Limelight had awesome results! During the time of my wedding everyone was getting Covid so it took some time to receive back our video and photos. This was sad but they made it up and had great costumer service after everything was brought to attention.

Limelight has always made us feel very special, and that continued up until and throughout our wedding day. Mark, our photographer, was amazing! He was very professional, patient, and his experience defiantly showed. Every moment of our wedding was captured from the beginning until the end. Mark also helped us create moments we didn't even consider to capture, and those pictures will mean the most to us. I don't think our day could have gone anymore perfectly! Now, we will always have a way to cherish our big day forever. We also used Limelight for our engagement photos, and that experience was beyond what we could ask for. Angel was our photographer. We were able to involve our fur babies in our photos. Our dogs have anxiety issues and we thought it would be an issue to have at the photo shoot, but we were wrong. Angel was patient and understanding. He capture amazing photos of not only me and my now husband, but also our dogs. In regards to Limelight, as a whole group, we had lots of conversations with a number of their staff. They were all so patient, helpful and supportive. They made us feel at home. They made the experience of wedding planning a breeze. If I could do this experience again I’d go with Limelight without a doubt.

Limelight have been absolutely the best group I have hired! They were amazing with our engagement photos and I could only imagine how our wedding photos are going to look. I did get a sneak peek and what I have seen have been breathtaking. They were all so professional but made the picture taking fun! Their team went to work the minute they arrived on site and continued to work all night! I would definitely rebook with them anyday! Limelight San Antonio was the videographer for our wedding day. They truly took the time to get to know us as a couple before the wedding day. We had two gentlemen there to shoot our wedding day and they were awesome! I can’t begin to say how kind they were! They also captured some very beautiful moments from the wedding day perfectly. I wanted not only a small highlight video from our wedding day, but also a video of our full ceremony. As a bride, you’re the last to enter the ceremony. I wanted to see how my husband looked walking down the aisle, how excited our wedding party was for us, etc. My grandmother also was the person to marry us. The ceremony video was the most important to me! Limelight provided the highlight video and ceremony video at a price that could not be beat! I cried watching our wedding videos for the first time. I debated back and forth on hiring a videographer, and I am sooo happy I decided to use Limelight for our day. They gave us a gift that we will look back on forever.

We had them do both our photography and videography and both came out beautiful! Not only that, but they were very competitively priced. In addition, they made the process fun (especially Josh!) !

Hiring Limelight San Antonio was the best thing that we could have done for our wedding. I worked with Angel and Rob for my bridal pictures. They did such a good job making me feel comfortable and confident during the photoshoot and that really came across in the photos! My husband and I also really loved working with Josh and Marisol on our wedding day. They did an amazing job capturing the most memorable moments of our wedding! Jose also always goes above and beyond when addressing any of our concerns. We love showing off our wedding photos, wedding video, wedding canvases, and wedding and engagement photo albums. People always say the pictures look like pictures that you find in wedding magazines. I highly recommend Limelight San Antonio! They travel all over and one of my bridesmaids loved working with them so much on our wedding day that she decided to hire them for her own wedding!

These guys were so great that I just had to write a review on Google, Wedding Wire AND the Knot! There are no words to describe how happy we are with Josh and his team and the pictures they took of our wedding on April 1st (yes, April Fool’s Day 😝). A little background history, my friend got married a little over a year before we did and I was a bridesmaid in her wedding. By this time my partner and I had already found a photographer but something just didn’t feel right. Josh was the photographer for my friend’s wedding and I just felt an immediate connection. It wasn’t just the photos - which were stunning btw - but it was also the fact that he made us laugh, he put all of his heart into making the day special, and he helped us to feel comfortable. I turned to my husband, then fiancé, and said “I want him to be the photographer for our wedding. I NEED him to be the photographer at our wedding.” And it was the best decision we ever made. He really got to know us both on a personal level to get a better idea of what we had in mind. He helped make sure that our vision of the perfect wedding became a reality. I’ll just say this: I am probably the least photogenic person you will ever meet. Somehow in all my years of living, I’ve never figured out how to smile naturally. It just looks forced. I mentioned that to him and basically said “good luck getting even one good photo of me”. Well, somehow he achieved the impossible: he made me look good in photos. He gave me lots of great direction and he made jokes throughout the process so that I would feel less nervous/stressed. He would do a little dance to make us all giggle and when I tell you that made all the difference, you can truly take that to heart. I’ve said this once, and I’ll say it a thousand more times, NEVER EVER settle for a subpar photographer. We almost did and we are so very thankful that we went with Josh and his team instead. I know you may be worried about cost but you really do get what you pay for. If you’re on the fence, I’m telling you, take the leap. Like it was with us, it’ll be the best decision you ever make. Edit: forgot to mention he supported us throughout all of our crazy ideas! We are super nerds and we incorporated so many mega-nerd things into our wedding: lightsaber hilts for the bouquets, comic books instead of table numbers, llama wedding toppers, croquembouche instead of cake, and even a Slip N’ Slide exit! He always assured us “hey guys it’s your wedding, you get to do it however you like. Don’t worry about what anyone else thinks. You do you!” WORTH.EVERY.PENNY.

Couldn't have asked for a better crew to do my pictures and video for my wedding! If you don't hire these guys your missing out! The crowd loved them and they fit right in! Loved working with these guys would recommend them one million times over again!

The staff is amazing and makes the whole process so easy. The photographers are very talented and so friendly. Plus they have very affordable packages to meet your needs.

TL;DR: Flexible, fun, and devoted to making your photos memorable. We highly recommend them, but be sure to set boundaries. Limelight has a lot of experience with weddings, and they make it quite easy on couples to set up contracts and prepare for the events. Their staff is friendly, and easy to coordinate with prior to engagement shoot and wedding. This vendor rates very highly on customer service! We're waiting to see our full set of photos, but at our request, the studio manager expedited putting together a sample of photos from the wedding (and the photos are gorgeous). Our day-of photographers were a bit pushy about taking photos but responded well to our feedback. (Their default was to nab us for photos for a lot of time on the wedding day, and we had to firmly tell them that we would not regret not taking that extra set of photos getting ready, at sunset, etc.) If you're like us and you're more interested in enjoying the moment of the day than taking a bunch of sets of photos, you may have to communicate that.

Just about any photographer can take pictures. Marisol, Josh, and the entire team at Limelight do so much more than just take pictures. They truly capture the feelings. Not only will all your posed photos be great, but the unexpected images of once-in-a-lifetime moments were also captured. I think I cried as much looking at the photos as I did at the actual wedding!

Rob did a great job photographing our wedding! He was professional as well as personable and everyone had a great time during the photos. So far my husband and I LOVE the sneak peek photos we have received. I highly recommend Rob and Limelight for anyone looking for a great price on great photography.

Having a wedding with COVID19 bustling around makes it so difficult. Our friends recommended this wonderful videographer from their wedding, and I cannot express how wonderful they are. They brought joy during stress, made us feel so comfortable, and allowed the process to feel natural and normal. They have a gift in how they put together their videos and capture the essence of the couple so well. We are so happy to have them at our reception next year!

We went back and forth deciding whether or not we wanted videographer to capture our day. After talking to Limelight the very first time I knew we made the right decision. But then we received the final product and Wow!!! Words can't express how happy we are with final project. Y'all exceeded our expectations! The staff at Limelight was amazing to work with. Marisol was so sweet when I met her. Our engagement pics were beautiful and I knew our wedding pics would be even more amazing. We were so happy working with our photographer Rob at our wedding. He captured every special moment. He was so nice and patient. I cannot express how extremely happy I am with every single picture.

I did my bridal session with Angel yesterday and he did an amazing job and I had such a fun time. Angel puts 110% effort in and does everything possible to make sure to take the best possible photos for you. He is so talented and has such unique ideas. I absolutely LOVE this company!!! I knew going into planning my wedding that I wanted most of my budget to go to photography and videography because those are the only items that will last forever once the wedding is said and done. I'm so glad I splurged on them! You truly do get what you pay for. Josh and Mari are an amazing team, and their eye is phenomenal. Their team is truly the best around as well. My husband and I hate being in front of the camera, but they truly made us feel so comfortable and we honestly forgot they were there half the time. They were with us from 9am-10pm, never showed any sign of tiredness, they put getting the shot before anything else that came up that day. They made us feel like a million bucks, and they truly felt like our best friends were with us from start to finish. There is no other company I would recommend, these guys are the whole package!! LOVE Limelight Photography!!! They were so sweet in reaching out prior to our wedding for our engagement and my bridal photo sessions. The day of they brought my bridal portrait and were so sweet in saving me a trip to pick it up. The day of they were also extremely kind with helping me ensure everything was running smoothly, I knew I could trust them to not only get the shots I wanted but to help with the flow of my wedding. I could go on and on about all the great things they did to get amazing pictures and make my day incredible! I am so grateful I chose Limelight to do my wedding photography and videography! They did an absolutely amazing job! I chose the top photography package, which may seem expensive but the quality of photos is impeccable and a lot of things are included (prints, engagement 16x20, engagement photo shoot, bridal shoot, bridal 16x20, italian wedding album, and two albums for my parents and in-laws), which some of my other friends (who used a less expensive photographer) had to pay a la cart for those items which ended up being more expensive than what I paid. It was well worth the money because the photos are the memories of your big day. I had Angel for my engagement and bridals and he was so fun to work with and did a phenomenal job. Josh did our wedding photos and did amazing and genuinely cares about his clients...he helped calm me down when he noticed I was being overwhelmed by stress. I got my wedding photos a few weeks ago and am so pleased with how they turned out and with how many I have to choose from! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants quality service and professionalism

We’ve been told since day one of planning the thing people regret most is not having a videographer and i was skeptical but once we met with Limelight we were sold! Theyre videos are AMAZING! The director the day of our wedding was fantastic and told us exactly what to do and where to stand and to go faster pr slower for video...and yall, THERE WAS A DRONE AT MY WEDDING!!!! How cool is that that they get drone footage!! So happy we went with Limelight!

Limelight was amazing! Marisol makes you feel right and home and completely taken care of from the beginning. I even missed a super important email regarding my expedited portrait prints. I waited too long to get my portraits done but the Limelight team made sure I knew they would do everything they could to get my portraits printed in time for the wedding!

Out of all of the companies involved in my wedding day, Limelight has been one of my favorites! My husband and I got the photography package that includes wedding day photos and engagement photos. Both photographers (Angel and Mark) that we worked with were easy to work with, and very professional. We got married 2 weeks ago, so we haven't received our wedding day photos yet, but we can't wait! Josh and Marisol (the owners) have built a great business!

I was very impressed with how attentive they were to all of the little details (some I didn't event think of) in terms of what to capture on my big day. They were everywhere capturing everything and they were very professional and sweet. I highly recommend them for anyone's wedding!!

I got married in October of 2016, and my mom and I hired Limelight. Marisol and her team did a fabulous job videoing our wedding! Even little pieces, like shots of our personalized napkins, and people waving to my husband and I from a passing river barge (we got married downtown). We also requested a segment of the speeches, and although we had to pay a separate fee, we didn't mind as it was well worth it to have those wonderful memories. We did make a few changes to the video, and her staff turned them around quickly, which was great. Highly recommend!

Josh was absolutely amazing! We had an engagement session with him and our wedding. He made sure we were happy with everything and got all the shots we wanted. He was great during the wedding as he said he would be the "bad guy" if anyone was making me mad and would take care of it. He even danced with my mom! My dad who hates taking pictures and said he was impressed with the attentiveness they gave during our day. Pictures were a big deal for me because it's something you only get one chance to get it right on your day. I'm 100% happy.

We booked these guys for our engagement and wedding photos. They are excellent- very diligent about the quality of the shots and getting just the right lighting and angles. Well within our budget. Our engagement pictures came out amazing- still waiting for our wedding pics but have no doubt they will be phenomenal. Would highly, highly recommend booking with Marisol and her company.

We used Limelight for videography- a decision we will never regret! The product was beautiful! Our friends and family continue to rave about the quality of work of the videographers. We received our highlight video in record time and the staff was very easy to work with. I highly recommend them for videography.

Limelight exceeded our expectations in so many ways! Our engagement photos were rained out for our first session, but Josh and Marisol accommodated and allowed us a second session. My wife's bridal photos were scheduled on a day with a high chance of rain, but she was able to reschedule at the last minute. Luckily, the weather on our wedding day was beautiful, so Josh and Marisol were able to get some great shots. They were with us from the very beginning and allowed us to choose what shots we wanted. We hired Limelight to do both our engagement photos and wedding ceremony/reception. I was fortunate enough to have Josh take my engagements, bridals and out wedding! Josh sure knows how to get someone to smile with his corkyness. There isn't anything I would change. My husband was dreading the entire "picture" process, but with Josh it went over much better than he thought.

I used Limelight for my engagement, bridal and wedding pictures. My engagement photos were great and I really liked the photographer they provided. They assured me I would use the same photographer for my wedding but that was not the case, I had an inexperienced photographer at my bridal session and actual wedding day. I had over 1500 photos taken on my wedding day but when I saw them only about 80 were decent. The photos were mostly horrible taken from an amateur. He even got my wedding veil stuck to my wedding dress at the hotel before my ceremony, he never got permission from me to handle my wedding attire. In addition the photographers on my wedding day took no initiative to gather wedding party for photos together, I had to do that myself on my wedding day. It was a HORRIBLE experience having to deal with Limelight Photographers.

Limelight provided our photography and videography services for the wedding. They also took my bridal portraits. Robert took these pictures and I was so thrilled to work with him on both days. He kept us laughing the entire time! The pictures I have received so far have been absolutely gorgeous and I could not be more pleased with how they have turned out so far. They got all the shots we wanted and posed them perfectly. I highly recommend these folks and would absolutely use them again! I cannot wait to get the rest of our pictures back!

My husband and I had a great experience with Limelight. They were extremely flexible with coordinating shoots and helpful to figure out the process. I think that you get so much for the price that they are hard to pass up. We loved all of our photos and they captured all the ones we had specifically asked for.

From the start, my husband and I didn't want a video of our wedding...we thought it would be cheesy! However after my mother pushed me to get one, I met with the guys from Limelight, and they should me actual video highlights from weddings they had captured over the years. I was so moved that I recall crying in their office!! I knew they were the ones to capture my day!! As my wedding has come and gone, I look forward to seeing the final product from a different vantage point and am eagerly excited about the quality I know they will provide!!

We used Limelight for our recent wedding and all of the events surrounding the actual ceremony. We planned our event from out of town and they really worked with us to make sure the weekends we were in Texas we could get time with them for our shoots. During my Bridal photos there was a freak ice storm and the venue, hair folks, and make-up team all cancelled on me at the last minute but Limelight still showed up for the photo shoot. It was clear they cared about their business and put us first. When we booked they gave us a free 1 hour shoot so we could get our Save the Dates out when we wanted to. The entire team was friendly and always helpful. They brought energy and great ideas to all the photo shoots and were always willing to try new things and new shots based on what we asked for. They never showed up late and were always available by phone if we had any questions. We also got the rights to all of the photos and they were able to send us CD’s of the photos within a week or two of the shoots.

I was referred to Limelight photography through a few friends of mine. As I was planning my wedding, I found that several other friends had actually booked them too. We all had a great experience and they were so easy to work with and helpful. I have so many beautiful pictures to choose from and go through now. Thank you for capturing our special moments!! In addition to bring talented, they are quite hilarious! I definitely recommend their services.

We used Limelight for our engagement photography as well as our wedding. Limelights photographers were very amenable to doing things the way we wanted them, and making us look good in the process. :) Josh, the owner photographed us for our engagement session, and we had a great time. We ended up using one of his suggested shots as our save the dates. We have not received our wedding photos yet, but I have no doubt they will be equally amazing.

I just got married 2 weeks before this review so I haven't got the video yet thus I can't review their work (that will be separate). My review is on the videographer and their service before and during the wedding. I had the best videographer EVER!! I cannot say enough good things about Joel! He made us feel super comfortable and knew how to PAR-TAY!!! We never got the awkward feeling of, "I don't know what I should be doing right now." It also helps to have an AWESOME personality in a videographer....which Joel definately had!! Lots of jokes and laughter makes for a good time, and hopefully really great videos. I'll keep you posted...

I LOVED working with Limelight San Antonio. We are a military couple and our theme focused on patriotic elegance and Limelight successfully captured all the amazing details and memorable moments on video. This is a very professional and polite group who will go out of their way to make your event memorable one. They have provided the most amazing video with perfect music which allows us the opportunity to re-live our day and night over and over again. Watching the video still makes my heart skip a beat.
