Lily was the perfect photographer for our wedding, she fell right in line with our energy and captured the most amazing images without making anything feel inauthentic. I was so happy to receive color and black/white images of the most special shots. She was so wonderful with our families and other vendors, and very timely with sending us the final photos afterwards. Cannot recommend enough.

Specializing in elopements and micro weddings, Lily Griffin Photography in Waxhaw, NC, was founded on the idea that a small, budget-friendly wedding can be simple, straightforward, and just as stunning as a million-dollar wedding!
I think hiring your wedding photographer should be one of the most stress-free parts of wedding planning. I pride myself in keeping my packages very simple and straightforward, so you know exactly what you’re getting into, and you can put your focus on the more challenging and time-consuming aspects of your wedding. I also offer engagement sessions and photography/engagement bundles!
What sets me apart from other photographers is that my style is very refined, and I’m very particular about how I shoot and edit. At Lily Griffin Photography, I do all my photography and editing work by myself to ensure it’s consistent and up to my standards. My photography style is very moody and romantic- I love utilizing the golden hour for backlight and having very bold shadows, and I especially love editing with black and white. At the same time, I also love to be goofy and take funny photos!

Hi! I’m Lily Griffin, an engagement and wedding photographer from the small town of Waxhaw, North Carolina. I love capturing the intimacy and beauty of small, simple elopements and micro-weddings for couples on a budget! When I’m not taking pictures I’m probably at the gym training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and teaching the next generation of martial artists, taking care of my beloved chickens, or assisting pregnant people during labor as I’m also a doula. I can’t wait to get to know you and witness the binding of your love!
