They started out great to work with, but when the flowers were delivered, my bouquet was not wrapped in twine like the rest of my girls and it was supposed to be, and it was much s...maller and a different style than they had originally discussed or shown me. My emails to the owner in regards to this have gone unanswered or acknowledged. I was happy with my bridesmaid's bouquets though.
