We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Lilly and Lime for our wedding! We chose the 10-hour photo and video package, and it was one of the best decisions we made.
Jamal, our photographer, and Eric, our videographer, were both amazing and incredibly professional from start to finish. They made us feel comfortable, kept everything organized, and truly helped our wedding day run so smoothly. They captured every special moment without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed.
Not only were we impressed, but both of our families couldn’t stop complimenting how friendly, talented, and attentive they were throughout the day. It meant so much to us to see everyone enjoying the experience.
When we received our photos and video, we were beyond happy. Everything came out beautifully — the quality, the angles, the special moments they captured — it all exceeded our expectations. We’re so grateful to Jamal and Eric for giving us memories we’ll cherish forever.

wn photographer" - a signature slogan that is too good to be true kind of deal, but this statement "you get what you paid for" NEVER FAILS, even in this business. $8.5 per 4x6 photo print with the editing "promised," which only means centering and cropping that you can do yourself on a computer in Paint photo editing tools. The turn-around time was too quick for me (8 hours) to believe they actually did any editing at all on the raw files (or digital negatives). If you know how to use basic settings in Lightroom and turn their raw files into amazing photos, hire this vendor. If not, pay a little bit more for another vendor that will actually spends time and edits their own raw files. So disappointed with the prints and time-consuming to fix the raw files...

of a boring couple, but she saw ways to make some creative shots. She knew how to position us and how to keep our smiles natural. She was fast and efficient to took every moment to get those shots. It was really windy on that day, and she took the weather into consideration and found a nice spot to do pictures inside. l day. He's so easy going and fun. Will definitely recommend Lily and Lime for the affordable price and Jamaal for his amazing work! The ceremony was outside in Feb, he utilized so much of our surroundings and made it beautiful with what we had to work with for a DIY wedding.
I didn't give the extra star because of the website. Only downside of Lily and Lime is the "Wedding - my package login to pay", "My Account - Login to order products and favorite images", then "View wedding images to download login". Not user friendly at all. Not sure if it's just me, but I am having to use 4 different tabs with 3 seperate logins to get full access to my info and images.

graphers and allow you to look through their portfolios to choose someone who fits your style. Booking is a breeze and is extremely flexible to your specific needs and budget. I loved getting to choose how many photographers/videographers we needed and the hours they would work with us rather than having to shell out a fortune to book someone for the entire day. I do wish we could have met our photographers beforehand (we only had their contact info a couple of weeks before the big day), but there is also an option to add on bridal or engagement portraits which would give you the chance to meet earlier. Even without that, both our lead and associate photographers did amazing work! They were flexible, accommodating, professional, and a joy to have around! And the pictures (which are stored on an online gallery for easy access and downloading) were beautiful! Lily & Lime was our favorite vendor because of the unbeatable quality of their resources, communication, and product. We’re so glad they were a part of our wedding day!!

Good side note- we were a bit behind on finalizing parts of the wedding, photographer being the big one.. so we didn’t even reach out to Lily & Lime about 6-7 weeks before the wedding.. With the thoughts in mind that we’d struggle getting everything in place last minute, they honestly cleared away all the worry and knocked it out of this world. Their team is awesome made it a night that everyone can look back on for many years to come!

I was happy with how my photos turned out as well as my final highlight video (after a minor music change request I made ) and full wedding video. I got lots of compliments. Last but not least, I thought the price for the photo/video package was very reasonable, compared to other companies. I'm so glad I chose Lily and Lime for my wedding!

ill out what you expect your timeline to look like for the photographer to prepare. Our photographer called us the week before to get a more detailed timeline and the day of the wedding she was on top of it! She took pictures of anything and everything and we are so very grateful to have found her using this service.
Budget: The amount you pay is based on the time you want, not the name of the photographer. There was no guesswork in pricing. It was easy picking the photographer right for our wedding without being worried if they were within budget.
Turnaround time: I have heard from several people that have waited over a year to get their wedding photographs back. I feel with Lily and Lime there was a nice middle person to make sure we got what we needed in a timely manner.
If you don't have a specific photographer you want to work with, this is the best route you can go.

ared to going direct to the photographer/videographer. The Lily & Lime process and platform was straight forward and if we were ever confused or had questions L&L support team was on it. The automated emails along the way if/when there are specific actions that need completed in a timely manner were helpful.
CHOSING YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER IS PROBABLY THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIS PROCESS. Do some online stalking of your photographer to make sure you like them beyond the information L&L gives you ( first name, picture, small portfolio). Cross reference the internet for that photographer’s name in the area you’re searching and review their individual reviews on the other wedding sites since most of L&L reviews are on L&L process and not the photographer you may or may not chose. The thing about L&L is that you don’t interact with your photographer until a week before the wedding. The week before the wedding is probably one the craziest weeks of your life, so my one area of improvement is to allow the couple to engage with the photographer a little sooner. Although I understand why it’s structured this way, it makes it a little more crazy if you don’t opt for engagement photos to interact with your photographer sooner.
The week of your wedding you'll receive your photographer's contact info and if they’re good (like ours was) they’ll reached out to you to introduce themselves and discuss the important parts of your wedding and certain shots you’d like to capture. We received our photos and video very promptly as promised and they’re wonderful. Overall we are pleased with the service, product, and our photographer, especially for the value and price.

We were given a discount code in an email from Lily & Lime which we used to buy a photography package for our wedding. We paid a deposit to get locked in and the website displayed ...
two future payments we would have to make. When we logged in to pay our second payment the amount due was higher by the tune of a few hundred dollars. I decided to reach out to them to find out what happened.
Four emails and two phone calls and they still haven't figured it out. After the first phone call they immediately admitted this was their mistake and assured me it would be solved in 1-2 business days. It has now been a week and a half since I reached out to Lily & Lime to have this corrected. When the time frame they give me goes by I have to be the one to reach back out to them to let them know they haven't fixed the issue; they do not follow up at all even when they assured me they would.
I've spoken to a few different representatives now and they're all very friendly, but seem to tell you they'll fix it just to get you off the phone so they can bump the problem down the line.
I have very little confidence they will be reliable on the day of our wedding and will be asking for a refund for the deposit we made. I feel like I've been very patient and understanding but Lily & Lime just does not seem capable of delivery a quality product.

mazing shots on our special day. They were laid back, not too pushy, and gave us some really special photos of our day that we would not have gotten otherwise. Our one issue was that the second photographer that was supposed to take the groom and groomsmen to a different area for their photos before the ceremony so that my bridesmaids and I could get photos before the ceremony as well, had to be told multiple times to actually do so. I ended up making one of the groomsmen get my husband and the other groomsmen together to get the photos started. They didn't start taking the groomsmen photos until 45 minutes before the ceremony, which made everything before the ceremony late, and I was still outside when guests began to arrive.
Besides that we had some beautiful photos and memories all caught by our lovely photographer and videographer.

feel to our wedding with forgoing a lot of the "traditions" and just spending time celebrating with our friends and family. Wendy totally understood our views, and really went with that flow. As we had never worked with a professional photographer before, she guided us through everything, and really captured the feel of us, and our venue in her photographs. Overall, Lily and Lime was such a pleasure to work with. Doing pretty much everything online made it so easy, and took a lot of stress out of booking a photographer. The online forms they provide for you to fill out also adds to the ease and gives the photographer much needed information that they utilize. The customer service rep, Maddy was also awesome. She is very professional and courteous, and kept us up-to-date on every step of the process, while also sending us emails to remind us to complete certain stages (which trust me, you will appreciate). We received sneak peeks of some of the photos within a week of our wedding, all the photos within two weeks and were able to download/purchase within 6 weeks. They processed them very quickly, which was great. We really enjoyed working with Lily and Lime and their staff, and definitely recommend their services if you are looking for a wedding photographer!

apher based only off of a portfolio and not actually getting to speak to her until the week of our wedding. We chose Monica because we loved her candid shots and boy did she not disappoint!
I spoke to Monica a few days before our wedding to go over which shots were on our "must have" list, which weren't many. She knew our venue and the surrounding area so she gave some tips and we were set. The day of the wedding she showed up to the venue early to get some pictures of the venue itself, then pictures of me getting ready and with my parents and siblings, then my husband getting ready and with his parents and siblings. We did not do a first look and she did not push for it.
During the ceremony I didn't even know she was there. After the ceremony we headed out to take some pictures with me, the groom and the bridal party and she worked fast because we were losing light - we had a 6 pm ceremony in mid-October. Those pictures came out beautiful, and she really made our jewel tone colors pop.
We didn't even notice her during the reception, but she was all over the place, and easy to find when we did want a specific photo. Our guests actually commented on how much they liked her which was great to hear! I've never heard people rave about a photographer like they were raving about Monica. There are so many sweet photos from our reception, and silly photos, and photos full of pure joy. We could not have asked for a better collection of photos from our wedding day.
Afterwards, we got a sneak peek in about a week and a half - very exciting! We got our full portfolio maybe a week or two after that and are now just waiting a couple more weeks to be able to download them.
Lily & Lime won't be for everyone, namely those who want to meet and have a sit down with their photographer ahead of time, but they were perfect for us. The whole process was really easy and we would absolutely recommend them for future brides.
