing attitude and a smile on her face! How she handled problems and worked around different things that came up is truly a skill. We truly were amazed and impressed with her hard-work. We booked her 2 Months of Coordination package, and she went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day ran smoothly. She was always available to answer questions, offer advice, and help us solve any problems along the way. She understood how stressful wedding planning can be and made us feel supported every step of the process.
Jennette also provided rental décor and tea ceremony decorations, which were a huge help for our Vietnamese tea ceremony. Her experience with multicultural weddings made everything so much easier.
She is incredibly organized and detail-oriented (definitely Type A!), which was exactly what we needed. My husband and I planned our wedding in just 4–5 months, and we truly couldn't have done it without her guidance.
A special thank you to her assistant, Lucia, as well. Jennette and Lucia worked so well together, and their teamwork made our wedding day feel seamless. Their entire team was professional, organized, and always one step ahead, allowing us and our families to truly enjoy the day without worrying about the details.

s. She made every part of our planning process and wedding day easier and saved the day many times, with a huge smile on her face every time we saw her!
Jennette is patient, organized, and a great problem solver. My husband and I have different cultural backgrounds and she did a fantastic job navigating our different priorities and, most importantly, keeping both of our families on the same page during the rehearsal and wedding day. Her planning spreadsheets are incredibly thorough and covered aspects of the wedding that we'd never even considered.
On the wedding day, she showed up with a massive tacklebox ready for almost any emergency. When our DIY floral arrangements started to fall apart, she saved them with fishing line. When I needed a curling iron at the last minute and she didn't have one, she Macgyver-ed one out of a mascara tube and hairspray. She went above and beyond bringing decor from her inventory that we hadn't thought to ask for, such as an "in loving memory" sign for our memory table. And at the end of the night, she was soooo quick and careful packing up all of our stuff to take home!

ginning, she made sure everything was organized and ran smoothly. On the wedding day, she made all of our guests and vendors feel welcomed and at ease, even through the inevitable chaos that comes with a wedding.
Because of Jennette, the day went perfectly—everything flowed seamlessly, and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. No one came to me with questions because she handled it all effortlessly. She’s also super punctual and always shows up early, ready to take charge with a smile.
Another huge bonus is that Jennette provides a ton of complimentary décor with her coordination package, which really helped bring our vision to life without having to buy or rent as much ourselves. She also offers great partner vendor discounts, many of which we took advantage of and were so happy with the results.
We’re so glad we chose Jennette as our wedding coordinator. She truly made our day stress-free, beautiful, and unforgettable. We can’t recommend her enough!

ngual MC, lion dancers), helped us resolve a major issue on the day of our wedding (we had forgotten an essential ingredient in one of our signature cocktails at home and she Doordash'd the ingredients!), and was so communicative and helpful throughout the entire planning process. You can tell Jennette loves what she does and we cannot thank her enough. Every single cent spent on her was well worth it, and honestly I feel like we should have paid her more. Issues were resolved quietly behind our back and Jennette always checked in to make sure we were doing well on the day of our wedding. She always knew what was happening and had her pulse on the next thing on the schedule. We had a crazy wedding day schedule and Jennette handled the whole thing masterfully. I interviewed multiple coordinators before finally settling on Jennette, and I cannot recommend her enough. We are so thankful for how kind, organized, professional, and responsive she was and just knows the vibes. She checked in with us months prior to our special day and has always been there for any questions we had. We really had an stress-free wedding all thanks to Jennette and her team and cannot imagine doing this without her. Jennette really just felt like a best friend that knew everything I envisioned for my wedding and brought it to life and ever since I started my journey on finding the perfect coordinator, we vibed immediately after our initial phone call in hiring her and her team.
We had the pleasure of working with Jennette as our coordinator and our decor vendor through PartyDreams Ashburn which also made our lives so much easier working with someone we already trusted for our decor as well.

She also had so many tips and suggestions that we hadn't thought of ourselves - like unique reception and send-off ideas, recommendations for officiants, suggestions on decorations and signs etc. She also took over all the vendor coordination a few weeks before the wedding and tipple-confirmed everything which gave us a ton of confidence leading into the wedding. It was also so fun having be a part of our actual wedding day and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. We had a lot of complexities to manage (flowers that needed to be moved, variety of shuttles coming at different times, last minute changes to the amount of wine we needed etc.) and she handled everything perfectly. Our wedding wouldn't have been the same without her, thank you!

re going to need, they start off with a set amount of time we can have and then we try and squeeze into it. Jennette though really started our relationship off with, what do you need and how can I help you & I really totally appreciated it. She was extremely organized and gave me EVERY SINGLE DETAIL I would have emailed her to ask for in advance. All the way down to a map of the venue and where we’d be getting ready. Which is huge, because while I’ve been to so many venues in this area, sometimes it’s been a minute and my memory won’t jog enough to remember where I need to go once I get on site.
If you’re looking for an amazing wedding planner who thinks of literally everything…or if you’re trying to work with a vendor who actually listens to your needs as a vendor, book now. Jennette is your lady!
