We had an amazing experience using Lily & Lime for our wedding. If you are looking to save some money without sacrificing the quality of your memories, I highly recommend them. Honestly, the level of service we received felt like it was worth at least three times what we actually paid.
A huge part of our peace of mind came from our client services coordinator, Nora. She was with us through the entire process and was incredibly patient, answering every single question we had along the way. Having that consistent line of support made the planning process so much easier.
One of the best features of Lily & Lime is the ability to choose your lead photographer from a provided list. After doing our research, we chose Brenton, and he was excellent. His communication and follow-up were top-notch, and he made sure everything ran smoothly on the big day.
While you don’t get to choose your second photographer or videographer, it turned out to be a "roll of the dice" that really paid off for us. The entire team worked together seamlessly, and we are thrilled with the results. If you want to get everything you want for your wedding media while staying on budget, Lily & Lime is the way to go!
We had our wedding about 3 months ago in Orlando, FL and chose Lily & Lime. What stood out to us right away was how customizable their service were - you can pick the number of photographers/videographers and specific hours to fit your day (and and end times)
Their customer service was great. We mostly communicated through email, and they were consistently responsive and easy to work with. After booking, you get access to a portal where you can leave detailed notes for each part of the wedding (getting ready, ceremony, etc.), which helped a lot in making sure everything we had in mind was captured.
The photo gallery they provide afterward (photos with a month, videos look little over~2 months) is well organized and easy to navigate, and you can access it for a long time to download your photos, which we appreciated.
We had 1 lead photographer, 1 assistant photographer, and 1 videographer, and all 3 were professional and genuinely great to work with. Greg, our lead photographer had great ideas and communicated clearly throughout the day, which made everything feel smooth and relaxed. Brittany (assistant) was friendly and jumped in with helpful suggestions for different shots. Shane (videographer) took the time to explain his approach and did a really solid job capturing everything.
Overall, we had a really positive experience. The team was easy to work with, and we’re really happy with how everything turned out. Their prices are way more affordable and would definitely recommend.
