trolley would be a unique and memorable way to shuttle both the bridal party as well as wedding guests to and from the ceremony at St. Joseph Cathedral and reception at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center which are just a few blocks away from each other. I was so happy that I went with my instincts on this as both my mother and fiancé later told me that it turned out to be one of the best ideas I had! The guests loved it! The trolley was clean and comfortable and the driver was courteous and professional! I made some tulle bows to attach to the side of the trolley and had one of my good friends serve as the trolley coordinator (thanks, Amy!). The photographers and videographers were also able to ride the trolley and got some great shots of the wedding party and guests; you can view a wedding video trailer on the Facebook Group Page Bill & Barbara’s Wedding. I rode the trolley and was able to drape the very long train of my dress over a row of seats as opposed to sitting on it or bunching it all up as I would have had to do had I taken a limo. I definitely recommend the trolley, especially if your ceremony and reception venues are close to each other.
