She was always timely, organized, professional and most importantly reliable- which is not always the case when it comes to the wedding industry. On the day of our wedding, our transportation had issues with the vehicle and was about to leave us without any means to get around (despite our contract). Kimmylea worked her magic behind the scenes to ensure we had multiple backup options, and that the transportation we did book would come. She did all of this without bothering me or my husband on the day of- we weren't even aware of any of this until the next day! My daughter had no time to plan her wedding let alone arrange all the minor details as a medical resident, but with the help of Kimmylea during a few Zoom meetings, the planning was stress-free and her wedding day went very smoothly. Kimmylea as our coordinator was the BEST decision. From our first meeting on Zoom and straight through the reception, Kimmylea was our guide. She wanted to know my daughter's vision for her wedding and made it her mission to accomplish just that. She is so organized and connected in the wedding vendor community. She is forward thinking and ready for the glitches that pop up along the path. She is a tremendous listener and communicator. She is available by phone, text, or email and gave us peace and confidence as the wedding day approached. After the ceremony, Kimmylea made sure that everything at the church was taken to our car or the reception. She was at the reception the entire time working with the bus driver, bar crew, dinner servers, DJ, videographer, photographer, and wrapped up with clearing the centerpieces, photo table and loading gifts in our car. She made the day amazing!!

our initial consultation with Kimmylea, we decided to go with the Something Blue package since we were early on in the planning process. With this package we planned alongside Kimmylea and got the day-of coordination. She helped us every step of the way keeping us on track with booking vendors and even recommending vendors as well. Kimmylea was so easy to get into contact with. She always responded in a timely manner and we had several meetings along the way as well which helped us feel prepared. The wedding day was stress-free for my husband and I and our whole family. Kimmylea and Beau set up everything and tore down which was so nice to not have our families worry about. At the end of the night I found out our venue’s security guard never showed up and they wouldn’t be able to serve alcohol without one. Luckily Beau was able to fill that role due to his occupation. I’m not sure what would have happened if Kimmylea and Beau weren’t there, but I’m glad I’ll never have to find out. Kimmylea also stepped up when I was feeling uneasy about a last minute DJ switch. She contacted the owner and helped reassure me that everything would be great. If you are looking for a wedding or any type of event planner, look no further. Limelight Expressions will go above and beyond to make your day perfect and stress free!

realized she didn't have enough help for the event, Kimmylea had lots of suggestions for who to contact for backup. When our cake didn't look quite right, Kimmylea worked with our florist to make sure it was fixed. And when the party bus didn't show up to the church to pick up our wedding party, Kimmylea was ON IT! She called the limo service, she spoke to the owner, and she even started reaching out to hotels to find shuttle vans. Kimmylea is who you want in your corner on wedding day. While we hope for everything to be perfect, inevitably there will be little things that don't go just as you planned. Kimmylea really cares about the couples that she works with and wants to make sure that everything is accounted for. She helped to set up the day before and took everything down at the church and reception that evening. She also moved all gifts to my parents car and was willing to drive their car to unload everything at their condo that evening. She was the most responsive person to work with, as we were planning the wedding out of state, and she was always available via email and FaceTime when we had questions. I would recommend Kimmylea to anyone getting married - she is amazing.

I was so confident in her planning abilities that we booked her for our day-of coordinator that very day! Seriously, it felt as though a weight had been lifted from my shoulders just booking her with 11 months to go until our wedding! Fast forward to our wedding month: Kimmylea kept in contact with me continuously until our big day, always answering any questions I might have, suggesting the best vendors, even scoring us a better deal on our wedding room block! She and her staff set up at our venue, flipped our ceremony space into our reception hall, and even cleared up the room at the end of the night! bout a week before the wedding to finalize details and go over requests/ideas we had for photos. Brent created a whole itinerary for the day and that really helped keep us all on track! Brent's warm and personal demeanor is one of the things that I will always remember when I think of our wedding day. He arrived on time and immediately was chatting with everyone while he began going to work on creating some of the initial dress/rings shots. He made everyone feel so comfortable and remained cheerful and upbeat all day long! When I say that Brent was a pure joy to work with, I mean it! He was wonderful! Before and after our ceremony, Brent was constantly looking out for us as the bride and groom. We were married outside and it was pretty warm that day- several times Brent brought us bottles of water while we were completing our photographs, and he also made sure that we took breaks and stood in the shade when we could. At the reception, even with carrying all of his gear on him, Brent carried our empty plates and allowed us to scoop our food from the buffet onto them; never once did we have to carry our own plate; Brent did all of that for us. He was so much more than a photographer and was truly helpful. We definitely felt like we had the spotlight the entire day because of him. We haven't received our photos yet (because our wedding was only 10 days ago), but Brent was the photographer at my sister's wedding as well, and if my photos come out half as beautiful as hers, then I will be extremely pleased with the quality of work we are presented. If you're looking for a company that puts you first on your big day, treats you like an old friend, produces the most gorgeous photographs to capture your day, gives you 110% of their effort, then look no further- LimeLight Expressions is the way to go! And I can personally vouch that Brent Coonrod is a fantastic guy who will make your day even more memorable!

ew hiccups with some information during email exchanges but she would always handle them in prompt & timely manner. On the actual wedding day she was on point. This goes there, that goes there, you need to be over here, etc. etc. She definitely made the day go very smoothly. 2nd we had Brent from Limelight Expressions as our photographer. His review is pretty short. He was simply amazing. You should most DEFINITELY hire Brent as your photographer for engagement photos, wedding photos or any photos for that matter. We had countless guests ask us about the photographer. They all thought he was so funny & awesome. 3rd we had Limelight Expressions design & print our wedding invitations & thank you cards. This is were one of the "hiccups" occurred as the 1st batch of wedding invitations came out as the wrong color. Almost like the print shops printer was running out of ink. This was quickly handled & a new batch was printed ASAP, free of charge of course, and delivered to us within a few days. They turned out fabulous. Everybody absolutely loved the design & coloring of them. Overall using Limelight Expressions was one of the best choices we made for our wedding. The experienced team of Kimmylea & Brent as wedding planner/photographer is a must for having a great, fun & memorable wedding experience.

My sister and mom looked at pictures when the met with the florist, who was a green house owner, she showed my family landscaping work they did all over the area, which has nothing to do with wedding floral... They did try and work with my budget although I was getting bouquets with 3 roses for my budget. I went to another place and got a dozen roses per bridesmaid bouquet for the same price. They did great with the uplighting, they delivered , set up and picked up with good timing. The lighting looked beautiful and the price was great for it! The workers for limelight were great; very friendly and pleasant to talk to and they really did try and work with me for everything, it just didn't work out, I even paid half of the deposit and couldnt get it back and they didn't charge me for their time. I was using them more as a rental company than a wedding planning company. I think they would be great if you want all of their services, I just didnt need them all!

Additionally, because of last minute inclement weather, Kimmylea helped us find a tent in an incredibly short amount of time so we could have the outdoor wedding we dreamed of.
