The easiest booking. Transportation was the last major thing I had to book, I had no idea how it worked. But I told them what I wanted and they had everything booked through just a few emails. I mean, the quickest and easiest booking process. The drivers were amazing and so friendly, (especially my Rolls driver who unfortunately got wet during the mass). All affordable too! Wonderful company and customer service!

I would have given them five stars, except that my husband and I were supposed to have a one-way limo transport back to our new home after the reception, but instead an SUV showed up, which was kind of cramped. I emailed them after the honeymoon about that, along with the final receipt they’d sent post-wedding. It clearly stated limo. I explained the mistake politely, prefacing that it wasn’t a huge deal. I simply wanted a refund for the difference between the SUV and limo. However, I never got a response. I found that very unprofessional. Overall, I would still recommend their services, but I wish that they had at least addressed their mistake and given me a bit of my money back.

Given that I was at a hotel where there were 5 brides, they did a great job navigating! I would also recommend having a police escort bc they made the experience quick and fun! My guests are still talking about the motorcycle cops who stopped taxis and rode on sideways to get us to the venues on time! :)

l of our guests home after the wedding that ended at 11pm was not there when the wedding ended. I have no idea what happened because the plan was for the driver to make two trips back to the hotel- one at 9:45 and one at 11 when the wedding ended. The people that got on the bus at 9:45 (mostly kids and elderly people) sat on the bus until 10:30pm which is when the driver made his first and only trip back to the hotel. My husband and I were scrambling around trying to get cabs and ubers for everyone and it was really stressful. The worst part about this whole thing has been the total lack of communication from the company since the wedding. I reached out to them via email and phone several times for an explanation and some kind of reimbursement but I never heard back. I've never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. So please don't hire these people. They don't deserve the business.

sy to deal with and gave us a great price so no problems there. Only blip came when our driver arrived (10 minutes late, but he did call and there was HUGE construction going on in the FQ). He had apparently received the job 30 minutes prior to our pick up time (sounded like a last minute swap) and let us know that he'd only been in New Orleans for 2 weeks so didn't really know his way around perfectly yet. Oh, and there was no GPS in the van and they hadn't even given him a print out with directions. Luckily, in the day of iphones, etc. at least 5 people in the van had mapquest, etc. and we were able to navigate with him to the venue. I schedule a pick up time that was way in advance (3:30pm and our ceremony was at 5:30pm) in anticipation of something like this possibly happening so I wasn't too stressed, but felt the company should have prepped their driver a bit more. Now as for the driver himself, he was a really lovely man with a great sense of humor and he seemed genuinely embarrassed about the situation so I find it hard to fault him.
