My husband and I were planning our wedding from out of state and Lincoln Hill Farms was easy to work with and communicate with leading up to our big day! They were flexible with our scheduled and the venue itself was beautiful!! We did glamping the night before and night of our wedding which was a fun treat for all of us spending the night there out by the fire. On the day of, everything ran very smoothly and we could not have asked for a better venue for our special day!

Lincoln hill was the perfect place to have our wedding. They have everything any event would need, the venue is absolutely beautiful, but the owners of the farm are what make this venue worth every dollar. Brian and Marisa take pride in their events, and it shows in how well they execute events held there. Through out the year of planning I felt like I could reach out to them with any question and it was never a bother for them. Any request I had was met with “we’ll make it happen”. When you pick a venue you want to pick for the location, but what I learned is no matter where you are, if you trust your team that’s what makes the day go as smooth as possible. I trusted this team the day I met them. I’m so happy we had our wedding here, and I’m so happy we got to work with Brian and Marisa. I don’t know what I would need to throw another party for, but when I do, it will be at Lincoln’s hill farms.

Lincoln Hill Farms offers an authentic farm wedding experience for you and your guests. Set on 95+ acres of scenic countryside with a rich agricultural history, our property features hand-built gathering spaces, sweeping views, and a setting that feels both natural and elevated. Located in the heart of the Fingerlakes, just outside Canandaigua, NY, the farm blends rustic charm with modern amenities, giving you a memorable backdrop for both ceremony and celebration. Every detail, from the landscape to the atmosphere, works together to create an unforgettable wedding day. Ceremonies There are several stunning locations on the farm for your ceremony, including two gardens, the pond, and the sugar maples cathedral. Ceremony packages include white chairs with padded seats, setup, an 8x8x2 arbor, and breakdown. Receptions: The Garden Tent A 6,000 sq. ft. white tent with iron chandeliers, farm decor, greens, and clear side curtains overlooking the farm’s gardens and fields. Seats up to 300 guests, with tables and chairs included for 240. The space includes a Bridal Safari tent for hair and makeup, climate-controlled restroom trailers, and a covered built-in bar. Dinnerware includes compostable bamboo plates (three sizes), linen napkins, and disposable silverware and cups, with china, glassware, and décor items available to rent. Additional tables for dessert, buffet, displays, and seating charts are also provided. Ceremony options include Wildflower Garden and Sugar Maples Cathedral. Receptions: Silo, Pavilion, + Pond Includes access to the second-story VIP deck (seating 50–90), the Rustic Pavilion (seating 130), the Silo Bar, stage, pond area, vegetable garden, two open silos, climate-controlled restroom trailers and a newly leveled space for optional additional tents. Chairs and tables for up to 240 guests are included. Use of the Green Room is provided for bridal party prep before the ceremony. Dinnerware includes compostable bamboo plates (three sizes), linen napkins, and disposable silverware and cups, with china, glassware, and decor items available to rent. nt is ready to go with chandeliers and interior string lights, plus the standard farm tables and chairs create the perfect rustic yet sophisticated look. We loved that the venue also managed the food and beverage service - truly an all in one experience - and the food was even better than we remembered from our tasting. Perhaps the best part of hosting our wedding at Lincoln Hill Farms was our interaction with the owners Marisa and Brian. They're experts in throwing a great party. They're flexible and were willing to accommodate our requests - like switching out certain wine options or bringing in string lights for the outdoor area. They're also detail-oriented and were responsive to our many questions during the planning process. Additionally the day-of staff was attentive and helpful. Our wedding was an absolute dream thanks to the LHF team. We’d recommend this venue for anyone interested in hosting a wedding in Canandaigua - it’s truly the perfect all-in-one, indoor-outdoor, beautifully manicured, ready-for-a-good-time venue.

meet your every need and customize anything to be exactly what you envision. From the day we selected this venue, Donna was the best at communicating with us making sure every need we had would be fulfilled. The choices of ceremony location are unmatched. They thought about things that didn’t cross our mind and made sure everything was covered. Erica was the best day of coordinator making sure everything ran so smoothly throughout the entire day. The team put all our nerves at ease and made sure there was nothing we had to worry about. So SO many compliments from our friends and family as to how perfect and beautiful the venue was. Definitely opt for the goats at cocktail hour :) The food was delicious, so may options! We also utilized the glamping facilities in the back which are unreal. Every tent is decorated differently and you feel as though you are in a 5 star hotel room. The bonfire in the middle was the best way to end the night surrounded by our people and reminiscing on the most amazing day ever. We will continue to come back for weekend events and highly recommend this wedding venue to anyone and everyone.

ly enjoyed working with Donna to help plan out all the details of the wedding day. The farm was beautiful, the food was better than I could have imagined, and everything went smoothly. The staff really went above and beyond to make my wedding day to be as stress-free as possible, and it was.

hout the process of planning, we felt very reassured, however there were a few instances of miscommunication that created some anxiety. Overall, our best interest was always at the forefront of the staff’s mind and our wedding day ended up being wonderful. The venue was beautiful and our guests really enjoyed themselves.

d and immediately fell in love. We meet with the owner Brian, who took us on a tour of the grounds and answered all of our questions. Our date happened to be available so we booked that weekend. With a month to plan, the staff at LHF was AMAZING! They helped us through many, many, hurdles, and took away much of our stress. Our ceremony took place by the sugar maples that had just started turning colors. In the background was the sunflower field and although out of season, it brought a beautiful fall element to our photos. We had a small wedding due to COVID but with flowers and a stage for the band, the large tent still felt intimate and cozy. We received so many compliments from our guests about the venue and could not be happier our friends took us out to lunch that day. We CANNOT recommend LHF enough!!

We had a dream wedding. It seemed un-real, like a movie. It didn't feel like it could be possible We went to check out the venue during a local friday night music show, 1.5 years...

before we got married. It was incredible. Not only was there a fun concert, good food, and an amazing outdoor stone bar. Not only did we have a blast playing cornhole and hoola hooping (by the hops garden), we also found our wedding venue. They have the most amazing sunflower field as the backdrop for your wedding. And they are more than accommodating. Multiple times when we asked about changes, or things we might have to rent, they came back to us saying don't worry about it, they had it covered. They are trying to make you're wedding the best it can be. One of the biggest reasons we booked with them is their friendliness. So many vendors told us how we would use their venues. At Lincoln Hill Farms, the owner and event planner working with us were tremendously helpful and only told us how they could help us. On the day of the owner even worked the bar the whole night. Dealing with our huge crowd (having a very specific martini all night long). Some of our best pictures are from their planner, Ellen, who deserves her own call out for being amazing. When we showed up for a walk through the day before we just burst into tears when we saw the beautiful wooden tables and chairs all lined up, by the sunflower field, with the arch where we would be married. And thought of all our friends and family there. We had nothing but the best time. And one extra special part is that we get to keep going back to Lincoln Hills whenever we can as they'll keep having shows and events.

ake the planning process stress free. They had great ideas to make our day unique and fit our style perfectly. From the beautiful ceremony in the hop yard to the band on the stage and a well organized buffet style dinner. I can’t say enough about how amazing our day was, so memorable for us and our guests.
