She runs the entire operation single-handedly, and somehow manages to do the work of an entire team. From the initial walkthrough to the day of the event, she was responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in making our day special. o it in 2024. We had some financial things happen and the wedding was all on us so we had to postpone until 2025. Marlena worked with us and didn't charge us an extra dime for it, she didn't have to do that! Alot can happen in a couple years. She had recommended a photographer but she had a baby and moved if i understand correctly and our recommended bartender broke her leg. All these people still showed up and me, the groom, knew nothing about it until it was over! No one tried to cancel or back out, they all made it because of all this time and worry built up until the actual date it seemed like this wedding was actually important to all of them as well, not just a paycheck. It just made it that much better, everyone involved absolutely did their best and it truly showed. My bride wanted so bad to have a big traditional wedding and i'll admit I fought it until it got closer and I just let it go finally. I wanted her to have her day. Marlena made it clear she wanted us to be happy with everything and it was very important for her to give us that without any hassle. She's very organized and has examples to show, she is very skilled at knowing what's important and makes sure you get what you want. Your not only renting out a venue, you get her as a coordinator if you will allow it. PLEASE LET HER COORDINATE YOUR WEDDING, GIVE HER THE REIGNS AND YOU WILL NOT BE LET DOWN I PROMISE! I had a hard time letting it all go to her but something told me to just trust her and i cannot express how much of a right decision it was! A few months before the wedding we were still worried about everything but she just invited us over, sat us down, and went over everything. She completely had it under control and at that point i told my bride im not worried about it, Marlena will take care of us. She did just that and way more than i could of ever imagined. The day of the wedding finally came and Marlena and her Helper were running themselves to death making sure everything was perfect. Everyone knew where to go, decorations were took care of, they even helped me set up a tent (i highly recommend getting a 20x30 tent to eat the food even if it don't rain it was nice). She graciously let us stay in her airbnb for 2 nights and when the wedding was over she didnt try to kick us out or rush us, she gave us time to take everything in and did most of the clean up work. She treated us like family since day 1 and after the event she treated us the same. These are THE BEST people and you are in good hands. If you are looking for a venue, this is is. No other stranger will care about you, your wedding, and your happiness on that day as much as Marlena will and it truly showed. I went from just wanting to get this thing over with to fighting back tears the entire day because of how wonderful this went and all the care and all the people coming together. This was the best day of my life and I mean it. I think it all changed me as a person. I will be eternally grateful towards Marlena, please don't make the mistake of going somewhere else. This is it. No matter what you want, Marlena will make it happen and you will be satisfied. Marlena, we will forever remember you for giving us this day and all the effort you put into it. We love you forever. y was perfect. She worked with us if we needed to move a payment date, She provided recommendations for vendors, helped us coordinate everything, and literally catered to our every need. She kept things flowing and kept me calm throughout the day, if anything went wrong I have no idea about it! She’s down to earth and helped with every single step along the way. If we got to do it again I would do it here over and over again! We’re already talking about the next event we can do with her!! t’s located on a stunning property out in Soddy. At the main house on the property is the Groom Suite, which leads out to the back to the bar area. The bar area is lovely and there’s a walk in freezer to keep your food/ drinks in. Towards the back of the property is the separate Bridal Suite. It’s a beautiful fully furnished cottage with a full kitchen and vanities for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready! The owner, Marlana, was such a blessing to us throughout the entire process. Very professional, but also very welcoming and easy to talk to and get along with! She helped us with anything we needed down to the very last detail, she’s very efficient with setup and coordination, mindful down to the very last details, and she’s overall just so amazing and supportive and we couldn’t have gotten through our big day without her! She aided in everything running as smoothly as possible and I couldn’t be happier with how our wedding day turned out. I highly recommend checking them out as we are so truly blessed to have happened upon this venue!

hangout and get to know you so she can make sure everything is perfect. You can tell she does this because she loves it and not for the money. Her husband Cort makes a lot of the furniture and it's beautiful. Pretty much if it's wood he made it and he's a really awesome guy as well. I was stressing, trying to do everything on my own and she took so much off my plate. I went to help decorate day of and she told me to just go back to the cabin and relax because she had it. And always made sure we had a drink in hand to relax the nerves. lol. The day of it rained off and on. She was out there with her assistant constantly drying everything off and just making sure it stayed perfect. I had so many guests comment on how awesome and attentive she was. I swear she went above and beyond and I don't think anywhere else would do that. Thank you so much for making our day perfect! And the venue is absolutely beautiful. If I ever have another large event I would love to come back here. I will 100% recommend to any friends getting married.

endors. Once they were booked, she kept in contact with them to ensure everything would be as it should. The days leading up to the wedding she helped set everything up with her fantastic assistant. The day of the wedding she stayed cool, calm, collected and handled things as a champ. Her venue is absolutely stunning. She keeps the property meticulous, preparing for alternative options if it rains or the weather isn’t as it the bride and groom want. She has an amazing bar and dance area, the garden was beautiful for the cocktail hour and the field with the gorgeous tree was what drew our kids in.
