n 24 hours despite following directions to preserve. They aren't even located in the city they claim and lie to you when you ask if they are local. I ordered my mother an arrangement for her 88th birthday and what an embarrassment! I sent them pictures as requested and they said "well, that was taken 3 days after delivery" which is when I sent pics that were taken one day after delivery by my sister. They had the nerve to say " you ordered the small one" which was almost $100 after all the bogus charges; so I guess you get dead flowers if you don't spend over $100? Just want to warn anyone who orders flowers do NOT use them. Please share with your locals!

ons as well. I wanted to have bright pinks and purples with roses and hydrangeas and when I saw them it was like they pulled it straight from my dreams. They were very accommodating, prompt in replying to questions, and friendly. They are a great choice, and I'm so impressed by the product they delivered.
