So, this is kind of an odd review because we did not actually book Limobusters. However, three days before our wedding, the company we booked was not communicating with us and we were very worried so we started to look for another company, which seems impossible 72 hours before a wedding! Limobusters was our first hit on Google, we reached out to them, and they were AMAZING! They had availability, were totally understanding to our situation and were ready to book us if our company fell through. They were so kind, which was exactly what we needed in that moment of panic. If that doesn't speak volumes for a company's character, I don't know what does!

Limobusters was absolutely amazing to work with on our Wedding day! They were on time, accommodating, and so much fun! Dan our driver during the day was so much fun to work with! They really helped make this day special! If you are looking for a great company with beautiful vehicles and fun staff I recommend using Limobusters!

After exchanging emails and talking with John on the phone, I booked a party bus for my wedding which he said was available. I even provided him with my credit card information for...

the deposit and he told me I was all set. Then the next day he called me and said someone else had come in to pay a deposit on the bus; apparently they had reserved it a week previously but hadn't put down the deposit, so he let me book the bus but then let them have it back when they came in to pay. I understand that tricky situations like this can happen, but frankly I'm disgusted by John's policies and customer service and very frustrated by the experience. I would recommend choosing a different option because I would rather not do business with someone like John.

e but owner did give and upgrade for the ride home. That was one expensive one way trip. Had another event used another company that was the same price as this one but vehicles were much nicer. Had a great time with no break down. Would highly recommend comparing to other companies.

they provide champagne and a just married sign. We went to playhouse square and East 4th street for pictures. The driver was accommodating for the most part. The only thing I was a little disappointed with was the limo itself was a bit old. It was clean inside it was just a little dated.
