We were blown away with our wedding photography from Lily and Lime. Brandon was our photographer and he was funny, professional, and very accomodating to our requests.
He came with ideas and some of our favorite photos were his design. He was also very open to taking any photos we had in mind already. He was more than happy to stop and take a group photo throughout the night and got some AMAZING shots. We ended up with over 5000 photos to download and are so happy with our service. 10/10 would recommend

sh I'd had a chance to talk to Kim, my photographer sooner than the week before my wedding, just to get to know her a bit better. She was also pretty timid in directing poses for the bridesmaids and groomsmen; my videographer (different company) and assistant photographer (Bill) were much more direct in telling us what to do. My last complaint is that, when I did a first look with the groom, no one got a photo of the groom's reaction... which is the whole point of the first look! Nevertheless, I have plenty of frame-able pictures from the best day of my life, so thank you!

I booked Lily and Lime in Jan 2023 for Feb 2024, paid my deposit and my first installment. The photographer I had originally chosen and told was available was suddenly unavailable ...
shortly after booking, so I was required to chose a different option and was told they would work on securing that photographer, which was a bit stressful in itself as I had hoped for more stability using this company. Fast forward to May and I needed to cancel my contract with L&L. As I was well 10 months in advance I figure I could get my first installment back as there were no services rendered and I was cancelling with plenty of time, understanding I would forfeit my deposit. However, I was told it was simply âpolicyâ that I would not be getting back my installment. When I emphasized I had not gotten any service from L&L and would like my installment refunded, I was told that it seemed that I had switched photographers and that was considered work on their end.. Which is upsetting as I not only never wanted to be switched in the first place, but I had never spoken a word to either photographer as Iâd been told I would be given their info the WEEK OF the wedding so as not to overwhelm the photographer.. nor was I given any sort of visual on their work like a professional instagram or facebook other than the few pics of work L&L provided. The situation this far has been stressful and confusing and I am at a loss for what to do regarding any further attempts to be refunded.
UPDATE: I have since been contacted by L&L management to be informed there was a misunderstanding with the employee who had spoken to me and should be receiving my refund due to the early timeline of the cancellation. I appreciate the prompt contact by L&L as well as the companyâs attention to feedback by calling me back to amend the situation.

e ended up going with a different company. After multiple phone calls and some trouble getting ahold of a manager, they refunded us the money for our lead. Not the best experience with them but we got our money back. I would recommend spending the extra money and getting someone with real experience as lily and lime uses brand new photographers.

had with no problem. Their website was also very helpful in choosing them, you can look at their different photographer's portfolios to get a feel for their style. We were able to select a photographer that had been in our venue before. Both our two photographers and our videographer were personable, professional, and knowledgeable. My MOH is a professional photographer and was there to help them organize, and they were respectful of his opinions and taking into what photos I wanted (which my MOH knew).
But even before the wedding, Lily and Lime's portal to schedule each photographer and what they should be doing during wedding and reception was a big help to make me feel relaxed on my wedding day!
Oh, and of course, my pictures were beautiful. Got thousands of photos of the wonderful day! Both the shortened wedding video and long one were incredible and I cried a lot. Would highly recommend Lily and Lime!

ns, we choose just photography. We are in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We booked awhile in advance so our original choice of photographer was no longer available but they were quick in letting us know this and giving us options for other ones ( they do have in the contact that photographers may change ) The customer service was great and always helpful. There was maybe a time or two it took awhile to hear back but nothing too long. Our photographer was amazing and something we get the most compliments about. She was always looking for something to capture, had creative ideas, took the pictures that were on my must have list, and she was not âin the wayâ just a natural part of the day. I also LOVED that you get every picture. Some of my favorites are the silly ones that arenât fully a perfect picture. The pictures came back in about 6-8 weeks and you get access to your online portal for a year so you can take your time to go through what you want to keep. 10/10 will always recommend !

I got to select my top 3 photogs and videogs from a talented group and was able to use the website to schedule/organize/ work out logistics (ie payments) through their portal.

e) dropped out. He did everything perfectly and from what weâve seen, the photos looks great. Now for the not so great :/. The company didnât give us a timeline for when our photos would be ready until the third email I sent to them after a month with zero contact. I had to reach out to the photographer himself and he sent us 6 photos that he liked. Itâs been eight weeks since the wedding and all weâve gotten was an âeditors pickâ of about a dozen photos, half of which we had already seen. The lack of communication during and after our wedding is definitely a disappointment, even if the photos are lovely. We spent quite a bit on our photography package and the customer service is just not there. Every response Iâve received from Lily and Lime has been stale and scripted. If you expect photos back in a timely manner (weâve been waiting 8 weeks now) I would say skip this company.

t photo ideas would look good, move things around, etc. While thereâs nothing wrong with that, I really liked how Katelyn took candid and authentic photos. She was open to doing photo ideas we had. However, her main goal seemed to be to capture the event as it happened. She didnât try to create moments but rather capture them as they happened. It was very different from what I was used to, but I liked it! Keep doing what youâre doing, Katelyn!:) Thank you for just being you and doing what you love. You and a camera just seem to click (pun intended haha).

y like that used for setting up pictures. And the camera was fairly entry level - I only mention that because the photos taken indoors turned out very grainy due to using a higher ISO than the camera could handle.
However, the majority of posed pictures were taken outdoors and we are really happy with how those turned out. Our photographer was kind and warm - always happy to get the shots we wanted. And the staff was very courteous. We made some unusual requests after a price had already been agreed upon and this company was very accommodating for us.
I definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants professional wedding photos, but isnât able to afford spending several thousand dollars for extravagantly staged pictures. I found Lily & Lime to be a very good value and their staff was an absolute pleasure to work with. Thanks Nick!
