We bought two sheet cakes from Linda's for our wedding. The guests loved them! They were moist and rich, several hours after being delivered.
I have been told that their wedding cakes are not great because they make them several days in advance and they lose their moisture. But their sheet cakes are just incredible. Best in the Rio Grande Valley.
