as easy, all of the staff was friendly and professional (in temperament and appearance), everyone showed up on time and exactly where they were asked to be. We had a perfect experience.

1:30, but by 2pm it still was still not there, so they all had to find their own rides to our wedding,. The driver said he got stuck in traffic, which I asked countless times that this company was familiar with traffic in the area. They both were there when the bridal party had to leave, so we got in the bus that we were supposed to ride in - which did not have AC (our wedding was in July) or music. . Our driver was unprofessional and unhelpful - said he did not know how to use the AC or music because he never drove that vehicle. I had to call the other limo (the empty one that was late) and have him pull over on a major highway, so the bridal party and parents could get onh his bus with AC. It not only didn't have AC, but was actually releasing hot air, and we were all sweating to death - on our way to our wedding. The bus we got off of without AC said that he would meet us at the church to give us our cooler and all our belongings. Welp, we got done with the ceremony, all excited to celebrate, and that bus was a no show. He had taken our cooler, with champagne, waters, beers, etc. He arrived hours later to the reception to drop off our cooler. Thank goodness the groomsmen still brought their cooler with champagne in it, even though they didn't ride on a bus. Otherwise we would've got done with our wedding, and had nothing. At the end of everything, the bus driver who was originally late, asked me not to leave a review. I realized that the reviews were not a representation of this company, therefore, I feel obligated to share this experience. Elissa was friendly, responsive, and professional, and she was pretty much the reason why I booked this company, and I was disappointed that our experience with Limos did not represent the same professionalism. This was extremely disappointing and I would encourage not to rely on this company for your wedding.

ve at staggering times throughout the night to take guests back. The shuttles were on time and the drivers were kind and professional. The consultant I worked with helped me plan the timing and was very responsive to my emails and calls. This part of wedding planning can be complicated but Limousines, Inc. made it easy and the price was very competitive with other transportation companies around. I highly recommend them!

urch after the ceremony, it was not pre-chilled with AC on a warm day and I (the bride) started to sweat. When we asked the driver to turn on the AC, first we received heat blowing on us before asking again and getting it switched to AC. I would have preferred, since we were paying him to wait during the ceremony, that the limo was pre-chilled for my arrival. The bus had issues navigating the narrow streets in Georgetown, but did make it through. I had asked in advance if the bus would fit in the streets of Georgetown and was assured it would not be an issue. However, it did cause a bit of a delay for us getting to the reception venue.

Greg was maybe 10 mins late but he called and told me he was at the exit so I was totally fine with that. Greg was very nice and helpful the entire night so I will say 5 Stars to Greg! This is where things took a turn. Some of my guests met me at the restaurant and couldn’t ride the bus with us to the dinner, so I told Greg he could just pull around to the parking lot for 30 mins and we would have a party there until we had to leave to be back home by 9:00. Well about 10 mins into being on the bus the radio dies and the bus goes dark. The battery on the bus had died! Well me and my friends being us, decided to make the best of it and still play some games and have cupcakes until another bus came to get us. We waited for an hour. Mind you it was dark, we had no heat, and no radio. But we still found things to do to entertain us. An hour later another bus came to pick us up with another really nice driver. My whole issue with the way things went were first, the fact that the bus broke down and we didn’t get to fully enjoy the last hour of my reservation. And secondly that both Elissa and Matt were very rude and unprofessional when addressing my complaint. As a paying unsatisfied customer my needs should come first. As it states on the website under Matt’s bio “Matt personally oversees the operation and maintenance of each vehicle and makes sure that each client is satisfied.” So as a business owner, you have failed your client. All Matt wanted to say was “Well buses are mechanical and they do break down.” I let him know that was not my problem in which he goes on to say “It is your problem!” Please explain to me how your bus breaking down on my party is my problem, and why I should have to live with it because “buses are mechanical”. He even went on to say because the driver said we were playing Charades on the bus, that I basically didn’t have a reason to complain. Unbelievable Not once did Elissa nor Matt apologize to me for the inconvenience. All I asked for in return was for my hour to be refunded. I feel that is fair because I did not get my full amenities for my last hour of my reservation. But unfortunately Matt told me he would not refund my hour because he said I would probably still write a bad review because “I know how social media works.” After going back and forth with him which I should not have had to do, Matt offers me an hour free. Meaning I’d have to spend more money with this company. No thank you. This situation could have been avoided with an apology and my hour refunded. But unfortunately I am writing this 1 star review. Beware of this company, they are very nasty to you if you have a complaint, and they try to throw their employees under the bus. Very unprofessional, and I will not be recommending their services to anyone.

n down minute-by-minute schedule for each bus, and on top of planning the rest of the wedding, this took a huge amount of stress off of me. We also coordinated our rental of larger buses through their sister company and Elissa stayed the point of contact for that account throughout all of the planning. The bus drivers were very friendly and on time (which was one of the most important things for me). If we ever are in need of renting transportation, we will definitely use Limousines, inc. again!

and then super accommodating in making all my million changes. And our driver (whose name I unfortunately forget because I waited too long to write my review) was excellent too! We had him for both the rehearsal and the actual wedding, and he was the best. Not only was he a very capable driver and all-around nice person, he went above and beyond, helping us schlep stuff, even making a trip to the train station for one of our guests who had an early train. Can't say enough good things about Limos Inc!

and pay the balance. She also was not pushy unlike other companies who gave me a "deal" and expected a response in 24 hours or less. She was patient with us, answered all our questions, made necessary updates to the contract, and was honest about prices. Obviously, do your research but after talking to about 5 places around the DC metro area, Limousines, Inc. rates are competitive and reasonable. As for the day of the wedding, the coach bus drivers showed up on time and were professional. We had no issues with the buses and limo the day off. I would highly recommend using Limousines, Inc. Note- We rented 3 coach buses (3 pm - 11:30 pm) and one limo (10:30 pm - 1 am)

e driver were super professional, opening the doors for us, helping us into the limo, and helping us navigate into the limo with the rain. My entire bridal party including my husband and I loved them! Highly recommend them to any bride looking for limo bus!

She worked with me very closely in making sure that we allowed enough time for the bridal party to arrive at the ceremony site and reception venue on time (as it was 4th of July weekend on the Eastern Shore) and helped me coordinate guest shuttles for three different hotels! The drivers, were extremely polite, friendly, timely, and knowledgeable, They even arrived an hour early to make sure that they didn't hit any Chesapeake Bay Bridge traffic on the holiday weekend. Amazing! All the vehicles were clean, air conditioned, and roomy. I would recommend Limousines, Inc. to any couple planning their wedding!

He had to walk my bridesmaids from the limo to the ceremony hall one by one because it was raining and not once did I see him with a bad attitude. very professional and well prepared. On your wedding day you don't want to be worried about whether you'll be on time! with Limousine Inc. you won't have that worry.

mely responsive and flexible. She handed both our wedding party shuttle (from their fleet) and a 55 passenger bus (from a third party) for our wedding guests. Everything about the process was very smooth. A couple of weeks prior to our wedding, once we had a good handle on the number of guests that would be using the buses, we were able to adjust our contract so we had the appropriate number of buses. Again, Elissa was so easy to work with. On the day of the event, both our shuttle driver and coach driver were on time, courteous with our guests, and extremely professional. The vehicles were clean, and the logistics of moving folks around throughout the day went off without a hitch. I know other couples that have had issues with their transportation vendor, and I'll bet they wish they'd gone with Elissa and Limos, Inc.

e to me but was very difficult to work with when it came to driving to where we wanted to take pictures. He said it wasn't a part of the schedule and when I showed him on HIS print out of details where is said pictures as advised he was still rude to me, the photographer, and other members of my bridal party. Our 55 passenger buses went off without a hitch and while I found the company great to work I was disappointed to dealing with such a grump on my wedding day.

I have, was that we were suppose to get a 27 person bus and it was only 24. We made it work but still service was very good.

I couldn’t believe how many bad reviews there are out there for some companies, of the limo being late or not showing up, and that’s just the beginning. This resulted in me being super nervous about booking a limo company. When working with the office, Elissa was always very responsive and helpful in supplying information and patient in answering my questions (of which I always have many  ). The limo showed up early, fulfilled promises of red carpet and drink for toasting. It was clean and pretty sharp-looking. Robin, our driver, was great! There is no gathering space at the church, so we had to stay in the limo until they were ready for us, and Robin was professional even when he had to freeze his tush off for us while waiting to help us out at the Church. They called for us and Robin let us out, but then they weren’t really ready, and he stayed with us to try to block the wind to keep us warm (it was January and cold) and he helped me with my train. After the girls went in, he helped block me from view and the wind. He even helped arrange my train when it was finally my turn to enter the church. Robin and Limos, Inc. made our day even more special and we appreciate that. Thank you!

A situation regarding the medical condition of one of our VIPs came up just before the wedding and Elissa was able to help me determine the number of steps and their height for our party bus. When we determined that the party bus would not work, Elissa was extremely helpful in facilitating a change in vehicles. We ultimately went with the stretch Cadillac Escalade and it worked out perfectly! The driver was on time and extremely courteous, especially with one of our VIPs who was in a wheelchair. Thanks again Elissa and Limousines, Inc. for helping to make our 12/7/13 wedding spectacular!

said goodbye to our drivers, our experience with both the limo and shuttle through Limos, Inc. was second to none. The limo driver transported both portions of the wedding party to the church and the shuttle driver made multiple trips before and after the ceremony to transport guests. With so many times and so many people being transported, I was worried that the very nature of the logistics would end up being problematic, but Limos, Inc. kept everything running smoothly and we couldn't be happier with their contribution to the day.

he Lincoln limo. They were very accommodating. The limo driver arrived 30 minutes early. We did have an issue arise as I was getting into the limo. The undercarraige was dirty so as i was sliding into the car (with the driver holding my dress), black streaks got on my front/bottom part of my dress. My cousin was there to thankfully to remove the stains. I recommend that they thoroughly clean the limo especially for a wedding. Aside from that, great service and we arrived on time to the wedding site!

the ceremony and reception. A limobus is great for a wedding party because it is spacious and easy to get in and out of (particularly important when wearing a poofy wedding dress). Limousines, Inc. gave me a great deal on the limobus (these can be pretty expensive with other rental companies). Elissa was super helpful and flexible with my multiple minor changes to the contract at the last minute. The driver arrived early, was very nice, and gave us a smooth/safe ride to various locations without getting lost.

and had great suggestions for late-night locations; and the price was right. We had a four-seater Lincoln, clean, and stocked with waters. We were able to bring our own drinks, too. One caveat: the four hours did go by very quickly ... and we got a late start getting ourselves into the limo, so I would recommend not having them come to pick you up until you know you'll need the ride. Also, having an idea how to get back to your hotel would help, just in case their GPS runs out of juice, as happened to us. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Limousines, Inc!

Then on our way from the church to the reception they took us through Georgetown on a Saturday night which caused us to be late to our reception. Not to mention that the power went out in the limo so we had no music or lights or anything for most of the ride. However, the only reason I am giving it two stars is because the limousine driver was very nice and apologetic.

ys emailed me back very promptly, and even called me immediately when it appeared that there could be an issue, and made sure it all got worked out perfectly. They were very professional, and called one last time to confirm the itinerary the day before the wedding. On our wedding day, we used a 14 passenger white limo, which was very nice looking, and great on the inside as well (and thankfully, well air conditioned!). We had the limo doing multiple trips, and the driver did a great job getting everyone where they needed to go (and early!) He knew exactly what to do for a bridal party, and even how to help me get in and out of the limo without dirtying my dress. He maneuvered a difficult area in order to get me right up to my church's doors, and made sure it worked out just as we hoped. After the ceremony, the limo was waiting with a little red carpet, and he helped my bridal party pour champagne for everyone, and even did a toast! We were all very happy with our limo experience- everyone was very accommodating, and made transportation stress-free for our day! I would highly recommend using Limos, Inc. for your wedding day!!
