Hi, I’m Devon, born and raised right here in Brentwood TN. I am a Business Development officer, follower of Christ, and mom to two fur babies.
My passion is in helping others. Devon was amazing! She helped with planning my daughter’s wedding (right down to the little details I didn’t think of), she helped with decorating, bartending, flower decor and made the cake and cupcakes. She also helped with setting up and tearing down. We had a very tight time schedule and she made it all work out, and the wedding was beautiful! On the day of the wedding, I was able to relax and focus on my daughter instead of stressing! couldn’t have done it without her! Everything was perfect!

Devin worked with me as the Day of Coordinator for our daughter’s June wedding. She did several calls and video chats to make sure she had all the information in advance that she needed. She was the vendor contact starting about two weeks out. On the wedding day, she decorated the arbor with items I had and set up the welcome table so perfectly! She was the absolute best to work with!

Devon was amazing! She went above and beyond and helped our day turn into a beautiful wedding! She managed last minute changes in a professional manner. We had 2 different venues, and she managed to set-up both locations as we had envisioned. She is literally a superhuman! Not only did she coordinate with all of our vendors prior our wedding, she also showed up before all of our vendors and left after all the vendors day of! Everyone was so amazed by her and we are so happy we choose Devon to make our day special! We definitely recommend Devon!

Having Devon handle the "little big things" was huge for our day. Her calm demeanor helped all of those involved in the wedding to remain calm no matter what. She handled things with grace and swiftness. I can not thank Devon enough for everything that she did that day to help us.
When people ask, is "a coordinator really worth it", I tell them 100000% one of the best wedding decisions I made. Devon's ability to adapt and overcome, mold to the scenario, think outside the box, help my husband and I get our food (Which we would literally not have eaten if it had not been for Devon).

I had to get a day of coordinator last minute as ours didn’t pan out. And when I say last min I mean literally like 2.5 weeks before my wedding!!! I am still so beyond happy we found Devon with Lilly and Lace weddings.!!!!!! She was literally a life saver and the person I recommend most from my vendors! She was so very helpful in the last stages of planning and scheduling my Big day. She literally went above and beyond, she saw my vision and implemented it BETTER than I could have. All of my wedding party and most of my guest were from out of town so the days leading up to the wedding were hectic and I was not able to get our venue decorated. SHE SAVED THE DAY!! She showed up early, brought some help and completely got our venue decorated while I was in hair and makeup. I literally cried when I came down and saw the venue it was beautiful!!! She kept the whole day running smoothly and even stayed and cleaned up after. Our venue owners said she cleaned up better than any day off and it looked as though the venue owners cleaned up themselves!! I could literally go on forever with everything Devon MADE happen and how easy and seem less it made my day!! I swear if you are needing a coordinator or wedding planner, please don’t look anywhere else, I have no clue how you could find better!!!

Devon was the day-of-coordinator for my sister’s wedding and she was absolutely amazing. Devon and her team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. I cannot recommend her enough and I strongly encourage anyone who’s thinking about hiring her to do so! She was on top of everything, with great attention to detail, and so organized and prepared. I was nervous about my MOH speech and forgot to eat dinner at the reception until the food was already put away. Within minutes, Devon and her team were able to get me a plate to eat, heated it up, and delivered it to me with silverware. She was everything that we could have asked for and so much more! Absolute true professionals and rockstars, and I highly recommend them to all brides/grooms looking for a planner/day of coordinator in the Nashville area.
I hired Lily and Lace about a month before my wedding due to a last minute situation with our original coordinator, and Devon immediately stepped in to start assisting and taking things off my plate from the get-go. From helping with pre-wedding planning activities, vendor relations, and timeline layout, to all the day of activities (including actually helping to transport the bridesmaids to the venue early in the morning), full day-of-coordination from an early AM start to midnight finish, and much more, she did it all! She is an absolute gem to work with- super responsive, understanding, knowledgeable, and so sweet! Getting a little sappy here (lol), but she really saved the day and we couldn't be more thankful we crossed paths with her and had her a part of our big day. Honestly hiring her and her team was the best decision I think I made in the whole wedding planning process, and everything she did made our lives 100x easier and so much less stressful.
