Lilo’s Kitchen

Lilo’s Kitchen is a wedding catering business and food truck based out of San Mateo, CA, that specializes in Latin American cuisine. Just 25 minutes outside of San Francisco, owners Leslie and Norma are happy to bring their truck to any special occasion to share their tasty dishes. By applying their attentive creativity in the kitchen, the duo prepares flavorful, innovative plates that are sure to impress newlyweds and their guests. Leslie and Norma founded Lilo’s Kitchen in 2020, naming their business after Leslie’s son, Lilo. One thing they can always count on at their family get-togethers is food that’s delicious and abundant. On one occasion, when Norma creatively combined birria tacos with consommé, herself and Leslie were inspired to share the dish beyond their family. Starting from their auntie’s kitchen, the duo was able to move their business to a food truck within three months due to their supportive customers. Since then, their goal has been to craft mouth-watering, homemade dishes to give couples an authentic taste of Latin America on their big days. For your convenience on the day of your event, Lilo’s Kitchen will park and set up their food truck at your preferred location. Norma and Leslie offer a number of delicious meal options for to-be-weds to choose from. These include birria tacos, beef birria ramen, and chicken tacos, which are all topped with zesty lime and complemented by tasty spices. The dynamic culinary team is happy to serve guest lists ranging from fewer than 100 guests to more than 250 people. The pair will provide paper plates, utensils, and napkins for a seamless dining experience.
